If you’re about to start a probate case, you better make sure you have the right people on your side. David is one of those people. Extremely knowledgeable, creative, professional, experienced and honest, he truly cares about his clients. For almost three years we had to deal with dishonest, manipulating and abusive opposing party (attorney and the ex) and David never lowered his standards to their level. Robert Luber really helped me with my divorce. It was uncontested, however, i did have a spouse who was a bit difficult once paperwork started. He was very patient with all of my questions even when i would ask fairly late. He was very confident and helped me get the result that i wanted from my divorce. We were experiencing problems with our previous landlord, so I decided to call this Law firm to have a consultation. Since my first call I found very efficient people, also very nice and attentive stuff. We asked for 1 hour and 30 minutes consultation and the Lawyer we spoke with has been very professional and mostly helpful on explaining things to me and my husband. Shapiro law group is very unresponsive and very unprofessional. I’ve been contacting them for weeks on end and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them. I thought they were the ones to go to for support with an accident that almost left me paralyzed but instead I have to help them do there job and continuously harass them by calling for updates. This is not the customer service I was looking for and I am extremely dissatisfied with there lack of ability to get back in contact with you when looking for an update. If this is the type of response and help I am going to receive I recommend truthfully and honestly you go to someone else for help unless you know someone in the inside. I hate to give bad reviews because everyone is trying to make it in times like this but I have to be honest and let everyone know it’s not as great as others have made it seem.

Almost a year now I’ve been stuck with DCF in my family’s lives. I was wondering almost 6 months into DCF entering our lives what I could do to protect my family especially my child because after all the negative feedback I’ve read about DCF and the way they where moving with my case it confirmed everything I read, I decided to take action. I went online a started looking for a amazing lawyer but with a reasonable price. Attorney Kevin Seaver was my #6 in my list but after our phone interview he became my #1 choice. He first explained to me how DCF works, then explained to me what steps we can take in my case with keeping in mind every case is different, I was scared what was coming next the retainer the hourly rate the paper work fee “( but attorney Seaver is not like all these lawyers in Boston that just want to steal your money, he said to me “George right now the most important thing in your life is to protect your family and not let DCF take your child because believe me they will, my rate is a flat rate you can put a down payment and we can set up weekly or bi-weekly payment plans”. I was so relieved and excited at the same time because I knew my family is protected now. I can go to work enjoy life with my family knowing that we have attorney Kevin Seaver on our side. Getting back to my case, DCF filed a 51A took them weeks/ months to hand over the file they kept writing so many negative allegations about my family that where not true attorney Seaver got those allegations unsupported with no file sent to him even though he requested the file about 2-4 times via email. As soon as the unsupported letter was sent to us we where so relieved and happy joyful knowing it was finally over but DCF doesn’t give up so easily. DCF filed a new 51A saying “ we have new allegations that have been brought to our attention” yet they still didn’t provide no file and my attorney my family where shocked. Attorney Seaver is a very nice person very straight to point he will tell you what reality is when it comes to these cases no sugar coating anything so he did what he’s best at and wrote a long email to the DCF Lawyer, DCF case worker, (I forgot to mention DCF got their DCF lawyer involved and this case is not even in for trail or court) bottom line if you want a lawyer that’s the BEST I would highly recommend Attorney Kevin Seaver and follow his instructions I repeat follow his INSTRUCTIONS. Jerry and Wendy represented me what should have been a simple - but ended up being – a complicated divorce. They were thorough and clear in explaining the process. That prepared me to help our children throughout the long time the case took. They were both easy to get in touch with and prompt in getting back to me. They told me what issues or concerns that we needed to address and those I should not spend money on. They were empathetic and helped me keep my perspective, even while preparing me for trial. They spent time preparing me on how to be a good witness. That reduced the stress and made me better able to listen to and respond to questions. I appreciate their professionalism and understanding and their situational awareness. There was no pushing an agenda, no name calling. They kept it very civil and respectful at all times. And in the end, that helped with the post-divorce environment for our children. Also, at the beginning Wendy and Jerry said what they thought the end result would be. To say Attorney Deonee High was the best would be an understatement! I hired her to handle a harassment case in April of 2021, and not only was she able to take my case that was in two weeks, but she also did the most wonderful job and was well prepared. Enlisted this law firm to assist with a case they claimed to have a specialty in. Upon signing an agreement (getting our money), the representative then suggested a course of action which signaled that they where not up to date on the current law (covid had restructured part of the existing laws). Not impressed paid a lot of money for representation that did not meet the stated expertise.
