We hired Kathryn Lindley to handle a legal issue for us and was led on for months Nov. 2018 until April 2019 being assured this matter would be handled by her paralegal, Brenda. We received an email in April that basically left us hanging after we had spent endless hours and money thinking she was handling this legal issue and would get this resolved. Very disappointed! This is the second time we hired her for a legal issue only to be disappointed. We hired her a few years back to place a lien on a property we completed work on and was never paid. Once again their office dropped the ball and put a lien on a property that had already been sold because they had neglected to research it as it had already been sold so we never was able to recoup our money from the property. However she took our money and didn’t satisfactorily complete the job. My husband approached her office about this situation and after the office researched it they gave us a “credit” not a refund of payment. Our most recent legal issue has resulted in us hiring a new attorney because their office didn’t do what we had been promised they would for months. The new attorney we have hired has already gotten more done in 3 weeks than this office did in months. Not to mention it would take days to get a reply to an email or a return phone call. I would highly suggest doing your research before hiring this office and hire an attorney that will work for you. We have not only been disappointed once but twice by this firm. Very disappointed!

I came to this firm back in 2015 to have them help me handle my divorce. During this time, I was very busy and I was relying on them to make sure everything was handled fairly. Unfortunately, they allowed me to agree to a consent order that favored the opposing party. I must have been very busy as I look over the consent order and divorce decree today, and I am flabbergasted that I agree to such a bias right up (it was the opposing part who wrote it). If you want someone who is going to make sure your needs are taken care of, I would recommend find another firm that is a little more thorough.

My first impression of Mr. Bracket is that he would be more than happy to assist you with his legal services and collect payment for his services. However it is very obvious once your services have been completed - he can't be bothered from that point. For that reason alone I would not recommend his services. And I would like to add that on a professional level - I would also rate a 2 star, he is very short tempered and dis-respectful.

Ron Payne and his staff did an outstanding job in preparing our wills and power of attorney documents. Their process is simple and thorough. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Ron as he guided us through an uncomfortable subject. The flat rate that was charged for the very professional preparation of these documents for both of us was reasonable. He also provided us with good counsel on a different matter and made sure that the time (cost) was minimal. Mr. Payne is an old colleague who I trust. He has helped me twice with traffic citations. He and his office make the whole process as pleasant as a traffic citation can be. Ron Payne is a joke he charges for simple emails and dosnt do anything for you ! He plays to the opposing side and acts like he is scared. Then turns around and gets paid for it. He charged me 10 grand and I got NO WHERE... He acted like my time wasnt valuable. He ate his lunch in front of me while he was getting paid. Stuffing his face! THIS GUY IS A JOKE.. Not to mention how when I FIRED HIM He sent me a dirty letter. I was the one paying him to do his job. GO ELSE WHERE

I cannot say enough good things about Ron and his team at Payne Law. Most of the time when I think of "lawyers" I tend to get knots in my stomach because I picture the stereotypical lawyer. Ron and his team breaks this mold. He is down to earth and looks, talks, and dresses like an average guy. I don't feel nervous or like I am around someone who is "out of my league" when I speak to him. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He gets to know you and cares more about you and your needs than the "ticking billable clock" that most lawyers have. There rates are fair and reasonable. Hardee's still maintains as being one of the best fast food cheeseburgers. Maybe a dollar more and the food takes a little bit longer.
