The Wise law firm did an excellent job in handling my case, they showed professionalism a great work ethic and had good knowledge and experience in handling divorce cases. They also showed great empathy in handling my peculiar case; were very responsive and understanding of my financial difficulties and very generous in giving no charges whilst still working very hard to ensure that all my needs were tendered to. If you are looking for a firm that will fight for you and have your back, this is your firm. My case lasted 4yrs and Daria still remembered details of the case that even I had forgotten that ultimately helped me in gaining custody of my children as well as a very fair final judgement. Very Expensive. Very busy. Regardless of what you have going on with you case it will get handled when they can. I had extensive evidence of child neglect and contempt's with my spouse who was the respondent and this team still could not present and prepare the right things to win my case. Example, she stole weapons out the marital residence and this evidence was not presented in court. After she moved out in the middle of the process. If you are looking for a hungry lawyer to eat the case this is not firm you want. $30,000 and I had to pull out because I couldn't afford to go any more especially after judge ruled against us. On a positive note Annette and Hannah are good people who work very hard. Amy, I can't say that.

I’m from out of state and needed an attorney in Georgia to help get my kids out of a bad environment. Looking for a great attorney in your hometown is hard enough but looking for one on the internet, out of state, is even harder. I received outstanding counseling and advice from attorney Ravelle Smith and his team from the moment I made the call for a divorce attorney. My intake was prepared and explained to me in great detail by Katie Hall and Samantha Hall kept me up to date and on schedule with my attorney's fees. I was given a list/schedule of fee cost per action and an explanation on how I will be billed throughout the entire process. Samantha worked with me and was compassionate with my retainer and my payments. I feel as though I know Adrienne Busey personally because of the frequent communications email while dealing with COVID-19. Though I never got to meet any of the team in person, I feel as though they cared about me as a person and my situation. My divorce was suppose to happen without an attorney for me and my ex-spouse until I was given notice by the court that he did in fact have an attorney. He expected me to show up unprepared and not represented and that's when I went to Google to help me find adequate representation. I called 3 law firms and decided on the Siemon Law Firm. Please do not waste your time or money. I paid close to $5000 for an uncontested divorce all I got was an email sent to my ex. No explanation ever on service. Never was consulted. Never met with an attorney, spoke on the phone 2 times to which it was inconclusive and the papers that were emailed to my ex had several errors and still do. They “went separate ways” and gave me the reminder of my retainer fee which was $300. The attorney spoke to my sister more about my case then myself. Never advised me legally on anything, again I had one phone call just asking what was expected and that was the only time other times we emailed and even the it took some time to get a response. The other times they call you is for more money to which I gave them more for nothing. Find someone else or for the paperwork I received you call fill it out online yourself. The worst experience horrible communication. Find someone else.

What a great law firm. These attorneys are not fly by night, tell you what to do, and then it’s hard to reach them. They are truly experts in the law, they take the time to educate you, and they are pit bulls in the courtroom. But not annoyingly or embarrassingly so. I can tell that they have great reputations with the court and other attorneys alike. I felt more in control with them by my side. I learned so much just from our first main call once I retained then, I just knew that I made a good choice and I hope you do too!

This firm lacks honesty and character. I was separated from my husband 5 years. We have no children or assets together. He and I both agreed that a divorce was best for us. We lived in separate states since 2015. I came to this firm for a simple uncontested divorce. My husband was mailed paperwork. Subsequently when paralegal left out a document, I was charged for mailing of the additional documents to my now ex-husband to sign. I was charged for every phone call and interaction on top of $2500 retainer which were 2 one to me, one to my ex-husband. This uncontested divorce with no kids, no assets no property cost me well over $5000! I am still being billed at present. I have never seen such. I am appalled and outraged. If you have a simple divorce, this is not the firm. What perplexed me most is that they could have referred me to a smaller attorney since my case was so simple instead of charging me outlandish, duplicate, made up fees!

This firm had our retainer and documents for over 7 weeks before we ever received a drafted motion. This was a simple modification of child support based on age of child and income change for defendant. After repeated calls and emails, a draft was sent of the motion and it was completely inaccurate in it's entirety. Emails indicating as such have gone unanswered for an additional 2 weeks. I would not recommend this firm to anyone that is looking for competent and responsive representation. I can only imagine how difficult it is going to be to receive our retainer back so that we can seek other counsel.
