The team at Flesner Wentzel are amazing. They kept in touch with me, made sure I understood everything and why I had to do paperwork. Assisted with any problems in uploading documents and did follow up calls to reassure me when I felt overwhelmed. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. My life is back on track because of their assistance. I highly recommend them.

I have paid over 5 grand now in what was a seemingly easy custody case, only went back and forth a few times. However, every time I tell them I want to settle and sign the papers they ignore me for weeks. I get billed for duplicate messages they send along with other shady charges. I have reached out to other attorneys for advice regarding my case because they only seem to care about my financial relationship with them, not about helping me with my situation. Would not recommend.

This office Flesner Wentzel deserve 10 stars not 5. Whatever i say it's not enough to explain how Erika and Mayra are professional, expert, amazing, awesome and honest attorney in St.Charles county in Missouri. They all work together as a team. Their lifes are cool and funny but when it comes to the court the hard work start and for my experience with them i belive it's hard to dismiss 2 OP orders, but they did it from 1st hearing. Divorce, Custody and OP cases are very hard and stressful so when you looking to hire an attorney you need to know that this office work hard to give you the best outcome ever and you need to hire them. Thank you so much guys.

I had a consultation that went ok. I was trying to retain the firms services but was not clearly communicated what was required to process the financial paperwork. I emailed and called the office and have not heard anything back from them for 2 weeks in order to get legal representation. I tried calling the office and was told I would be contacted asap but it has been a full week since that inquiry. I tried calling the the lawyer's cell and they picked up but ended the call immediately. I would not recommend this law firm based on this experience.

James A. handled my divorce and did an excellent job. The divorce was not amicable, and the opposing counsel and my ex-spouse posed a number of challenges over the course of the proceedings. James maintained my best interests and handled things as professionally and efficiently as possible. In the end, things ended up in a settlement that I felt was fair and appropriate. James was great to work with, and I felt he really had my back through this.

I have used both Monica and Nevada on separate occasions. Monica is one of the most kind-hearted attorneys I have ever met. She has held our hand throughout the entire process and makes sure that there are no questions left on the table unanswered. She has always been quick to respond and delivers the information I need. I have all positive words to say about Monica. Nevada is the exact person I needed to take care of a headache that wouldn't go away. He has a many different playing cards and with thorough questioning and investigation, he knew exactly which cards to play to get the job done. Nevada, too, was quick to respond and always gave updates as they occurred. He was straight forward and to the point which is exactly what I needed with this case. Together, they are a great team and I would highly recommend interviewing them when you are in need.

I highly recommend Smith Law Offices. When meeting with Nevada I found him to be detail orientated and thorough. He took the time to explain the legal process of my case and made sure I understood every aspect of my settlement agreement before signing. It all seemed good at first but a lawyer is supposed to look out for their client's interest and it seemed the only person's interest that got looked out for by Deborah Tomich were her own, really unfortunate for any person already struggling at a difficult time in their life but experiences like this show you not to be trusting and to speak up about what is happening.

She is phenomenal in the courtroom, employs the best strategy to win the case, thoroughly knows the law and is highly respected throughout the county. Debbie was my lawyer for what she claimed to be “a losing case for the other side”. Cancelled all meetings I had with her and assured me my ex had no case until 2 days before trial when she told me that he “had sufficient grounds for a case”. I didn’t even know where to go for my trial! I lost residential parent AND Debbie missed putting the cost of insurance for my son in the parenting plan costing me thousands. I have filed a complaint against the Bar. Do not use her unless you want to feel like you are paying to be unrepresented. She uses the excuse of "you are just unhappy with your bill" to cover up for her ineffectiveness.

Jane Tomich handled my divorce and it was an horrible experience!!! Jane did NOT do things that we discussed to be done regarding my settlement and sent several un necessary emails to the opposing counsel regarding the settlement which I was charged for and Still to this day do not have what was awarded to me!! I am very disappointed with her communication and lack of honesty!!! I Will NEVER use this law firm again!!!
