After speaking to Mr. Jackson today, I could tell he really cares about his clients and is not out just to money grab. He gave me a very reasonable price based on my circumstances, where most others would charge me over double what he did. Fantastic guy and is a good listener. I'll update as my case progresses, but so far I'm more at ease about this than I've ever been. Came to him with the problem and he gave me a quick solution and a number of different options.

Zach Jackson is by far the best family attorney I have had the pleasure of working with. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and takes the time to fully educate the client on the possible outcomes. He is very careful not to make promises too. He worked diligently on our case and fought hard for us in court and the children and I are so relived with the outcome. Our quality of life has improved dramatically, all thanks to Zach. I highly recommend Candace Faircloth. She is not only professional, but she is a person I could open up to about some really hard things. She helped me through two very difficult situations with my ex-husband and we had positive outcomes with both situations. I have had the most wonderful experience with Epperson law group! They have been so responsive and by my side through this whole custody deal I am going thorough. I worked with this firm (James and Amber) for over 1 year. My experience was horrible. Here are some of the reasons for my negative review: they overbilled me multiple times, they charged my credit card without my approval once, they repeatedly told me that my ex would pay for all of my attorney fees when I win my case and that was NOT what happened, they dropped me as soon as I told them I needed more time to pay them in full, they advised me on issues which ended up being very detrimental to my life and my case. I trusted them and they failed me in the end. I would not recommend using this law firm. James and Amber were my main contacts there. Feel free to contact me for more info.

Lindsey has tirelessly worked on my case since December of 2018. What initially seemed like a relatively simple absolute divorce turned into a highly contentious case that involved mediated financial settlement and a court hearing for child custody. Lindsey is passionate about what she does, and I always felt as though she genuinely cared about my case. The amount of time and effort she put in to create the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. She was always friendly, helpful, and communicative, and that meant a lot. In addition to being friendly though, Lindsey is great at what she does. Faced with what seemed like an incredibly uphill battle to gain custody of my son, Lindsey put together a court case that resulted in me getting primary custody of my son. Lindsey tirelessly worked on my case to allow this result to happen. I can't recommend Lindsey highly enough to anyone else that may find themselves working through a divorce, child custody, or financial settlement. I think the thing that stood out the most to me was that Lindsey personally involves herself in seeing your case through to the best possible outcome, never once did I feel as though this is simply a business transaction for her, and that always meant a lot. It's also worth noting that the staff Lindsey has assembled is unbelievably professional as well. With all the paperwork and intricacies of my case, never was a deadline missed, or paperwork lost. Everything was organized and well put together, and I always felt included in what was happening on a regular basis. Do yourself a favor and hire Lindsey if you are considering a Family Law Attorney.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Mrs. Sellers after I left my husband of 16 years. As with most divorces, this is an emotional and stressful time. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Sellers and her paralegal, Jenny Pattana. Not only did they provide legal support and advice, they eased the emotional burden. Mrs. Sellers's prices were reasonable and she guided me on ways I could save money. If you need a family attorney, she is your girl!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT choose this law firm to represent you. They are very inexperienced and Kelsey Ring, in particular, is a total waste of an attorney. My friend, unfortunately, was referred to this law firm and to Ms Ring and made the mistake of retaining them to handle her divorce. After just over a year of virtually nothing being accomplished, and very limited communication (but always on time with the billing) she was finally forced to seek new counsel. Although Ms Ring gave her the false impression at first that she would fight for her, she absolutely caved to the opposing attorney's wishes. Do yourself a favor and check out her FB profile first .. it will give you an idea of how unprofessional she really is.
