This is base on my experience. Julie worked with me through the whole process. Even when I was so frustrated and I wanted the divorce to be done she was nice and understandable. Finally I am divorced!! She responded quick and she was good with communication as well. At the end it was fast and I am glad! If I could give more than 5 stars I will. I am happy and thankful. Julie has been incredibly helpful in assisting with my divorce. She has been very quick to respond to my emails and has answered every question I had(there were a lot lol). She also has video resources and a checklist that help make the process easier and explain every step in detail. Lastly, all of this is available at a great price that fit in to my budget. There's not enough words in the English dictionary to describe the experience I had with David and his firm. He was patient, kind, understanding, and a little bit scary due to his depth of family law knowledge. From the beginning he was extremely confident that he could get me a favorable outcome in my family law case, and he went above and beyond to make sure I did. I am spending the holidays with my daughter thanks to David. Honorable mention goes to Rhonda, who was equally as great. My husband and I were incredibly nervous. David was caring and gentle as we dealt with different emotions of anger, worry, and stress. Our (sometimes) frantic, fearful phone calls were always met with empathy and reassurance that everything was going to be ok. His team communicated quickly and effectively throughout the entire process which kept us at ease that things were being handled timely and nothing was going to fall through the cracks. Misty worked tirelessly and her obvious passion for helping take care of our son often gave us peace of mind when we were feeling anxious. David showed that although he was caring and gentle with us, he had a bulldog mentality in mediation. He knew what was best for our son and was passionate about making it happen. David was relentless and aggressive as he battled to ensure that the right terms were in place for our son. He never backed down when confronted with push back from the opposing attorney. David negotiated an incredible agreement that will benefit my son immensely and will provide us with more rights than before, which will help us better care for our child. One gesture that my husband was especially grateful for was immediately following mediation. I was joyful about the outcome but anxious about walking to my car because my husband was not allowed to be there. David’s caring and gentle side came back out. He wanted to ensure I felt safe and comfortable so he walked me to my car. David and his team made a difficult, stressful process much easier to navigate. Ordway, as well as his staff, was always nice at the beginning for a new client. But he essentially does not work hard for you while charging you tons of money. He often negotiates a very bad deal (because he is very lazy), while giving you an impression that he achieved "favorable results" for you. When he responds to your questions, the answer is always short and oftentimes misleading (but you would have a good impression because he is a smooth talker). My divorce ended up with a very bad deal (I did not know at the time). To this date, I still have another (good) attorney to clean up his mess. Do not throw away your hard earned money for his bad services, especially when his services are deceptively adequate.

I can’t thank Mr. Ordway and his team enough!! He made sure my interests where protected. He fought hard for me and my little girl and we got everything I wanted. This has been a very long and stressful year, but I couldn’t have done this with out them. mr. Ordway is fair, up front and very good at his job! Any time I needed to talk to him, he jumped on the phone or emailed me right back. This case was very messy and at times I cried. His office team always responded and helped me through it all. Barbara’s preparedness and pragmatism are well-documented. But I was most overly impressed with how intimate she became with my case, often able to remember and recite details even I had forgotten over the course of a 2-year legal battle. It was my perception she gives each of her clients this individualized and customized attention. Fully convinced I was successful in my divorce and custody hearings because I had the most savvy, and most experienced legal team. She’s the best money can buy.

Wow - I read some of the other reviews and completely disagree. While the divorce system is basically broke and the attorneys will always win. Barbara was the worst.... She drained all money that was given to her and when fired she made sure she burned through every nickel in the last several days. She was terrible and unprepared in court and had no idea of who I was or what was being said or done in the courts. I have dealt with the legal system in my business(s) for many decades and she is quite possibly the worst I have had to deal with. I wish I would not have hired her and hope someone else does not make the same mistake I made. And of the several attorneys I hired Ms. Keon was the most expensive even though she was the shortest duration of representation and accomplished the least. Again, the system is broke - by design. Ms. Keon does not help the cause.

I received outstanding counseling and advice from attorney Ravelle Smith and his team from the moment I made the call for a divorce attorney. My intake was prepared and explained to me in great detail by Katie Hall and Samantha Hall kept me up to date and on schedule with my attorney's fees. I was given a list/schedule of fee cost per action and an explanation on how I will be billed throughout the entire process. Samantha worked with me and was compassionate with my retainer and my payments. I feel as though I know Adrienne Busey personally because of the frequent communications email while dealing with COVID-19. Though I never got to meet any of the team in person, I feel as though they cared about me as a person and my situation. My divorce was suppose to happen without an attorney for me and my ex-spouse until I was given notice by the court that he did in fact have an attorney. He expected me to show up unprepared and not represented and that's when I went to Google to help me find adequate representation. I called 3 law firms and decided on the Siemon Law Firm. I just wanted to take the time out to share my testimony regarding Sauls Law Group. I was having issues gaining visitation with my child, so I visited a total of three different lawyers in which each other attorney were jacks of all trades and master of nothing, or some attorneys would not take my case all they wanted to talk about your case will be so hard and keep in my case was difficult most other attorneys gave me little to no chance of even negotiate a deal or let alone when a custody battle. I felt defeated, so my last result was to google any attorney that practices family law, so I attempted to contact two other attorneys via my google search and they either would not take my case because they had no dealing with the county and or circuit my case was assigned to, so I contacted Sauls Law Group as my last option for that day, and soon as I called " Trey" Mr. Sauls answered the phone I gave him a general run down of my issues, he immediately went into game plan mode, it took me like month to get my retainer money together , so please no matter what the retainer cost is its truly worth it when I called back he remembered my issues, my name and everything I knew than I had my " life time lawyer" my case took an extended period of time to finalize so keep in my the courts take time its not like buying a car most matters are so serious and life changing it will take time to iron out, my case took a extra six months because of Covid-19 pandemic only the courts were closed, but I know I have been long winded , but to sum up my case with the dedication from The Sauls Law Group I won my custody case I'm now a full time parent . I can confidently say that this was by far the best choice I have ever made. There were several lawyers I had met, but none of them were as open and accommodating as Oxendine&Sauls. Granted, as a student, any huge fees will be difficult to pay for. However, Oxendine&Sauls allowed me to be so comfortable and confident with my decision to go with them, I wouldn't have it any other way. I trust to put my situation in their hands completely. I know that they will take the wheel and get me where I need to be safely. Christine is amazing. Very Expensive. Very busy. Regardless of what you have going on with you case it will get handled when they can. I had extensive evidence of child neglect and contempt's with my spouse who was the respondent and this team still could not present and prepare the right things to win my case. Example, she stole weapons out the marital residence and this evidence was not presented in court. After she moved out in the middle of the process. If you are looking for a hungry lawyer to eat the case this is not firm you want. $30,000 and I had to pull out because I couldn't afford to go any more especially after judge ruled against us. On a positive note Annette and Hannah are good people who work very hard. Amy, I can't say that.

I’m from out of state and needed an attorney in Georgia to help get my kids out of a bad environment. Looking for a great attorney in your hometown is hard enough but looking for one on the internet, out of state, is even harder. I came across the Waggoner Hastings website and after reading their reviews, I decided to give them a call. I needed to be able to trust an attorney who would not just take my money but someone who would fight for the best interest of my children and Amy did exactly what I was looking for in an attorney. Amy and her team attacked my case from every angle. Amy knows the law and is not afraid to deliberate. Amy is highly respected in her field and I would highly recommend her for anyone needing help with a custody case.

She was highly recommended to me, but what I wasn't told was that she doesn't offer free consult, I had decided to retain her on the day that I went in for my consultation. However, I guess I took too long to get back to her, because she never called me back after calling her office back twice & I mentioned to the receptionist both times that I was ready with all requested docs. I took it as a good sign, because my husband & I decided to stay together.

Margaret Washburn is THE BEST. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and she really does work for her clients. She is extremely responsive and she gets things done in a very timely manner. Most attorneys will stall, delay and do all sorts of unnecessary things in an effort to collect more money from their client and it usually takes them forever. Margaret is the opposite: she finds out what you want as an outcome, gathers all pertinent facts, quickly I might add, and then works quickly to get things done. She doesn't waste time or play games. She is also very aggressive, which is what you want in an attorney. I will definitely be calling on Ms Washburn if I ever need an attorney again.

After our initial consultation, I retained her services on the spot and all I can say is WOW, I am so glad I did! We had two weeks to prepare and when I say Washburn Law Offices kicked it into high gear, it may be an understatement. If I was able to give a 10-stars on Mr. Shaw I would! This was an international parental abduction case that I believe he was the ONLY attorney that could win it. This case was very lengthy, over 2 years, with so many incidents and information to keep up with. On top of that my prior attorney completely screwed me over. Shaw hopped on the case, filed the proper documents for each incident occurred, and was on top of everything. I never had to worry. Shaw always made sure he makes the best decision for his clients, which includes not trying to unnecessarily hurt you financially. Fighting for custody is difficult process in itself, it is very frustrating, overwhelming, and many times you want to give up. Shaw did his job, and made sure I was at peace every step of the way. Shaw knows the law, and I respect his work wholeheartedly. Mr. Shaw thank you so much for helping me get custody of my son, it means a lot to me and my family. Long story short, Shaw will not disappoint!

I could not be any happier to have Scott Shaw. Scott has done more for me on our first phone call than any attorney I have dealt with. I have two cases Scott is helping me with. A divorce and a custody battle and the other is a custody battle. Both fathers have ganged up and tried to take custody away from me. I called Scott & come to find out they are both in contempt. He told me to go pick them up! Scott Shaw knows the law & he can relate. I feel it's one thing to be an attorney to know the law and to fight but to be the attorney who been in the same shoes as his clients is the icing on the cake for me. I have been a House mom for nearly 10 years never had to work so child support is an issue for me having to raise four children while having to pay for an attorney. I think his prices are fair especially for an attorney & compassionate. Call Scott Shaw! You won't regret it!

Shaw took on my case as it was nearly 6 years in the midst. A huge case history. We were in dire straights at the time after a mishandling of my case by a prior attorney, lack of due process by our Cobb County Judge, and a poor investigation by a Guardian Ad Litem. It was a long road, and it is still ongoing. Shaw is calculated, practical, honest, and utilizes experts in the Family Law professional community to get the job done. Family law is a hard field to navigate, and Shaw does his absolute best to serve his clients- even given huge setbacks and misfortune. He does not subscribe to the common politics which the field can be dominated by. He runs his firm by the book, and the laws therein. I deeply respect Scott Shaw and his work. Elyssa Williams, the best lawyer I have ever worked with in the most difficult time, season, climate, and situation in my life. She is the most compassionate, kind, professional, skillful, masterful, beautiful, prompt, no nonsense, dignified, caring, patient, detailed, intelligent lawyer that I have met. My mother died from grief and poor help days before I called, my mind and heart was so overwhelmed I could hardly construct a sentence to communicate. Please do not waste your time or money. I paid close to $5000 for an uncontested divorce all I got was an email sent to my ex. No explanation ever on service. Never was consulted. Never met with an attorney, spoke on the phone 2 times to which it was inconclusive and the papers that were emailed to my ex had several errors and still do. They “went separate ways” and gave me the reminder of my retainer fee which was $300. The attorney spoke to my sister more about my case then myself. Never advised me legally on anything, again I had one phone call just asking what was expected and that was the only time other times we emailed and even the it took some time to get a response. The other times they call you is for more money to which I gave them more for nothing. Find someone else or for the paperwork I received you call fill it out online yourself. The worst experience horrible communication. Find someone else.

What a great law firm. These attorneys are not fly by night, tell you what to do, and then it’s hard to reach them. They are truly experts in the law, they take the time to educate you, and they are pit bulls in the courtroom. But not annoyingly or embarrassingly so. I can tell that they have great reputations with the court and other attorneys alike. I felt more in control with them by my side. I learned so much just from our first main call once I retained then, I just knew that I made a good choice and I hope you do too!
