While looking for an attorney for father’s rights, reading many reviews and researching for days, we found Tony Gibbens. This had to be done long distance because my son didn’t reside in Indiana. Tony was quick to respond and took the time to listen and answer questions over the phone. We flew in on a visit and met with Tony at his office. My son wanted an attorney that would protect his rights as a father with his daughter. Tony immediately got to work and we are so grateful we found him. It’s been two years now and each step, advice, contract has been on point. Tony is very accessible by phone and will treat you fairly without overpricing. EXCELLENT Attorney with minimal bells and whistles. Minimal bells and whistles have nothing to do with the quality of service you receive. Tony busts his tail providing exemplary work. Minimal bells and whistle simply mean he doesn't rent a high-cost office downtown nor does he have a staff of twenty. I switched to this firm in the middle of my divorce and custody case from a different firm, and the difference was like night and day! My attorney, Brooke, was professional, responsive, and clearly explained the process to me. She was attentive and straight to the point, which I really appreciated after getting the run around for close to two years before switching to her. If you’re looking for an attorney that actually cares about your case and it’s shows in and out of the court room, Elisha Comer is who you need to hire. Not only did she show understanding but was extremely intelligent, passionate, and well prepared. I provided several documents and it was above my expectations how she recalled the exact evidence needed to disprove or prove my case in the moment and overall, in and out of the courtroom. My son was driving significantly over the speed limit and out of state while heading back to college. I spoke to 2 great receptionists who were efficient, friendly, and mostly, VERY professional! They knew exactly what my issue was and connected me to Angie Trapp almost immediately. Angie was AMAZING! She explained what to do, who to call, how to go about getting the response needed and all the while, for ZERO charge. Even after I requested to pay, she refused. She was brilliant in her approach and confident in her judgements and that made me comfortable and confident as well! I highly recommend Angie Trapp and will remain a big fan. As we proceed down the path , I know I will retain the best legal counsel for our issue and from a distance that is a HUGE relief!

I was looking for an experienced attorney in regards to family law and I found them! I was contacted the SAME DAY by Justin Bowen who had already reviewed my case info and had facts and answers for me!!! Although we figured out it is in my best interest to file in the state I reside in, he STILL gave me great information about the laws and proceedings pertaining to my case! He was very professional and genuinely kind, (which is hard to find these days). I only wish they were located in my area. I would TOTALLY recommend Bowen & Associates!!!!!!

I called Justin Bowen because I needed an attorney for my recent DUI and being a RN that only complicated things. I was very anxious about the whole ordeal. The office staff and Justin had a calming quality about them which just helped me to calm down. Justin knows the law and what needs to be done. If any surprises happened throughout the way he was on it and dealing with it to get things resolved. He went with me to the Nursing Board which can be a very intimidating experience. Not all attorneys accompany clients to the Nursing Board. He prepared me and told me how to speak what not to say and what to say which helped tremendously. I am very pleased with both outcomes regarding the criminal side and the professional side with the Nursing Board. Stacy and Lindsay get credit as well. Stacy did a lot for me and both ladies were so polite and helpful. I would recommend Bowen & Associates to anyone in legal trouble.

I was referred to Justin by a friend who went through a divorce shortly before my own. She described him as incredibly smart, strategic, fair, and able to keep even the most challenging situation calm. She was 100% right on all fronts. Over nearly a year, Justin worked with me through the most emotionally challenging situations I have ever had. Even in the midst of chaos, he made me feel calm and ensured that we stayed the course for my children. In the end, I got full custody, which can be extremely challenging for a father in Indiana. Dad's, divorce can wreak havoc on the dynamic you have with your children. If you are serious about being a major part of their lives, this is your guy. Without hearing or even asking the side of the father, Richard Mann assumes you're a horrible dad based off what the "mother" says, with absolutely no proof to back it up. Waste of money and time.

I wouldn't waste your time calling lopez law.. she was part of a court ordeal for us and she did a horrible job. She rushed her report because she was going out of country on vacation and what she put into the report was all hear say from another party.. needless to say the judge figured out what type of person she was and that her report was bogus... don't disappoint yourself by wasting your time here..????

Do your homework! I imagine most people going through the dissolution of a marriage (a) do not want to be in that position, (b) know very little about the process and what to expect, and (d) want it over as soon as possible. It is an extremely emotional and stressful time to endure, so choosing the right attorney to help support you through the process is critical. Are they going to support your best interests, while also knowing the law, how it has been applied in the past, and helping you to set REALISTIC expectations? Are they going to fight over every element in the agreement, regardless of its importance to you, or are they going to help you contain expenses/billings by understanding your goals and likely outcomes? Are they going to be able to identify red flags in an agreement and understand how it will impact you down the line? (Unfortunately, for my bank account and my mental health, these are not questions I knew to ask of my first attorney. After spending thousands of dollars, and having nothing to show for it, I decided to make a change and was referred to Cairns Rabiola Vance.) I worked with Tara Rabiola and have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about her and her team (Erika and Ariel). Tara (respectfully) informed me when my expectations were out of line with reality. She had great advice about when she thought a challenge would win in court or when it could go the other way, all while keeping us out of court and mediation – which was important to both me and my ex-spouse. Her team was responsive, efficient, respectful, and considerate, and the perfect partner to help me through this dreadful experience!

I have worked with Tara Rabiola for 4 years handling a divorce and post divorce mediation and other issues. She has been extremely good to work with - she is very responsive to my questions/emails and is also willing to get on a quick call to discuss things. She is very straight forward on her advice to you as a client. I think her billing is very fair and reflects the time that she spends with you on a case. I highly recommend her!!
