My lawyer was Amos Whitney and he was like a savor. I had to go throw divorce and it wasn't easy. My ex wife try to take everything and leave me with nothing and I was working very hard trying to make ends meet and I didn't have alot and he was a man that saw that and he help me so much. I would recommend him to anybody that a good person trying

I just finalized a year-long custody battle with my son’s father and I absolutely could not have done it without Ethan Dellinger. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but after everything he did for me, it’s the least I can do. I feel that I truly lucked out, finding him, as he came highly recommended by a friend. His rate was reasonable especially for a single mom like myself, and he is very considerate about billable hours. He encouraged me throughout the whole process to not back down on certain terms, how to deal with my challenging ex, and ultimately worked out a favorable outcome for both parties. Throughout the whole process, he was always easy to get a hold of, quickly responsive to emails, and very respectful of my time. Amos Whitney is an outstanding specialist in separation and divorce services. I had a difficult situation that he guided me through in a professional and expedient manner. I was surprised by my wife’s decision to file for a divorce and the aggressive nature of the filing by her lawyer. I was totally unprepared. Amos counselled me to be calm, not escalate the situation and keep my emotions out of it. He explained the situation very clearly and offered several options on how to proceed. I wanted to avoid a tangle and keep the cost to a minimum. He explained how we could do that. He negotiated a de-escalation period and then got to work reviewing the proposed agreement with me. He quickly reviewed and drafted proposed revisions of the terms in my wife's proposal and had multiple discussions with my wife's lawyer. Shortly after that with both lawyers' consent, my wife pulled the complaint and agreed to work on our issues outside of court. We are now in marriage counselling and making progress working out our issues. I am confident that had we proceeded, Amos would have negotiated a very fair settlement. I highly recommend Amos.

Mr Mulinazzi is a seasoned professional. His attorneys are not as responsive or clear with clients. They dropped the ball many times. Currently, spending a lot of money to undo the mess they made of my divorce/custody case. Ask for the owner or choose another firm.

I want to thank Anne Laynor for helping me with a dispute I had with my ex over custody that was related to COVID-19. My ex agreed to meditation and Anne helped us work together to come to a speedy resolution. She is an excellent mediator who is extremely fair and truly cares about the children and what is best for them. She is represented by this firm and she has an excellent reputation as a lawyer and a mediator. I don't know what I would have done without Anne helping both families coming to an agreeable resolution. She was always available for a call or to answer an email and really helped to resolve a heated dispute quickly. And one last point, since meeting with Anne for mediation, my ex and I have started communicating effectively and have stopped the unnecessary bickering. Like the other reviewers, I would like to rate this firm higher than 5 stars but Google will not let me. Thank you Anne. I highly recommend the Family Legal Advocacy Group, particularly working with Sarah Nesbitt for my custody/divorce/QDRO case. She's easy and flexible to work with, is SUPER organized and sharp, retains details and has a super memory about elements in the case. I have been using Corrie and Alicia for close to 15 years and have recommended them to family and friends over and over. From the initial consultation, to the end of my case, Mr. Solomon was extremely professional, upfront and honest with me. He explained everything very clearly using layman’s terms. Mr. Solomon has excellent knowledge of the law and is extremely logical with great common sense. The circumstances of my case were atypical and required “outside of the box” thinking, of which he was exceptional. Mr. Solomon was always readily available, became invested in my case and was always thinking strategically, even beyond office hours. Throughout the case, Mr. Solomon showed high moral character, which was very important to me. I cannot express enough positive feedback in regards to Alan. I have been working with him for close to a year on my complicated divorce case. Alan represented me post trial in a matter where the judge denied me shared custody and had me paying more than I possibly could in awards and alimony to my ex-spouse. I hired Alan with the specific goal of reversing this order, and he had the judge actually reconsider key points of the original order. I received shared custody and the judge greatly reduced the monetary awards and payments to my ex-spouse. Since then, the relationship with my children has been great, I have been able to provide for them, and can continue living comfortable. As an added bonus, Alan represented me when my spouse appealed the judge's new order. He successfully argued in front of appellate judges. Alan is knowledgeable and courteous. He fights hard against opposing counsel. I cannot say enough good things about him.

I am not even her client yet and she provided me with so much valuable information, her time, honesty, and compassion over the phone. I know attorney's charge for a consultation and that can dig a hole in people's pocket especially during this pandemic. I also know that if you are serious about an issue then you pay for someone's knowledge and expertise and move forward from that. Miss Rosalyn actually provided me a 30 minute consult free of charge and that is such a blessing for me. I will never ever forget her and I have never met her in person. Having Ms. Otieno represent me was truly a gift from God. She represented me for a little over 18 months and, made my first (and, prayerfully my only) experience (with court) so special. I was/am a single mother who had just given birth and, was going through a challenging and heart-wrenching journey with my son's father. Ms. Otieno really took her time with me and, explained everything (document/claim) thoroughly before filing. I truly fell in love with Ms. Otieno and, really admire the woman she is! I came to Alicia, unfortunately, in a complicated custody and protective order situation and at a disadvantage, but she managed to settle my case within more than reasonable time, saving me money and time (rare trait to not promote self interest in such vulnerable situation) and with terms that protected the interest of my children, whom are most affected by these negotiations. She ensured that my emotions did not lead the case and was always honest and aware of the possible outcomes. Prudence Upton withheld information that the court could have used to determine the dangerousness of my son's father (her client). My son's father then went on to Kill my son. He is in jail, but Ms. Upton never had to account for her role in this tragedy.

I was in the beginning stages of my divorce when the firm I had representing me dropped me bc of a misunderstanding and lack of communication. I was literally standing in court with out a lawyer. I was referred to Stacy by another firm while I was scrambling to find representation. I knew NOTHING about her. What a god send it turned out to be. She feverishly rushed to get caught up quickly. She gave me personal attention. There was no question who was helping me. Once she caught herself up, she and I easily planned how to communicate with each other. She made it clear and easy what legal jargon I needed to pay attention to. We communicated in a way that made me at ease with everything swirling around me. From there we made a plan for what we wanted to achieve on 2 fronts. Most importantly, custody of my kids, and then the financial agreement to follow. Following a late night buzzer beater we hammered out a custody agreement the night before our trial date. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but as it turns out, the schedule was exactly what I needed. Keeping it out of trial helped ease the tension between my ex and myself- allowing us to co-parent together for the best of our kids. The financial part was tricky. I was the defendant, a man, who needed alimony and child support due to a disease I developed during the marriage that would put me on indefinite disability. Without going into specific details, I was wanting a “fair” divide, and my ex didn’t want to pay ANY alimony. The judge ended up giving us way more than our offer to them was. Ms. Talbott is an extremely professional attorney who will advocate for you and what is in your best interest. She is compassionate, understanding and very level headed. From the beginning I expected that there would have to be compromises in the divorce negotiations but that’s just part of the process.
