I was the opposing party of her law firm for my divorce. My ex is a control freak and tried to control the entire process. Instead of calming down her client ms Callahan enabled my ex to proceed to drag me through the mud. I seriously question her ethics. I will never never never recommend her to anyone. And now the two of them are coming after me again for more custody of my son. I mean if you want a cut throat lawyer who will literally bow at your feet and do whatever you want then give her a call. But if you want someone who has ethics then this place isn’t for you.

Beginning with her informative website which characterizes high conflict personality types in an understandable way, I was able to move forward with my divorce in a logical, rational and effective manner while avoiding much of the chaos I fully expected. Without actually meeting Christine in person due to Covid, she was able to conduct and conclude a favorable settlement which accounted for all the details of a complex transaction remotely...a remarkable achievement in my experience and I've been in business many years. She is an empathetic partner that walked with me down a very difficult path gaining my full trust in her integrity and competence. I consider myself fortunate to have first stumbled upon her website and then having the good sense to engage her services. She is one of the few lawyers I've ever met that exceeded my expectations. Divorce dosesn't have to be a beat down if sound counsel is followed. With Christine I understood my role, what had to be done and how best to go about it. I recommend her without reservation.

Christine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which kept my stress level down during my divorce. Considering I’ve never met her and live four states away, I felt very comfortable with her and trusted her to guide me through the process in Minnesota. She kept in constant contact with me and her communications were informational and helpful. She was always available for a phone call if I had questions and I felt like I truly had an advocate for my interests in the divorce. While I hate that I had to go through this, I’m very happy that I found Christine and had her representation throughout the entire proceeding. I would highly recommend her.

Regardless the circumstance, divorce is a very delicate time for all parties involved and Ms MacLean and her team took that into consideration when it came to our situation. Ms. MacLean is extremely knowledgable and understands the law and was able to explain everything to me start to finish, throughout the entire process. In addition, the divorce went very quickly and if ever there was a question, I could call or email and I was provided a reply back immediately. My experience with Tim Simonson was exceptional. My reason for hiring Tim was because of a custody dispute. Tim was very kind and very patient with me. I had a lot of doubts and worries and anxieties throughout the entire case, which was very long. Tim is very knowledgeable, and very intelligent. He knows the law and he knows your rights and where you fall within your rights. Tim fought for my son and I and he won our case in full. I think that, when people are dealing with any type of dispute and are part of the legal system, it is hard to remember or understand the process, and the time it takes to get some kind of relief. Having an attorney like Tim who stays calm and listens to you is probably the number 1 thing a person needs to find when looking to hire an attorney. I truly believe Tim was a God send to my case. I had spoken to other attorneys before finding Tim and it seemed like they were just going to settle and not fight for what was right- as if it was not worth it. Marcus is Great! Since my divorce, Marcus is the third and last attorney I will ever retain. Marcus was able to cut through the emotional bs and mountain of supposed "issues" raised by my ex wife. And when all was said and done, my ex lost her motion and my rights to my wonderful kids were retained. Marcus'es integrity and interest in doing what's best for kids is evident. Cortney is very professional and really made me feel at ease! When I started with the company I was happy with the details in which I was receiving. I felt things where happening in a timely manner. About 6 mo into the case I felt I was not getting the information that was needed. I stayed with the company because I felt this is what was needed and everyone hits a standstill. It wasn’t till I began thinking. Why am I paying all this money for no return calls or emails. No invoices. I had meeting set up but the lawyer wouldn’t show. It wasn’t till I changed lawyers that I began to see what timely results were. I still waiting for an refund/invoice of my funds. When this company is on top of its games, I was very happen in the beginning. I hope they are able to get the personal issues taken care of and go back to the lawyer firm I was told was so great..

Staci is an amazing attorney. She is fair and gives realistic advice. Some attorneys tell you what you want to hear only to find those options aren’t available or it’s not realistic expectation. I felt they were very transparent. Hire them for a honest attorney that’s reasonable financially.

Consumer beware.This law firm is under investigation for embezzling and ponzi schemes. They did not represent my case in anyway. I paid them $1,000 of dollars and never seen an invoice. Never got a call back for weeks. When everything was over I asked for an invoice and return of unused money. Still no call back and no invoice. Family law has been done for months now.
