Carol has continued to represent me in family law matters for 5 years. She is a compassionate person and as an attorney, she represents with a foundation that is consistent with the reality that is our legal system today. She did not waste my money or time complicating the process with needless motions or conversation. When she took action, she based it on positions we could win on and wrote concise arguments. She was honest. At times, it can be frustrating to have to someone tell you that you need to do the work to make sure you can backup what you're claiming. But, in the long run, you can't win your case if you don't have it together. Carol held me accountable for what I needed to do to for my own case and in turn, she did her job using her legal expertise to gain desirable outcomes.

Ms. Caldwell represented me for several years. She has an incredible work ethic and she really cares and that is hard to find. Because she takes on so much, cares so much and is available so much, I think that can lead to some burnout but that doesn't change the fact that she sinks an incredible amount into each case. My hope is that her office grows and she is able to expand her staff so she can focus on being the powerful voice that she truly is. She can and has moved the parts of the system that don't work. I commend her for that.

Carol Caldwell has been my attorney for over two years . She is by far one of the best attorneys I’ve ever encountered. She is well versed in so many different areas of the law it is hard to believe that she actually specialises in family law alone. Actually I should not say that , what I meant to say was that I needed a family law attorney and I needed someone who is not afraid to take care of business and get the best possible outcome for me. Carol did exactly that . If you need someone to hold your hand through the process just let her know that and she can take care of all of your needs . She is however a tiger and is not afraid to speak her mind in all settings that require an attorney . It is obvious she is very well respected by her peers and the judicial community at large . I am very happy with the expeditious results she obtained on my behalf. She was absolutely fabulous when handling my affairs . She went above and beyond the call of duty .

I am currently a client of Carol Caldwell. I evaluated several local attorneys and out of all of them I was extremely impressed with Ms. Caldwell. At our initial meeting she made time for me and was willing to listen to me and did not make me feel like we had a time limit. Unlike the other attorneys, we only discussed my children and family's situation. She informed me that she used to be a mental health nurse and that my children's mental and physical health was of the utmost importance. After utilising Ms. Caldwell services for the past 6 months, I have found that she is very competent professionally. She has a good intuition about was is happening in her cases, and takes appropriate legal steps to get the best outcomes. I highly recommend this law office. All inquiries, questions, email, phone calls were responded to promptly, clearly and very professional. The convenience of the zoom calls to discuss my case and options was a wonderful option, saved so much time. The office location is great, easy to find when collecting or dropping off the court documents. Mrs. Frazier was upfront and clear with what plan is best, what to expect through the process. When I first spoke to David I was in the middle of 2 paternity case that a previous attorney could not maintain. I mentioned to David the specifics of both cases and the amount of debt I had already accumulated fighting 2 paternity cases. David assured me I would get an amazing outcome in the end with the best rate possible. David then introduced me to Boris and his team who took over both paternity cases and handled them flawlessly. At one point, I thought I was going to have to settle with a small fraction of rights to my kids and a fortune of debt.I now can say I have majority time-sharing with my son and have equal rights with my daughter without a huge bill in the end. Boris is still maintaining small logistics with both cases but I can truly say I finally get to enjoy my children.

Despite not having a lot of money, they never put me off or treated like I was not a priority to them. Great lawyers. My custody and child support case was handled perfectly and the outcome was in my favor. Worth every penny. My Father-in-Law has used them for property/estate issues and also had a favorable outcome. That leaves them with a 100% success rate for our family and you can't get better than that.

The outcome of my divorce was mostly determined by me with negotiations with my former spouse so for litigation, I have no review. My issue was attention to detail. My financial affidavit was incorrect when returned to me, even though I provided the correct information, then I was charged the time it took them to revise the affidavit. Once I made an offer for my attorney to provide to opposing counsel, the offer sent did not have all the the details I requested and when my attorney sent opposing counsel the amendment, I was charged for the additional time for his mistake. My attorney told me that opposing counsel was going to schedule the hearing to get the divorce finalized, then his staff sent me a date for me to attend. When I responded with his previous email stating opposing counsel was to schedule and attend the hearing he apparently forgot about it and never mentioned it to opposing counsel as I had to remind them I was never informed of a date. Finally, after the hearing was completed I had to request my final documentation because they did not follow up to provide me with that until I reminded them. The cost was substantial for the service and poor quality. Once your case is complete they will send you an additional bill to close out your file. The firm might be effective if they were genuinely as concerned for their client as they are for their charges. I would not recommend this firm. For what you will pay, I believe there is better counsel.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. This law firm has a very high turn over rate and you’ll get shifted from one attorney to the next (which you’ll then have to pay $$$ for another attorney to get familiar with your case). If you need an aggressive attorney, I do not recommend Ellen Ball. She will do what she wants with your case, even if you directly tell her in writing that you don’t agree/want to go that route. She will do the bare minimum and is definitely not a shark. You need an attorney you can trust to advocate for you and your family...she is NOT it. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Everyone at this firm was so kind and helpful in initiating my case. That was a very stressful time for me and I had no clue what to do or even what options I had. But these ladies helped me sort everything out and explained it all in terms that made sense. The only problem I had was by the time it got to the court hearing I had ran out of funds and could no longer afford to be represented. I had to go in there representing myself while he had an attorney and the judge ended up not ruling in my favor. Things are better now and the firm continues to call me just to check in and see how I am doing. That means a lot.
