He was very HONEST and told me up front if it was something I should do or not. He told me he didn't want to just take my money and that is not how he works. I would recommend Grunyk Family Law to anyone in need of legal advice for any type of divorce. My divorce was extremely complicated and not amicable. I hired Leah because she was highly recommended and she did not let me down. Together we went through months of complicated paperwork, depositions and trial. Leah was always encouraging me to be balanced while also informing me of what I was legally entitled too. RUN! Divorce/NO kids/NO Trial Cost me $XXX,000 + reimburse exhusband for my legal fees. Forced to review divorce agreement for 1st time, moments b4 judge appearance, w opposing counsel & ex threatening trial. Many things I did not agree or know, but in an effort to finalize I just moved forward. I was represented with a different attorney, even though this was specifically discussed and agreed. Several Billing Errors/duplication. Billed weekly for company status meeting and add'l meetings without knowledge. At least one of the lawyers listed in other reviews, is no longer with the company. Dayna said she moved out of state, but actually she is at a different firm with diff concepts. I have PTSD not from my divorce, but from my experience with this lawfirm.

My case was a very complicated one in which it required overseas communications, so to find a lawyer with the expertise and finesse that David posses is rare. I should say that I had previously ended with my previous representation abruptly when they were unable to move forward with the case due to lack of experience so I was incredibly stressed and concerned to find the right fit for me. I interviewed a number of lawyers and then I met David. He was warm and friendly when I met with him and made me realize that my case isn't just a paycheck for him unlike my previous representation. He sat down with me and walked me through my options. Lindsey who partners with David is also just as great. Very timely with communication and extremely timely with communication. I chose Patti Fox based on the numerous reviews. I figured the few bad ones had to be outliers. Moody disgruntled clients. Please go elsewhere! After 7 months of basically filing papers and cc numerous emails they charged me 20+k and accomplished nothing. As soon as she got me to take money out of my retirement to pay them, she dropped me as a client. We have a house, 1 child, and a couple retirement accounts. This was not a difficult case. Men...she will not fight for your rights as a parent! Be warned! Additionally every time I needed her to be the professional, she would ask me what I wanted to do...I didn't know what to do... that's why I hired a lawyer. She seems incapable of anticipating the oppositions responses and actions. She was always caught off guard and seemed helpless to know how to respond. This was a huge waste of money and now I have to start all over. If you have a ton of money to waste, go for this firm. Otherwise I would stay far away.

Tony is one of the best lawyer hands down! I had a difficult case and had to switch from my other attorney (who cared less) to Tony. I must say it was the best decision of my life. Tony and his team worked hard to get me results. At times I wondered if my case was the only one they had because of the amount of time and effort they put into it. Tony is honest, dedicated and an expert in his field. One of the best things I love about Tony is that he is always so calm and poised. I cannot imagine a better attorney for me for the ordeal I went through in a divorce. Five major skills and character traits stand out. First, Daniel was quick to think ahead of options that covered important requirements I in fact needed in the process (but I had not thought of, myself), and averted possible unnecessary complications for me. Second, the opposing attorney unnecessarily delayed the process for months, causing extra costs and added stress to me in the process. However, Daniel's third skill was dogged persistence in pursuing action against the opposing attorney to force his responsibility in doing his duty on his side. Fifth, Daniel proposed options in the process to me and let me choose, with his professional guidance to assist my choice of options. When I lacked knowledge about the direction to take, he unhesitatingly suggested courses of action that undeniably helped the process. It was a collaborative relationship which I apprecitated, supported by his savviness as an attorney, and his dedication to, as we say, "having my back." I am forever grateful for this particular trait of Daniel's, as I was helpless in knowing how to force the opposing attorney away from his irresponsible and unethical stubborness and in the process.
