Where do I begin? It has been quite the long journey since I was served divorce papers.  I knew I needed to hire an attorney, so I did a Google search on “Best Divorce Attorneys in Metro Detroit”, and I came across BEST INTEREST LAW. I read all the (good) reviews and also noticed the high Star rating. So blindly going into the process of divorce, I called. I nervously spoke with Dennis over the phone and discussed my matters with him within an hour after I had left him a voice mail. He told me what to expect and advised me to begin preparing for certain steps and phases of the process. He helped me in every possible way from the beginning all the way to the end. He would always make sure that I fully understood some of the verbiage that was written before me. He always guided me in to making the right decisions both on professional and personal levels. He was very supportive and took the time to listen to me when I just needed someone to talk to regarding the difficult hardships of divorce. He is defiantly a fighter and can play hardball with the best of them. Dennis was by far much more prepared than our opposing attorney.  He is very organized (I don’t know how he does it) and knows his profession very well. Dennis always returned my phone calls, emails and text messages.  He is a true professional, and a class act guy! I highly recommend him. So now that my divorce process is over, I am now the one writing the review instead of reading them. Dennis is a fantastic dicorce lawyer who truly cares about his clients. He will work tirelessly on your case and he will not leave any stone unturned. He was very detail oriented and organized when dealing with my case. I had many issues arise while my case was ongoing and Dennis went above and beyond for me. Dennis will flat out out work the opposing attorney, it will be very evident when you see the work Dennis does compared to the opposing attorneys work. Emails and phone calls were responded to promptly, sometimes even after work hours. Dennis is very honest, he will shoot you straight from the beginning to the end. Tonya is amazing at what she does! Working with her was so great and she made the entire stressful situation so much easier to deal with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and will have your back as your lawyer. She never made decisions for me and always went with my preferences. My case was for custody and she gave me her honest opinion about everything from the beginning. From my first call about how to handle things to my last interaction with her at the courthouse I felt at ease and just comfortable! She took her time to fully understand my background (military and working in the DoD so you know that wasn’t easy) and never backed down. Getting served with divorce papers you never saw coming was a significant emotional event in my life, and I certainly had no idea where to turn for an attorney, especially when the clock was ticking and I only had so long to provide an answer to the court. I saw Julie’s name highly recommended on a social media group that I am a part of and set up a meeting. Kevin was simply the best. Dealing with custody for my 2 girls was one of the most important things I've ever dealt with. He bulled over my exes attorney and got me a better agreement than I could have hoped for. It has been over 6 months since this agreement was put into place and I'm just realizing how good of a job he actually did. I was happy to begin with but when my ex started playing games recently, some of the little caveats that he included in this agreement have been awesome for me. He is excellent at what he does and I strongly recommend him.

First and foremost, Thank you Daniel! My divorce was difficult for a lot of different reasons. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't find and hire the Marchese Law firm. Daniel kept me level through the whole divorce. He truly is an amazing court room attorney. His communication / responsiveness was exactly what had hoped for. The whole process was emotional, taxing, stressful, you name it, but Daniel was there like a friend / brother to let me know I wasn't alone. I was very disappointed in Kristen Robinson. She ignored signed notarized documents and proof of ownership of property. She wasted time giving rights of ownership to a man with no documents of proof. After receiving her final arbitration award and a 3000 bill, her decision was overturned in appeal by the judge who claimed it was illegal for her to arbitrate property not owned by us. My additional attorney costs were 5k . An expensive arbitration that should have never happened.

Irika Mellin is AMAZING. She is thorough, diligent, & knowledgeable. I can't say enough positive things about her. She does not do anything that is not necessary (i.e. she will not over charge you like so many other lawyers out there), and she earned every single penny. I made a list of attorneys to get divorce consultation with but after talking to Madana, I knew there is no need to interview anyone else. She came of as smart, tough, intuitive, intelligent and very capable. You can feel her integrity and honesty. I was right. If there was an option to put less than 1 star I would. The office is completely unprofessional and extremely incompetent. I would not trust Madana Hurmoz with something as important as handling my divorce. She is just as incompetent as the staff she keeps. She has a very cocky attitude and does not seem to have good customer service skills. Madana Hurmoz cares more about her business name than caring about her clientele. This company is more focused on money than actually helping anyone.
