I went to Stange Law for my divorce. Tina Cox was my attorney and she was amazing. COVID caused some delays but we were able to get everything done in a pretty timely manner. Updates - Post the original review i received call from Brandan to discuss. He immediately took ownership, was very polite and worked on the invoice statements and sent it out. I appreciate this response so much and now very confident that they will go out of their way to resolve things. I have updated my rating because i have been impressed by how Brandan handled the situation. The 1 star less is due to the staff Ashley not getting back to me in a timely manner earlier. Initial Review ---I have been trying to reach Ashley to provide invoice statement for a divorce case of a friend which their firm represented. Ideally a normal turnaround time is 2-3 days for any law firm but not for Roth Davies Llc. Its been about 6 weeks, 5 calls and i am still following up with them for the invoice. Imagine if you have a complicated case to handle you will be so badly stuck. Will not recommend.

I have known Rick Ralls since 1994 and practiced with him for 9 years (until 2003). I worked closely with him on numerous cases during that time. After leaving that firm, I have referred many, many clients to Rick for divorce and family law assistance. Rick is a very patient and caring attorney. He has tremendous legal skills. He is also very reasonable with his fees. Divorce and family law is an emotionally draining practice area for attorneys and you must take care to hire an attorney that will care about you and will do a great job protecting your rights. Beware to those who are looking for a cheap divorce lawyer - it can turn into a nightmare very quickly. Rick is moderately priced, yet he has tremendous experience, a great attitude and does a fantastic job for his clients. I give Rick the strongest possible recommendation as a divorce and family law attorney.

My kids are my life. I was stuck in an abusive relationship with my ex, mentally and physically, and Mr. Leiker helped me way beyond expectations. I thought that because I was a stay-at-home mom that I would get destroyed in Court because my husband made all the money. Mr. Leiker quickly proved me wrong at the very first hearing. Jeff is currently representing me in a high conflict child custody case that has been ongoing for about two and a half years. Although Jeff has just recently become involved with this case, he has wasted no time getting up to speed on everything. Jeff has been kind and understanding in regards to how hard this all has been on me, but at the same time he has also been straightforward and direct in a no nonsense manner toward me. No words. Agrees to take your case and then will not return calls or respond to emails. After 3 months, I run into him at the Courthouse (trying to defend myself) assures you he will help file a motion and negotiate a settlement - and then no response. All options? None are left now.

Kelli was very helpful from day 1! I was stressed out trying to figure out the whole process of custody and so thankful I found and used her as my attorney! She went over everything and made me feel at ease right away from her explanation of what steps we were going to take to putting it all into motion. She kept me level headed with expectations but also pushed for what was best for the situation. She was very patient and talked through everything step by step. She showed up on time and prepared to each meeting and to court as well as prepping me so I was prepared for each situation that could occur. Her paralegal Heather was excellent as well! If I could,  I would give this firm 7+++ stars. They have the best legal advice and it comes with the compassion and care that almost anyone going through a divorce would need.Mr.Barnds will fight for your  rights and your children's best interests like his own. He will simply not give up nor take a no for an answer. His paralegal Ms.Michelle is highly organized, has excellent communication skills ( she replied to my email in detail at 11pm on New Years Eve), pays close attention to detail and always leaves me feeling positive.  I am glad I decided to fire my previous attorney after almost 2 years of nothing but stress and I wish I had met Mr.Barnds and his team earlier. I finally feel confident about my high conflict case both legally and emotionally.He is ethical, straightforward,  takes pride in his work ,loves his wife and family. This Attorney is nothing short of a miracle worker. I googled reviews and came across the Barnds law site, I called to schedule a consultation with his staff. They were kind, courteous, and promptly returned my call. I came in for my consultation, and looking back I think God might have arranged this meeting. This attorney is kind, very intelligent, personable, and honest (does anyone use that word for attorneys)? He explained to me the steps in accordance with the law and how each law pertained to my case. He doesn’t make promises, but let me tell you. This man will fight for your cause. This man will work hard for you. This man cares about families, about people. Some people in this world, are put in the right position to serve others. I’m so happy I found Mr. Barnds. I know it’s dreadful to need someone to represent you but man did I luck out.

I met Mrs. Thomas to talk about my immegration issues. When she explained my states, I felt she doesn't have experience about immegration law. But she told me she can ask USCIS officer to get the answer. I thought if she can get answer from officer, it should be right answer. So I hire her and paid her. But I TOTALLY WORNG. She got my money and didn't answer any of my questions. After 3 weeks, she told me she had called USCIS but she was on hold for long time. Even USCIS finally answered her phone call, but can't answer questions in the phone. So I paid a lot of money for Mrs Thomas to call USCIS and got nothing. She is nice guy but she doesn't have enough experience. Use your money to meet other attorney.

Called this morning at 8:10 am to seek some legal advice regarding a matter that is a lot more than just me it is my newborn as well and the lady was so rude. So rude. She sounded like she wasn't happy at all, well if you are not happy then go somewhere to do your legal stuff. Couldn't even let me get my question out "what about it" that is not a professional way to seem or ask like you care or happy about what you are doing. The disappointment is real.

I have called multiple times for almost 3 weeks. When Christian doesn't answer the lady answering the phone has been rude to me when I ask to speak to him. Multiple times Christian talked to me about my case saying he'd get it in front of an attorney and I'd get a call back. I still have been waiting. Now when I call he isn't there. My court date is this Thursday and they know that information. I still have yet to hear from anyone. This is very frustrating. What does my case need to be in order to be represented?

Had to let the old dinosaur go after he dropped the ball several times in court. Originally I was asked for $2500 on a retainer for divorce my case got more complicated than Don could handle he asked for additional 1k after 2 more years I was still dealing with temporary orders so I decided to help him hopefully make the right decision and retire because this line of work is clearly over his head in the year 2020. When I asked for my 1k back he sent me a bill for additional $15,000! Just to let you know what his office stands for this is it. Good luck

Quite the experience... There is no reason this guy should be practicing law. His office can't put together proper paperwork. And he's unfamiliar with every case apparently. They don't return phone calls and are really bad about sending notice to the opposing party. I really feel bad for the clients right now.
