I just wanted to take the time out to share my testimony regarding Sauls Law Group. I was having issues gaining visitation with my child, so I visited a total of three different lawyers in which each other attorney were jacks of all trades and master of nothing, or some attorneys would not take my case all they wanted to talk about your case will be so hard and keep in my case was difficult most other attorneys gave me little to no chance of even negotiate a deal or let alone when a custody battle. I felt defeated, so my last result was to google any attorney that practices family law, so I attempted to contact two other attorneys via my google search and they either would not take my case because they had no dealing with the county and or circuit my case was assigned to, so I contacted Sauls Law Group as my last option for that day, and soon as I called " Trey" Mr. Sauls answered the phone I gave him a general run down of my issues, he immediately went into game plan mode, it took me like month to get my retainer money together , so please no matter what the retainer cost is its truly worth it when I called back he remembered my issues, my name and everything I knew than I had my " life time lawyer" my case took an extended period of time to finalize so keep in my the courts take time its not like buying a car most matters are so serious and life changing it will take time to iron out, my case took a extra six months because of Covid-19 pandemic only the courts were closed, but I know I have been long winded , but to sum up my case with the dedication from The Sauls Law Group I won my custody case I'm now a full time parent . I can confidently say that this was by far the best choice I have ever made. There were several lawyers I had met, but none of them were as open and accommodating as Oxendine&Sauls. Granted, as a student, any huge fees will be difficult to pay for. However, Oxendine&Sauls allowed me to be so comfortable and confident with my decision to go with them, I wouldn't have it any other way. I trust to put my situation in their hands completely. I know that they will take the wheel and get me where I need to be safely. Christine is amazing. There's not enough words in the English dictionary to describe the experience I had with David and his firm. He was patient, kind, understanding, and a little bit scary due to his depth of family law knowledge. From the beginning he was extremely confident that he could get me a favorable outcome in my family law case, and he went above and beyond to make sure I did. My husband and I were incredibly nervous. David was caring and gentle as we dealt with different emotions of anger, worry, and stress. Our (sometimes) frantic, fearful phone calls were always met with empathy and reassurance that everything was going to be ok. His team communicated quickly and effectively throughout the entire process which kept us at ease that things were being handled timely and nothing was going to fall through the cracks. Misty worked tirelessly and her obvious passion for helping take care of our son often gave us peace of mind when we were feeling anxious. David showed that although he was caring and gentle with us, he had a bulldog mentality in mediation. He knew what was best for our son and was passionate about making it happen. David was relentless and aggressive as he battled to ensure that the right terms were in place for our son. He never backed down when confronted with push back from the opposing attorney. David negotiated an incredible agreement that will benefit my son immensely and will provide us with more rights than before, which will help us better care for our child. One gesture that my husband was especially grateful for was immediately following mediation. I was joyful about the outcome but anxious about walking to my car because my husband was not allowed to be there. David’s caring and gentle side came back out. He wanted to ensure I felt safe and comfortable so he walked me to my car. David and his team made a difficult, stressful process much easier to navigate. We cannot imagine going through what we went through without having the Tannen Law Group on our side. We told David at the end of everything that he is our attorney for life should we ever need one again!

She was highly recommended to me, but what I wasn't told was that she doesn't offer free consult, I had decided to retain her on the day that I went in for my consultation. However, I guess I took too long to get back to her, because she never called me back after calling her office back twice & I mentioned to the receptionist both times that I was ready with all requested docs. I took it as a good sign, because my husband & I decided to stay together.

Margaret Washburn is THE BEST. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and she really does work for her clients. She is extremely responsive and she gets things done in a very timely manner. Most attorneys will stall, delay and do all sorts of unnecessary things in an effort to collect more money from their client and it usually takes them forever. Margaret is the opposite: she finds out what you want as an outcome, gathers all pertinent facts, quickly I might add, and then works quickly to get things done. She doesn't waste time or play games. She is also very aggressive, which is what you want in an attorney. I will definitely be calling on Ms Washburn if I ever need an attorney again.

My attorney introduced me to Margaret Washburn as we were preparing for trial in my divorce case. After our initial consultation, I retained her services on the spot and all I can say is WOW, I am so glad I did! We had two weeks to prepare and when I say Washburn Law Offices kicked it into high gear, it may be an understatement. I am still amazed at how quickly she and her team (specifically Cherie and Pam), came up to speed on my case. They worked tirelessly long days and showed genuine compassion for me throughout. They take a personal interest in your case and care about you as a person - great combination! Margaret is extremely knowledgeable in the divorce process (and I'm sure other facets of the law) and ultimately was key in our reaching a fair settlement on the eve of the trial, thus avoiding what was sure to be a painful experience. Highly recommend!

So far we have paid him $4000 .. he has threatened to quit 3 times... He could not remember any details of my case. He constantly wants to talk about everything else except my case,and then charge me for speaking with him. I had to do all the leg work. When it cam e time for a hearing in my child custody case, Im pretty sure he was sleeping through the whole thing. I got beat up by a better lawyer, over things that were so inconsequential. When it was his turn to cross examine.. he had plenty of the things to question, but forgot about those... He asked two questions, and let it rest.. when I asked him him about it he said well I made objections... This is the worst representation from a lawyer that I have ever had... Don't waste your money!!!

Not professional at all and many complaints on lack of responsiveness. Called just to get information about a former settlement and he became angry and hung up the phone. It came across as someone very unstable honestly because it was just an informational call. I would not recommend him.

The quality of service provided by this practice has far exceeded my expectations. Over the course of time, Tom and his staff have been very helpful to me. Tom’s advice and guidance has made the legal process manageable as well as understandable. His staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and wonderful to work with. They have always been professional, and yet personable. The Judges appear to respect Tom’s straight forward and confident approach. From providing documentation to Judges ahead of time to having documents and plans prepared for presentation in court, Tom is always well prepared. I like that Tom always has my best interest in mind and works with the laws to help create the best possible outcome for my case. I am very grateful for the assistance he and his staff have provided me over the years.

I spoke with Mr. Cain on 8/3 regarding modifying an existing court order. I was in his office for approximately 1 hour, with at least 20 minutes of that time being spent with him telling me personal stories (his previous marriage counseling experiences, previous cases). During this time Mr. Cain made the comment, "you're not paying for this by the way". At the end of our meeting I decided to leave a check for $1800.00 which cleared my bank the same day. Mr. Cain explained that it would be over a week before anything would be done. Over the weekend I decided not to proceed with modifying the order. At 9AM the morning of 8/6 I called the office and spoke with Sabrina and explained that I no longer wanted to proceed. She told me she would speak to Mr. Cain and call me by the morning of 8/7. On 8/8 I sent an email since I had not heard back. I received a response apologizing and promising a follow up by the next day. On 8/10 I sent an additional email telling me I should hear back by 8/13. Well I just received a call from Ashley telling me that Mr. Cain is deducting $400 for a 2 hour consultation. Excuse me?! This is extremely unethical and highly unprofessional. I will definitely tell anyone I referred to him to seek counsel elsewhere and when I am ready to proceed I will not be returning to this office. How dare he take advantage of someone and bill for services he did not render!

This is base on my experience. Julie worked with me through the whole process. Even when I was so frustrated and I wanted the divorce to be done she was nice and understandable. Julie has been incredibly helpful in assisting with my divorce. She has been very quick to respond to my emails and has answered every question I had(there were a lot lol). She also has video resources and a checklist that help make the process easier and explain every step in detail. Lastly, all of this is available at a great price that fit in to my budget. This firm had our retainer and documents for over 7 weeks before we ever received a drafted motion. This was a simple modification of child support based on age of child and income change for defendant. After repeated calls and emails, a draft was sent of the motion and it was completely inaccurate in it's entirety. Emails indicating as such have gone unanswered for an additional 2 weeks. I would not recommend this firm to anyone that is looking for competent and responsive representation. I can only imagine how difficult it is going to be to receive our retainer back so that we can seek other counsel.

Eugenia Wallace is so welcoming and easy to discuss things with. I have dealt with other family law companies and always felt I was being run over or ignored. Hired Michael Birchmore for a divorce . He dragged out the process for months. He didn’t have my back. Slow to respond. He did not push my ex to complete the discovery for months. I expressed my concerns several times with little support or change. Divorce is stressful but when you have to deal with your own attorney who is not doing his job adds more stress. I am not sure why a firm like Taylor and Daniels would support such poor work from their attorneys. I fired Mike and hired another attorney who finished the divorce in 45 days. Beware hiring this firm.
