Bruce Gudin was as thorough and efficient as he could be, especially in such a nontraditional setting. We spoke through emails and phone, yet he completely understood my concerns and questions, providing me exactly what I needed to know about my rights as a tenant and that my lease is indeed binding despite my landlord being a flip company that considers me nothing more than a barnacle to them that faithfully pays the rent on time and in full every month via certified mail. Finding a great attorney can be challenging, especially when part of your search relies on on-line reviews. I can't recommend divorce attorney Vito Brunetti to anyone who is seeking marriage divorce. The attorney doesn't listen to their clients. Instead, he narrates well rehearsed narratives over the phone to fill in the 30 minute intervals and you can't even ask a question. He is rude, unprofessional and can't distinguish K-1 Schedule from 1099 on income taxes. I've lost time and thousands of dollars by working with him and had to find another attorney to continue with my case.

I highly recommend Mr. Artusa when you need a lawyer in New Jersey. I hired Artusa Law firm for my mediation divorce case. I was extremely pleased with the process as well as the result. Santo Artusa as a mediator was professional, patient and fair. He understood the sensitivity in the divorce case, and he was able to deliver the professionalism to achieve the ultimate result that made the breaking couple happy. I highly recommend his service. UPDATE: I previously gave Santo a good review for his services. However, due to his sloppy work and the poor wording in our settlement agreement, we needed to return to him for clarification. Instead of providing clarification, he requested for information and charged us for it. During this phone call, he provide no feedback, show no responsibility or care for his work. Instead he asked us to send him more information and then have 2nd call with him, to which he would charge us. In the meantime, he provided no feedback to the information we sent him. He also blew off our 2nd phone call and never followed up to reschedule. When we finally got the 2nd phone call scheduled, he was no show, again! I am NOT pleased with this service especially it has affected our deadlines, and we wasted our time and money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Update: Santo is a people person. He truly cares about the satisfaction of his customers. Santo handled my divorce proceedings years ago and despite the lack of attention given to my case by the judge Santo agreed to continue to guide and support me through filing a motion for sole custody of my daughter. Now years later I consulted with Santo regarding an unrelated legal matter and he immediately contacted me personally, listened to the details of my case, and considered my history as a past client as his fees are competitive but well worth it. I appreciate Santo's genuine nature and willingness to help and highly recommend.

I highly recommend Triunfel Law! I needed an Attorney for a Family Court matter and Rafael helped me resolve that issue. He took the time to listen and understand the matter so he can fully represent me in court. Rafael is a very straight forward Attorney and will explained to you how it will go court. Brad Micklin and Rachel Issacs both handled my child support emancipation and termination of alimony with the Court. They are strong advocates of Men's and Father's Rights. They work with you to achieve an equitable solution, developing strategies along the timeline, which are shared with the client. Their entire staff is very responsive and always acted courteously and professional. And even with restrictions due to COVID-19 restrictions their ability to conduct business remotely through various technology portals, should be commended. I would recommend their Law Group for an Family Court Legal issues or advice.

I felt compelled to write another review about Brad Micklin. As I was preparing to represent myself in court after getting screwed over and wasting a ton of money on an ineffective lawyer, i became nervous and overwhelmed, as any Novice would. I had a deadline to meet and for lack of better terms I needed someone to hold my hand and walk me though steps that i was uneducated about couldn't find on my own conducting independent research. Brad gave me advice days before my deadline. although this was helpful and I didn't want to bother him, i reached out to him one more time with time-sensitive matter i needed him to look over. However, he had to prepare for a case and didn't have the time to look over my last minute details (Which is completely understandable especially since i wasn't a paying client and he already went out on a limb and helped me several times thus far.) I woke up the next morning telling myself, F$%^ it, i'll send it as is, i did the best that i could. I looked in my e-mail and there was an e-mail from Brad. He informed me that he had a few moments to spare , he gave it a once over , went above and beyond of me asking for advice and edited the document i sent over and wished me Luck. All you single Dads who haven't gotten screwed over yet, I strongly encourage you to retain Brad. When i tell you he has your best interest at heart, he does. He turned down hiring me as a client, advised me to save my money and instructed me on how I could effectively get the result I wanted on my own. I will forever be Grateful.

Words can’t do justice to Brad Micklin and his team. My consultation was with Brad. I didn’t feel rushed, I didn’t feel pressured, I felt comfortable and most of all I felt like I had someone on my side for my daughters best interest. I worked with Rachel Isaacs as well and she was great. Everyone that I had any interaction with was very courteous and respectful. Everyone was knowledgeable and helped me through this difficult time. Brad made himself available to me at all hours. His wife Carmen is absolutely amazing and was extremely emotionally supportive. I appreciate everything that they have done for me and even now continuing to help me with the ongoing issues that come up with my daughters father. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will definitely use them!

I had never been in a courtroom before in my life until I was in need of a restraining order as a result of domestic violence. The best decision I made for myself was to hire Brad Micklin of the Micklin Law Group to represent me. You may notice that Brad usually represents men but in my case, as a woman, I felt secure and protected in court with Brad by my side. His style in court is very clever and strategic and he doesn't miss a thing. If the opposing side or even the judge says something questionable or inappropriate, Brad will catch it and call them out! He made sure the trial was fair and that my testimony was heard. The staff are very polite, responsive and professional. I always understood what was on my invoice and when payments were due. I pray that you, reader of this review, have happy and healthy relationship. But if you do ever need a family law attorney, I recommend that you call Brad.

It is with great enthusiasm and appreciation that I write about my experience with the law offices of Karen Kirchoff Saminski. My initial consultation with Karen Saminski took place at her office in Hoboken. I was warmly greeted by her support staff and made to feel welcome. Karen was very interested in what I had to say and listened closely. I had come to her office with serious concerns about my grandson and the care he wasn't receiving. Karen asked many questions while she took notes and examined the documents I brought to the meeting. It didn't take too long for me to decide to retain Karen and her firm and I'm very glad I did. The initial retainer I agreed to was fair and they earned every dollar of it. Karen felt that Attorney Siobhan Fuller from her firm was best suited to handle our case. I would soon come to agree with her. To date, Siobhan has handled our case masterfully. She made my Grandson the priority and the results of her work clearly indicate that. There are a couple of loose ends which are in the process of being finalized shortly. As with any successful business, there are key support staff who make things run properly. The firm's administrator, Amneris Fraguela, kept things seamless and made sure I was up to date on all developments and documentation which was very helpful to me. I don't usually get involved with reviews of any sort. I wanted to let prospective clients who are looking for a law firm to know how good this one is. They're effective, fair and professional. I hope I won't have to call on them again but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.

Jeffery Bloom and his staff have been a BLESSING! After being turned down by numerous attorneys because I “didn’t have a case”, including big names like Rose Marie Arnold, Ginarte and countless others, I felt hopeless and ready to give up. Mr. Bloom’s office is top notch from the bottom on up. I’ve been dealing with his staff and Mr. Bloom himself for the last four years in regards to a workman’s comp case and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to have him represent me. The staff are very caring and more importantly responsive to questions, concerns. They always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had concerns as far as insurance, procedures, Dr’s. I can’t recommend them highly enough. In these types of situations it’s important to have someone in your corner you feel has your best interests at heart and the offices of Jeffrey Bloom certainly fit the bill.
