The old saying "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true when dealing with this firm. My attorney (Carmela) is the managing partner in the Hackensack office. Due to that, the cost was a bit more. But worth every penny. She was tenacious, intelligent and most important patient. I know I was not an easy client. Especially being a lawyer myself. This is just a fake practise.This is a unfair law firm who are billing me in thousands of dollars for not even one hearing.I had to tell them even before hearing that they stop working on my case because attorney doesn't lift the call and I had to call the receptionist and then I am being billed for calling receptionist in hundreds of dollars just for 2 phone calls and also they are charging me for going to another lawyer as well.I feel my information was also passed on to the opposite party.The attorney also threatened me that he would attend the hearing even after i mentioned to him i don't need his services.He said he will go to court and bill me for that to say he doesn't want to be my attorney.He didn't even listen to my case fully took it up and started billing.

Pretty terrible experience. Their 1(800) number rang through for two days. It led to a voice recording saying to leave a message and someone would call you back within 30 minutes, which then led to another message that said the inbox was full , "Goodbye" and hung up.
