While this law firm claims to be understanding and will fight for you, they only will do so if you keep their coffers full, to the point of suggesting you take a loan out on your vehicle or get a second job, they don’t care if you become so in debt that you will still be paying for a divorce long after it’s done. Your dollar won’t go as far you would hope with this law firm versus other ones locally. The level of communication and transparency with this staff is subpar at best. If you value your time and money I would recommend you look for legal counsel else where, but if you want to over pay and have your case drawn out and given poor legal counsel, then you have found the firm for you. I hired Rocky to represent me in a case. Every time I called I received a quick response and scheduling. Rocky went out of his way to prove in trial that the case was erroneous. He succeeded in proving that the police throw charges out without proper evidence. The prosecution put 4 witnesses on the stand that contradicted themselves and each other. If I hired a public defender they would have pushed me to doing a plea(which I saw numerous times on my trial day). If you want one of the best lawyers to help you in a difficult time, Rocky is the man you need to hire. 30 years experience and will go to bat for your constitutional rights. His cross examination skills are impeccable. This man saved my life and very well could save yours too.

Stephen Turley spoke to me on the phone for our initial consult for over an hour. He did not sugar coat anything and was open and honest about every aspect of my divorce. He does not drag things out to make more money but quit the opposite therefor; his price reflects his worth. His paralegal, Lydia, is also amazing and easy to communicate with. Stephen answers emails at top notch speed, he returns calls promptly and is on top of court appearances and journal entries/legal paperwork. He made me feel like I was his only client. I did have to provide him with a lot of documents so he was able to advocate for me. Once he had the documents he did not waste any time providing them to the court or opposing counsel. I can not say enough good things about Stephen. Not only do I recommend Stephen Turley as an attorney, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!

First off my name is Ryan and I have been fighting for my son for 9 years. I have used several different lawyers and finally to seal the deal used Stephen Turley. Now don’t get me wrong this guy cost money but I promise you it is money well spent. It is so much easier to pay the up front cost rather than several different retainers and end up spending way more on the back half. I hired Stephen two hours before my last hearing and he was able to get prepped, consult me, and attack as soon as he entered the court room. He was so calm it was unnerving then went toe to toe with Morgan O Hara and rattled her cage and was able to get the judges interest into what he was saying. Stephen was up front and honest the entire time and it took less then two weeks from that court date to get me temporary custody “even with me living out of state”, to next full custody. I am telling you if you want a shark that is Mr. Turley is your man. He is responsive and doesn’t charge you a crazy amount of money for a simple email, now keep in mind I have been at this for 9 years so I didn’t blow up his email with a thousand questions either. I would simply think on what I wanted to ask him then that was it, no hidden fees or unexpected charges. At the end of the case he said he would like to keep me as his client and not withdraw from the case, this alone was mind blowing. Every other lawyer I had hired could not wait to withdraw from the case and here I am with sole custody and he wanted to keep me as his client. I promise you from experience Stephen is worth every dime and he is approachable and dependable. I can’t speak for the rest of the lawyers at this firm but for him he is the best I have ever encountered.

His legal advice is straight up, no BS and accurate. He is efficient with his billable hours and operates with utmost integrity. Landlord accused me of abusing a cat that wasn't mine. I had evidence and texts showing that I told the landlord numerous times to get rid of the car. On my first court date, I tried to show the prosecutor my evidence. And she turned her nose in disgust at me. Looked as if I was a horrible person. I went to court and requested a public defender. And got Mr. Washburn. I showed him my evidence and the next court date had it dismissed. Out of a thousand who condemned me without proof. Mr. Washburn came with finesse and crushed the competition. It legal system is definitely messed up! And if it weren't for attorneys with morals and integrity. The innocent would be swepted under the rug! Thanks as always!

She sounded like she wasn't happy at all, well if you are not happy then go somewhere to do your legal stuff. I have called multiple times for almost 3 weeks. When Christian doesn't answer the lady answering the phone has been rude to me when I ask to speak to him. Multiple times Christian talked to me about my case saying he'd get it in front of an attorney and I'd get a call back. I still have been waiting. Now when I call he isn't there. My court date is this Thursday and they know that information. I still have yet to hear from anyone. This is very frustrating. What does my case need to be in order to be represented?

Had to let the old dinosaur go after he dropped the ball several times in court. Originally I was asked for $2500 on a retainer for divorce my case got more complicated than Don could handle he asked for additional 1k after 2 more years I was still dealing with temporary orders so I decided to help him hopefully make the right decision and retire because this line of work is clearly over his head in the year 2020. When I asked for my 1k back he sent me a bill for additional $15,000! Just to let you know what his office stands for this is it. Good luck

Quite the experience... There is no reason this guy should be practicing law. His office can't put together proper paperwork. And he's unfamiliar with every case apparently. They don't return phone calls and are really bad about sending notice to the opposing party. I really feel bad for the clients right now.

I met Mrs. Thomas to talk about my immegration issues. When she explained my states, I felt she doesn't have experience about immegration law. But she told me she can ask USCIS officer to get the answer. I thought if she can get answer from officer, it should be right answer. So I hire her and paid her. But I TOTALLY WORNG. She got my money and didn't answer any of my questions. After 3 weeks, she told me she had called USCIS but she was on hold for long time. Even USCIS finally answered her phone call, but can't answer questions in the phone. So I paid a lot of money for Mrs Thomas to call USCIS and got nothing. She is nice guy but she doesn't have enough experience. Use your money to meet other attorney.

I hired Sara Beezley to help me attain a Divorce from my ex-husband. I was unable to obtain this service from this office. My (now) ex-husband and I were seeking a noncontested divorce, what took another lawyer two weeks to complete and finish (brand new because we had to redo all of our paperwork that came through beezleys office.) Beezley was unable to do from Sept 2018 to April 2019 when I eventually fired her. There were typos throughout every document (that I caught and was charged to correct) I was also charged to correct the wedding date on every document that came out of her office. I truly do not understand how that was repeatedly incorrect and how I repeatedly got charged to correct it. She failed to state the correct reason for divorce from the beginning. I was charged for an amended document for that as well. She forgot to send out important amendments for over 30 days (guess who caught and fixed it again, yep me, and yes I was charged for that as well) Throughout my entire interactions with this office, I have had to constantly check up and make sure things are going correctly, that things have been mailed, typos corrected, etc. Proofreading my case alone would have saved me hundreds of dollars. I also have an incredibly hard time ever getting their office to respond to anything (during and after her employment), it took over 6 weeks to get my paperwork back from them after I terminated their services. Which I requested formally within 30 days of termination. (My ex got his in a week) There are many more mistakes and issues that were made in my case, the list goes on. My ex-husband and I could have been divorced shortly after January had she just done her job. Instead I had to hire outside help to do what I hired her to do, on top of this, the judge threw out everything she had prepared and said that it was done incorrectly and missing vital paperwork such as a standard DRA. We had to completely redo our property settlement, parenting plan, our divorce decree, and other documents, because what she had prepared was inadequate for the court. I paid all my bills, did all of my responsibilities as a client for this woman. Don't hire her, save your money and your time and go to Candice Gayoso, she got our problems solved in less than a month and their customer service was impeccable.

Kelli was very helpful from day 1! I was stressed out trying to figure out the whole process of custody and so thankful I found and used her as my attorney! She went over everything and made me feel at ease right away from her explanation of what steps we were going to take to putting it all into motion. She kept me level headed with expectations but also pushed for what was best for the situation. She was very patient and talked through everything step by step. She showed up on time and prepared to each meeting and to court as well as prepping me so I was prepared for each situation that could occur. Her paralegal Heather was excellent as well! If I could,  I would give this firm 7+++ stars. They have the best legal advice and it comes with the compassion and care that almost anyone going through a divorce would need.Mr.Barnds will fight for your  rights and your children's best interests like his own. He will simply not give up nor take a no for an answer. His paralegal Ms.Michelle is highly organized, has excellent communication skills ( she replied to my email in detail at 11pm on New Years Eve), pays close attention to detail and always leaves me feeling positive.  I am glad I decided to fire my previous attorney after almost 2 years of nothing but stress and I wish I had met Mr.Barnds and his team earlier. This Attorney is nothing short of a miracle worker. I googled reviews and came across the Barnds law site, I called to schedule a consultation with his staff. They were kind, courteous, and promptly returned my call. I came in for my consultation, and looking back I think God might have arranged this meeting. This attorney is kind, very intelligent, personable, and honest (does anyone use that word for attorneys)? He explained to me the steps in accordance with the law and how each law pertained to my case. He doesn’t make promises, but let me tell you. This man will fight for your cause. My kids are my life. I was stuck in an abusive relationship with my ex, mentally and physically, and Mr. Leiker helped me way beyond expectations. I thought that because I was a stay-at-home mom that I would get destroyed in Court because my husband made all the money. Mr. Leiker quickly proved me wrong at the very first hearing. Jeff is currently representing me in a high conflict child custody case that has been ongoing for about two and a half years. Although Jeff has just recently become involved with this case, he has wasted no time getting up to speed on everything.
