Tried reaching out to Mr. Murray multiple times over the past year and never received any communication from him. It was only after my husband left a review that we received an email ( 2 hours after review was posted) trying to find out what the issue was. I then forwarded the multiple emails I had sent to him over the past year and he told me he thought he had called us with the information. Nope....never got any phone call or voicemail but a great try to deflect the lack of communication on his part. He then finally sent me his correspondence that we had been asking for over a year later after this had been dismissed. Mr. Murray just needs to work on communication. He is lacking in that department.

Our attorney was so disorganized in court that the judge asked why he wasn't prepared. He didn't know where papers were, stumbled over questions because he didn't write them down and lost our case. In addition, he wasn't responsive prior to the court proceeding (we asked multiple times to meet and go over what may happen) and ended up meeting with us for all of 10 minutes in a small room by the court room before the hearing started. We feel like we were scammed out of our money. Terrible representation.

Only hire them if you’d like to be charged to go backwards in your case and go unanswered to why. Calls,emails etc all left un returned even when they get you a new attorney because you’re is no longer with them. The new lawyer won’t call you or email you. When someone comes to court they aren’t prepared and cost you two more dates which then cost a year because of covid to come back from. By far the most unsatisfactory service I’ve ever recived from a law firm.

Emma Curtis is the best lawyer I’ve came across. She has represented me for my custody case. My family retained Jason in 2018 for the fight of our life to win custody of my niece Brittyn and after 3 years of fighting for her we WON and this couldn't be any sweeter. This case was extremely emotional, stressful, mind blowing, heart wrenching but having Jason on our side and fighting for us is what we needed. After being left with no furnace and no hot water heater for months due to my neighbors water bursting and flooding my basemen, I had no choice but to accept half of the damage they did. One day I'll get the rest of the money and be able to get the water heater fixed so well have hot water again at my house. Had to accept so at least have hot air. My neighbors insurance company would give e you 10 stars for not paying for all the damage done

I retained Junior Associate Drew Dossett Esq. to help me with my case. I verbally spoke with Mr. Dossett a week and a half before about every detail of my case and gave him all the information I had pertaining to my upcoming case. I also stated to Mr. Dossett the the judge presiding over my hearing had ties to the other party and I requested that the judge be removed from my case and he waited until the day before my hearing to tell me that the judge shouldn’t be a issue. Mr. Dossett did nothing with the information I provided him and when the court date arrived and he found out the other party had legal representation he approached me and stated “ Since they have legal representation that changes everything”. Needless to say my day in court the was a field day for the opposing counsel and party. I can’t speak for the other lawyers at the firm, but I will say if you are looking for a reputable and dependent lawyer I wouldn’t recommend Mr Dossett, I would urge to find better representation.

I would give this Law firm zero star if I could. Mr. Kelley Zuber here is a joke. They charged my card 9100 dollars to review my brothers case from another law firm and to do one zoom court session. You talking about highway robbery. Plus when you sign the form that you will be billed $250 and hour, well don’t think that’s what it really is. They have lawyers charging $350 an hour which was never discussed. And don’t think you will get any of the deposit money back because once you fire them, they won’t email you back to tell you what they are refunding so you’re out that 3 grand too! What a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend them to file anything for anyone.

I urge you to do your due diligence before agreeing to pay the $100 consultation fee. My case was urgent in nature and I felt the gentleman doing the consultation and collection of initial documents could have cared less. My 1 hour consultation was actually 10 minutes. Take into account the few emails that went back and forth and I maybe took an additional 20 minutes of his time. Once the documents got to the lawyer I had been assigned, I felt we lost almost 36 hours time to petition for an emergency hearing. Carmen Keller was my attorney. While I felt she had little experience with my particular situation, she did a lot of research, consulted with her peers, and came to court very well prepared. By the end, we were granted judgement in our favor. Carmen was very responsive to all communication and was pleasant to work with. If you can get past the consultation, I felt I was well represented.

Most honest, professional lawyer I have ever met. I highly recommend Stan! I have met with Stan several times over the past few years and every meeting he is very straightforward and provides great legal advice. I did not hire him only because of his legal advice. Stan could have talked me into putting him on retainer and spending a lot of time and money on child custody related legal action but his integrity is unwavering. His honesty helped build an enormous amount of trust from the start. I would hire him for any of my custody legal needs and cannot recommend his law firm enough.

I could never of had a better lawyer, very professional and honest with you. He stuck with me for 3 years up and downs and we ended up winning sole custody of my son. He is very good at what he does. We had to go-to trial and you could definitely tell who the better lawyer was. Stan was very detailed and did everything right. I am very grateful he stood by my side the whole way through.

I felt I paid for nothing. I trusted her because I knew she knew my ex-wife attorney. I believed her when she said she doesn’t mixed friendships with her clients however, I felt like Ms. Spector had little consideration for my case, and at times I felt she was working on my ex-wife’s behalf with her friend / co-worker Ms. Nolan by allowing my case to be prolonged. Me and my ex had signed an agreement and the Judge wasn't aware of it because it was never presented. I found this out towards the end of my case. Unfortunately, I had to seek another attorney which I came out with everything I initially asked for when I filed.

Poor communication, inadequate office personnel with low customer service skills that don’t relay information to opposing counsel by deadline. Had to point out and spell out mistakes made by lawyer and staff and get billed for it. Promises to fight for client but doesn’t deliver. Had to request our signed court docs because they didn't send them automatically and found huge calculation mistake that had to be explained to the lawyer which she should've caught at court.

This law firm is less than professional the secretary would call scream at me and when I asked her why she was treating me like this her response was you Christians are all alike worthless my sister along with a restaurant full of people heard this conversation because I had it on speaker phone. Be careful because after we came to an agreement on some assets with my soon to be ex-husband Michelle Schaefer and my ex husband attorney changed it .I lost the vehicle I had and he got both vehicle because he borrowed money against the one I had and I could keep the vehicle I had as long as I would pay the debt he owed on it. She is a scammer. By the way the secretary owned a business in Marion and she said because Christian men and women thinking they should get something for nothing thier business went down hill and they had to close thier doors. Not all Christians are the same. I just wanted truth and justice nothing more nothing less. There is alot more i can say but I wint butt be sure she is not worth the money she has you pay and she is fake and a fraud
