I can honestly say that five stars is nowhere near enough for Jenelle!!!! From the 1st 5 minutes of the initial consultation for our lawsuit, she has referred to my case as "OUR CASE!" (BEFORE SHE EVEN TOOK US ON AS CLIENTS) She always been up front about the expectations of the cost, the motion fees, whether filing a particular motion or objection would be in the best interest of our time/money or if we should go another route. She has provided an updated invoice at anytime that I have requested it to see where we are at financially and is very up front. She has great experience with much of the legal community. She can ADVISE based on case by case basis, by what she has experienced, what she thinks any particular judge would decide BEFORE spending the money and rolling the dice. Outstanding law firm! Mr Literski and his staff are professional, diligent, and precise. They are aggressive, welcome constructive feedback from their clients, and are obsessed with winning. Speaking as someone who took his clients to court multiple times, I thought Matt did a great job. He consistently lost and seemed to throw temper tantrums when he did. He never seemed prepared and at times appeared disinterested - acting as if he had better things to do. All the better for me. I'd guess little Matty had everything handed to him from daddy and he would never have amounted to anything on his own. Someone like him just isn't capable so they ride on the coat tails of others. He had that "entitled" attitude so I learned him the hard way. I doubt he'll ever get it though. I would NOT recommend hiring this firm.

I was very glad that I had chosen Ed Shaw to handle my divorce case. He was very straight forward in his approach and easy to talk to. He is very confident, and knowledgeable on the law. His rates are extremely reasonable, and communication with him was exceptional. I was impressed with the fact that he would make the extra effort to make sure that I was kept up to date with any changes or updates in my case. He would call me call me to discuss these updates, and explain how the changes would affect my case. If I was not available he would email me information during the night and/or on the weekends in order to keep me informed. This was good, because I always had a secure feeling that my case was being handled properly. Overall, from my experience, he is a lawyer that is very honest and caring, and he goes the extra mile to make sure that his client is satisfied. I contacted Selleck Legal at 3pm on a Friday and I had my settlement conference for my divorce that Tuesday at 8:30am. I had an excellent experience with Stacey Selleck and her firm. She is beyond reasonably priced, strait to the point, no non-sense approach and takes the time to know your perceived side of the story. I needed a more aggressive divorce attorney and fast and Stacey was able to get the ball rolling right away. I would return to Stacey for any future family court case needs and I always felt comfortable with her on the case. She tells you the facts and lets her client know (myself) the implications and possible results of your choices. My divorce was somewhat simple because my ex and I didn't share many assets, however, Stacey was able to get me through the process quickly so the case did not drag on. All things considered, getting divorced was not complicated in my case and there are certainly more complicated cases than mine, but Stacey will work hard for you and get you the best results within her power.

Charge 6000 for much of no work!! Over charge me for my son in his custody court case , paying almost 700.00 in child support!! I felt she didn't do enough, let alone she was very rude and left me a mean voicemail on my phone!! I would not recommend her at all , my son is a young adult and she took Advantage of him !! When we sat and talked with her for the first time she was okay but as time went on she didn't do much of anything in my opinion!! I never got a invoice of anything ever 30 days like she said when my son and her and I sat down to talk about case , let alone my grand baby is about to be 1 years old in November and my son still can't get his child to our home until December or January, just so unfortunately that this attorney was a waste of money!!

I had Spindler Law assist me when I was served with a divorce. I was facing emotional and financial demise. The first time I spoke with Keri, I felt everything was going to be okay. She was engaging and inviting to the experience. Keri listen to my muddled thoughts and she would unravel them and makes things clearer. When I needed extra time to review bank statements Keri was patient with me. She was always available. Keri responded to my calls and to my emails promptly. She always remained upbeat. She kept the momentum and I needed that. I never felt that she talked over my head or used "lawyer jargon". Keri has this way of making you feel like you're talking on the same level and at the same time she's professional. Kathryn has also help me. She took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Cannot begin to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for Kathryn and her entire staff. Kathryn, for me, was a godsend. Going thru a custody battle is never a pleasant experience anyone involved but Atty. Spindler made it such a calm and seamless process for me. We are in different times now during this current pandemic. Slow court process and tied up court paperwork. Kathryn was able to navigate thru all of that nonsense and also keep me in a calm state. Marie Pulte handled my recent divorce. I cannot say how much I appreciated the hard work, diligence, and compassion from Marie! I am an Army Veteran with service connected disabilities, including Military Sexual Trauma, and I was divorcing a man who was still in the Army, Active Duty. Carlo Martina and his staff are and were God’s gift to me and my children. I refer to Carlo as a part of my family and always will. My case with my son was something that I could actually probably write a movie about. This particular case had layers and more layers and obstacles to overcome for me to get parental rights with my child. As I sit here and write a review it almost brings me to tears due to the fact of how hard we had to fight just for a parent to get rights for their own child. As a single father in the state of Michigan and especially being a minority a black African-American male the system is definitely not built for us we are stereotyped we are looked down upon, we are missed treated and mentally abused by the Wayne County, Oakland County and the entire state of Michigan in every county by the friend of the court. The friend of the court is not my friend and I have no idea of how they came up with that particular name. However what I do know is when I met Carlo and his team they made me feel like family, they embraced me like family and most of all they gave me the closest thing to a fair chance to gain parental rights for my child and children that I love. Carlo did not only help me with my case with my oldest son he also helped me through a divorce and parental rights with my youngest daughter that I had with my ex-wife. Even through divorce it seems that everything is unfair across-the-board when it comes to being a man but in my case it’s 1000 times worse being an African-American male dealing with any court system in this country. I speak from the heart and while I’m speaking I’m speaking on behalf of my family and my children and I would just like to say thank you Carlo for embracing me and my children, for embracing my family and becoming a part of my family.
