Bruce Gudin was as thorough and efficient as he could be, especially in such a nontraditional setting. We spoke through emails and phone, yet he completely understood my concerns and questions, providing me exactly what I needed to know about my rights as a tenant and that my lease is indeed binding despite my landlord being a flip company that considers me nothing more than a barnacle to them that faithfully pays the rent on time and in full every month via certified mail. My ex and I could have an uncontested divorce through mediator. The mediator told us the divorce process could be very expensive and we could choose the mediation and get an agreement to divorce. Miklos, however, advocated that the divorce is simple and found all her questionable ways to squeeze money out of her clients. My ex is a simple and sick person (serious depression and think money is not important). Miklos has successfully squeezed around $40,000 out of him while our case still has long way to go. Miklos is a also a dishonest person. She could call me a liar in court while she knew absolutely nothing about the event occurred. She is an old lady pretending to be nice. Watch your wallet. Don't be fooled by her! I am reporting her to NEW JERSEY ATTORNEY ETHICS

Sotiria Makrogiannis is tough as nails, which is the type of attorney you need during what can be the most difficult time of your life. She represented me in my divorce and found a way to stand up for my rights when I was feeling too guilty, miserable and exhausted to fight back. I was ready to throw in the towel and quit. I've spoken to several law firms including an in-person consultation prior to covid. Judith was professional, courteous, she took her time explaining how their law firm works, who I would potentially work with on my case and the fees. Most importantly, I never once felt judged (my case involves DCPP, Domestic Violence & other issues) or that she wasnt willing to provide information until I made arrangements to hire their firm. Based on that alone I would recommend seriously considering the Williams Law Group.

You would think going with a major law firm would be more beneficial but it is not with Weinberger. My attorney did not explain what I'm entitled to and she gave me no guidance throughout the process. She told me things that were not true and when I confronted her about it she she ignored my concern about it. Towards the end of my divorce process Weinberger switched my attorney which is fine but then when I asked a few questions about the documents my previous attorney wrote up I was informed I would have to pay more money for my new attorney to look into it because she didn't write up the document but if I still had the original attorney working on my case it wouldn't cost me anything. Even though it is not my fault I still would have to pay according to them. It also took this law firm a full year after my divorce was finalized to change the deed of the house. They blamed it in Covid but what they didn't know is I was in touch with the county clerks office and Weinberger kept screwing up the paperwork and not paying the right amount to finalize the paperwork. I don't recommend this law firm at all.

Brad Micklin and Rachel Issacs both handled my child support emancipation and termination of alimony with the Court. They are strong advocates of Men's and Father's Rights. They work with you to achieve an equitable solution, developing strategies along the timeline, which are shared with the client. Their entire staff is very responsive and always acted courteously and professional. And even with restrictions due to COVID-19 restrictions their ability to conduct business remotely through various technology portals, should be commended. I would recommend their Law Group for an Family Court Legal issues or advice.

I felt compelled to write another review about Brad Micklin. As I was preparing to represent myself in court after getting screwed over and wasting a ton of money on an ineffective lawyer, i became nervous and overwhelmed, as any Novice would. I had a deadline to meet and for lack of better terms I needed someone to hold my hand and walk me though steps that i was uneducated about couldn't find on my own conducting independent research. Brad gave me advice days before my deadline. although this was helpful and I didn't want to bother him, i reached out to him one more time with time-sensitive matter i needed him to look over. However, he had to prepare for a case and didn't have the time to look over my last minute details (Which is completely understandable especially since i wasn't a paying client and he already went out on a limb and helped me several times thus far.) I woke up the next morning telling myself, F$%^ it, i'll send it as is, i did the best that i could. I looked in my e-mail and there was an e-mail from Brad. He informed me that he had a few moments to spare , he gave it a once over , went above and beyond of me asking for advice and edited the document i sent over and wished me Luck. All you single Dads who haven't gotten screwed over yet, I strongly encourage you to retain Brad. When i tell you he has your best interest at heart, he does. He turned down hiring me as a client, advised me to save my money and instructed me on how I could effectively get the result I wanted on my own. I will forever be Grateful.

Words can’t do justice to Brad Micklin and his team. My consultation was with Brad. I didn’t feel rushed, I didn’t feel pressured, I felt comfortable and most of all I felt like I had someone on my side for my daughters best interest. I worked with Rachel Isaacs as well and she was great. Everyone that I had any interaction with was very courteous and respectful. Everyone was knowledgeable and helped me through this difficult time. Brad made himself available to me at all hours. His wife Carmen is absolutely amazing and was extremely emotionally supportive. I appreciate everything that they have done for me and even now continuing to help me with the ongoing issues that come up with my daughters father. I had never been in a courtroom before in my life until I was in need of a restraining order as a result of domestic violence. The best decision I made for myself was to hire Brad Micklin of the Micklin Law Group to represent me. You may notice that Brad usually represents men but in my case, as a woman, I felt secure and protected in court with Brad by my side. His style in court is very clever and strategic and he doesn't miss a thing. If the opposing side or even the judge says something questionable or inappropriate, Brad will catch it and call them out! He made sure the trial was fair and that my testimony was heard. The staff are very polite, responsive and professional. I always understood what was on my invoice and when payments were due. I pray that you, reader of this review, have happy and healthy relationship. But if you do ever need a family law attorney, I recommend that you call Brad.

A friend of mine recommended Ms. Agostini to me when I was looking for an attorney to handle my divorce. I had previously seen another attorney but didn’t feel comfortable with him at all. As soon as I met Ms. Agostini, however, I immediately felt that she was much more than just an attorney. She led me through the long and painful divorce process with patience, tact and kindness. Most importantly, of course, Ms. Agostini is an exceptionally skilled attorney. My divorce was complicated by the fact that I got married abroad, so she had to research the different legal aspects involved. She did it in a very thorough and complete manner, and that ended up being very helpful when my ex-husband's attorney came to court without having done much research at all. Ms. Agostini is also a very accomplished negotiator, and in her calm but determined way, she drives up her points one by one. Finding a great attorney can be challenging, especially when part of your search relies on on-line reviews. During our search, I made several phone calls to various attorneys, but Mr. Vito Brunetti was the only one willing to spend time answering questions regarding the adoption of my (step)son. I can't recommend divorce attorney Vito Brunetti to anyone who is seeking marriage divorce. The attorney doesn't listen to their clients. Instead, he narrates well rehearsed narratives over the phone to fill in the 30 minute intervals and you can't even ask a question. He is rude, unprofessional and can't distinguish K-1 Schedule from 1099 on income taxes. I've lost time and thousands of dollars by working with him and had to find another attorney to continue with my case.
