I was very disappointed in Kristen Robinson. She ignored signed notarized documents and proof of ownership of property. She wasted time giving rights of ownership to a man with no documents of proof. After receiving her final arbitration award and a 3000 bill, her decision was overturned in appeal by the judge who claimed it was illegal for her to arbitrate property not owned by us. My additional attorney costs were 5k . An expensive arbitration that should have never happened.

Irika Mellin is AMAZING. She is thorough, diligent, & knowledgeable. I can't say enough positive things about her. She does not do anything that is not necessary (i.e. she will not over charge you like so many other lawyers out there), and she earned every single penny. I credit her with the best possible outcome (in my case) and if you are afraid and not sure if you need to book an attorney to represent you, or if you just aren't sure who, please let me enthusiastically recommend Ms. Mellin!!!!!

I made a list of attorneys to get divorce consultation with but after talking to Madana, I knew there is no need to interview anyone else. She came of as smart, tough, intuitive, intelligent and very capable. You can feel her integrity and honesty. I was right. I felt she always had my best interest, was very responsive and I always knew what was going on. She is very knowledgeable. I also appreciated her no nonsense approach. She always delivered information in a very rational matter, with no sugar coating. I highly recommend Madana.

If there was an option to put less than 1 star I would. The office is completely unprofessional and extremely incompetent. I would not trust Madana Hurmoz with something as important as handling my divorce. She is just as incompetent as the staff she keeps. She has a very cocky attitude and does not seem to have good customer service skills. Madana Hurmoz cares more about her business name than caring about her clientele. This company is more focused on money than actually helping anyone.

First and foremost, Thank you Daniel! My divorce was difficult for a lot of different reasons. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't find and hire the Marchese Law firm. Daniel kept me level through the whole divorce. He truly is an amazing court room attorney. His communication / responsiveness was exactly what had hoped for. The whole process was emotional, taxing, stressful, you name it, but Daniel was there like a friend / brother to let me know I wasn't alone. He fought for me and I knew that this was more than just another case for him. My outcome was better than I expected, but even if it wasn't I would still be singing his praises. He worked hard, was prepared, attentive and had great communication. I really couldn't have asked for a better attorney! I went to a couple different law firms to get a consultation and this was the best one in terms of being honest about what my divorce case could be like and what I'd have to pay. I'm happy with the communication and care given to me during my time. Tonya is amazing at what she does! Working with her was so great and she made the entire stressful situation so much easier to deal with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and will have your back as your lawyer. She never made decisions for me and always went with my preferences. My case was for custody and she gave me her honest opinion about everything from the beginning. From my first call about how to handle things to my last interaction with her at the courthouse I felt at ease and just comfortable! She took her time to fully understand my background (military and working in the DoD so you know that wasn’t easy) and never backed down. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do, I just hope Tonya is still accepting clients!

Michael and Sherri really helped me get through a difficult divorce. The first day I walked in I couldn’t get through a conversation without shaking and crying. Sherri would pick me up on a daily basis and tell me “you got this”. I have nicknamed her “Mama Bear”! My settlement far exceeded my expectations! I can not say enough for the great legal service given to us by M. Catchick. We had a situation for my daughter that seemed hopeless that would have resulted in a misdemeanor for my daughter. The worst part about this ticket was it was my fault, her father. Matt explained things to us in a calm but realistic fashion. He gave us hope and always comes across like an old family friend. This is not acting, this is how he always treats his clients. He made sense of a very complicated situation and would not just take our money without a good fight. This amazing lawyer walked us through it and explained every option. In the end, we got better than he told us. The misdemeanor was gone and reduced to almost nothing. This is our third time working with him and it’s always been a very positive experience. I could not recommend this extraordinary professional enough to anybody in need.

I was just looking for an attorney that was within my budget simply because no one ever plans for a divorce! I was extremely hesitant just because divorce is based on choosing sides and trust is scarce. I hired FasTrack to represent me during my divorce. I was confused and really didn't know anything about how this whole thing works. Mary Anne and Alana explained the process to me perfectly. From day one they went above and beyond in filing documents, responses, and clearly stated what is needed from me. Alana always made me feel as if I am her top priority client, never ignored a call or email, always replied to my questions and concerns in timely manner even after hours! She’s probably the last person to leave the office even sometimes she responded around 6:30 or 7:00 pm! One time, I had to call Mary Anne on a Sunday and she responded right away! I hired Lisa Stern for a child support / visitation case and it was a complete disaster. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Upon meeting Lisa in our initial consultation, I was very impressed. She was friendly, competent, and put my mind at ease. She told me she "guaranteed" that the opposing party would not get what they were asking for. She told me she would be there with me at the trial. The day before my hearing Lisa phoned and told me she could not be at my hearing and was sending her associate, Laura, who had been briefed on the case. Laura could not have been less prepared. After sitting in the court room for several hours, my case was called and Laura was nowhere to be found. After another hour I had to physically go to another courtroom where she was sitting (without a client) and pull her out. By the time my case was called again, it was the judges very last case at the end of a very long day. To make matters worse, Laura looked like a deer in the headlights during the entire hearing. She barely said anything at all on my behalf and did not bring up any of the points or arguments Lisa and I had discussed. She may as well have not been there at all. When I told Lisa what had happened, she told me she trusted Laura to represent me as well as she would. She then charged me another 2+ K to do a motion for reconsideration to correct the fact she'd sent someone incompetent to represent me. The motion for reconsideration was denied. At this point I had paid Lisa over 4K...for literally nothing. At this point I promptly let Lisa go. Several months later it came to my attention that Lisa had never removed herself as my attorney of record. When I reached out and asked her to do so, she told me she would not remove herself unless I paid her an additional amount to do so. My new attorney informed me that this is absolutely unacceptable and it is the attorney's responsibility to remove themselves as attorney of record if they are let go - at NO additional cost. The entire experience with this firm was terrible and negligent. I paid a lot of money and received the most pathetic representation imaginable. Lisa Stern cares more about running up her bills than actually representing her clients. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY.

Oh Lisa! My angel and warrior. After dealing with a horrible Domestic Violence situation, Lisa steppes in and removes any worry or doubt in my mind. She gave me peace of mind that allowed me to heal and recover from an abusive relationship and focus on raising my son. She is honest, up front and a fighter. 5 stars is not enough for her!
