When it come to divorce and custody it’s always a scary process. So having a good attorney can ease the mind a little but having a great attorney can make this process a LOT easier! wish I could give this business 10 stars! I had an issue that could have possibly ruined my record and maybe ended me up in jail all because of an error in the courts computer system. I called this company to help me figure out my next move and in less than a day they reached out to the courts and had the matter resolved without me taking one step in to the courthouse. Brittany helped me with this matter and she was very professional, comforting and most helpful with resolving my issue. By far Richard Schrade has been a big factor is my life and I could not have asked for a better lawyer. This man was persistent with my case, and I felt as if he never stopped trying to help me. He wasn’t just a lawyer he was a dang good friend. So for the people that are hesitant about hiring him… don’t hesitate, Richard is one of the best. He is very well mannered, respectful, and unlike most lawyers - if you need him at 11 o-clock at night, if this man wasn’t already asleep, he was on the phone listening to anything new or new information I had about my case and court. He always kept me updated on things that was changing in the court system and with my case itself. So all in all, if you want a lawyer that actually does what a lawyer is suppose to do then Richard is by far the way to go and I would never hesitate to hire him again if the need ever came up.

If you’re looking for compassionate, personable, professional, and equitable attorneys, look no further. Jennifer is warm, compassionate, and has a great sense of humor. There are not enough stars to give this team. Both Jen and Richard were beyond amazing in my time of vulnerability. This was not the first time I have used this team for legal support, but this one meant the most. The compassionate energy accompanied by knowledge, options and ease in the process was everything I was looking for in council. I do not recommend calling this law firm at all! Jennifer took my money & withdrew from the case 1 month before a court date left me high and dry because she didn’t feel comfortable representing me because my family pay my attorney fees and I have arrears!! Jennifer knew I had arrears before taking on this case ! That’s the whole point of hiring Jennifer to help me get child support payments modified!! Jennifer if you’re so concerned with my arrears you should’ve did your job and kept track of everything to help me! Or better yet refund my money back so I can put it towards my arrears. This law firm does not keep in touch with you at all! You have to call them to get updates that’s how they get you by incurring more fees!They keep you in the blind about your case , it seems as if they do not care at all they aren’t compassionate or empathetic ! I hired Jennifer in April of 2020 they dropped the ball & had the wrong jurisdiction so the case had to be transferred to another county in October months went by I was never kept in touch on what was going on , I called Fulton County Courthouse to see if I had case/was the case transferred the clerk told me no it was no case! I called law firm to tell them what the courthouse said next thing I know the case was transferred to Fulton very quickly !!! This law firm drag their feet they don’t do things with a sense of urgency at all, I got a court hearing & Jennifer withdrew from the case & took my money ! Do not call Jennifer for help she will leave you for dead!!! Jennifer wasted my time & money!!! Money gone down the drain which she has done nothing at all!!!

Had a good experience (as much as you can have while going through a divorce and having to involve lawyers). I felt I was listened to, my child's best interest was kept in mind, they were tactful, and kind. They were also understanding of my financial constraints and didn't try to wrack up unnecessary expenses. Fair warning that sometimes I felt I didn't get a response fast enough, but I only write this here to remind anyone and everyone that this is standard with all lawyers, as difficult as it feels in the moment.

I was looking for a reputable firm in the area to handle revision of my mother's POA & Will. Mom had been wanting to take care of this for several months but was unsure of trusting another firm for this process since her previous attorney passed away a few years ago. After a bit of research, I suggested Brown, Barbour, & Thraikill as their reputation suggested competence and integrity. We were not disappointed. Would either my mother or I retain their services in the future? Absolutely!

I would not use this Law Firm ever again. When I first hired them , I Just knew this was the best decision. After so long, I realized I was doing all the attorneys work myself and the lack of communication is something else. Also the assistant is very rude and love going back and forth with The attorneys clients instead of helping them clear up their frustration!! Don’t use these people services. Find someone who really want to help you and that’s determined to get the job done.

A really bad law firm that cares only about depleting your bank account. I had a "paid" initial consultation with Michael Manely and he seemed like a great attorney with loads of experience. However, when I hired this firm they ran through $6000 in 3 days. The representation I got in court was mediocre that I could have done better on my own. I was fooled by the good reviews and I was quick to dismiss all the 1 star reviews. Now I know which reviews were real and authentic.

I went through a messy divorce and custody battle. I was introduced to Wayne Morrison through a mutual friend of ours. During the worst time of my life I had a band to angels surrounding me, protecting me, guiding me and reassuring me that all would turn out well for my children and myself. Eugenia Wallace is so welcoming and easy to discuss things with. I have dealt with other family law companies and always felt I was being run over or ignored. Hired Michael Birchmore for a divorce . He dragged out the process for months. He didn’t have my back. Slow to respond. He did not push my ex to complete the discovery for months. I expressed my concerns several times with little support or change. Divorce is stressful but when you have to deal with your own attorney who is not doing his job adds more stress. I am not sure why a firm like Taylor and Daniels would support such poor work from their attorneys. I fired Mike and hired another attorney who finished the divorce in 45 days. Beware hiring this firm.

She was highly recommended to me, but what I wasn't told was that she doesn't offer free consult, I had decided to retain her on the day that I went in for my consultation. However, I guess I took too long to get back to her, because she never called me back after calling her office back twice & I mentioned to the receptionist both times that I was ready with all requested docs. I took it as a good sign, because my husband & I decided to stay together.

Margaret Washburn is THE BEST. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and she really does work for her clients. She is extremely responsive and she gets things done in a very timely manner. Most attorneys will stall, delay and do all sorts of unnecessary things in an effort to collect more money from their client and it usually takes them forever. Margaret is the opposite: she finds out what you want as an outcome, gathers all pertinent facts, quickly I might add, and then works quickly to get things done. She doesn't waste time or play games. She is also very aggressive, which is what you want in an attorney. I will definitely be calling on Ms Washburn if I ever need an attorney again.
