So far we have paid him $4000 .. he has threatened to quit 3 times... He could not remember any details of my case. He constantly wants to talk about everything else except my case,and then charge me for speaking with him. I had to do all the leg work. When it cam e time for a hearing in my child custody case, Im pretty sure he was sleeping through the whole thing. I got beat up by a better lawyer, over things that were so inconsequential. When it was his turn to cross examine.. he had plenty of the things to question, but forgot about those... He asked two questions, and let it rest.. when I asked him him about it he said well I made objections... This is the worst representation from a lawyer that I have ever had... Don't waste your money!!!

I spoke with Mr. Cain on 8/3 regarding modifying an existing court order. I was in his office for approximately 1 hour, with at least 20 minutes of that time being spent with him telling me personal stories (his previous marriage counseling experiences, previous cases). During this time Mr. Cain made the comment, "you're not paying for this by the way". At the end of our meeting I decided to leave a check for $1800.00 which cleared my bank the same day. Mr. Cain explained that it would be over a week before anything would be done. Over the weekend I decided not to proceed with modifying the order. At 9AM the morning of 8/6 I called the office and spoke with Sabrina and explained that I no longer wanted to proceed. She told me she would speak to Mr. Cain and call me by the morning of 8/7. On 8/8 I sent an email since I had not heard back. I received a response apologizing and promising a follow up by the next day. On 8/10 I sent an additional email telling me I should hear back by 8/13. Well I just received a call from Ashley telling me that Mr. Cain is deducting $400 for a 2 hour consultation. Excuse me?! This is extremely unethical and highly unprofessional. I will definitely tell anyone I referred to him to seek counsel elsewhere and when I am ready to proceed I will not be returning to this office. How dare he take advantage of someone and bill for services he did not render!

Hired Michael Birchmore for a divorce . He dragged out the process for months. He didn’t have my back. Slow to respond. He did not push my ex to complete the discovery for months. I expressed my concerns several times with little support or change. Divorce is stressful but when you have to deal with your own attorney who is not doing his job adds more stress. I am not sure why a firm like Taylor and Daniels would support such poor work from their attorneys. I fired Mike and hired another attorney who finished the divorce in 45 days. Beware hiring this firm.

Margaret Washburn is THE BEST. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and she really does work for her clients. She is extremely responsive and she gets things done in a very timely manner. Most attorneys will stall, delay and do all sorts of unnecessary things in an effort to collect more money from their client and it usually takes them forever. Margaret is the opposite: she finds out what you want as an outcome, gathers all pertinent facts, quickly I might add, and then works quickly to get things done. She doesn't waste time or play games. I just wanted to take the time out to share my testimony regarding Sauls Law Group. I was having issues gaining visitation with my child, so I visited a total of three different lawyers in which each other attorney were jacks of all trades and master of nothing, or some attorneys would not take my case all they wanted to talk about your case will be so hard and keep in my case was difficult most other attorneys gave me little to no chance of even negotiate a deal or let alone when a custody battle.
