I was recommended to reach out to David by a friend. He assured me that David would take care of me as an individual, show compassion as a person and not just treat me like another case. He was absolutely right! I was even more impressed with David's quick responsiveness and his thoroughness. He likes to be over prepared and although my case was not entirely complicated, David had thought of and documented every aspect of the case. I was able to get primary physical custody of my child and everything else that I had requested for. My husband left me on Halloween, which was 37 years after our first date. I spent the year before he left nursing him through cancer and I was floored. I had no plans, no money saved, no job, and I was responsible for our son, who has autism. When he left, I was in my final year of the degree I had struggled to finish for most of our marriage. He told me that he would only pay me alimony for two years. I was terrified. How would I pay for health insurance? I would lose our house, and I would probably work until I died. My sister’s husband, a trial attorney, recommended David Jacks. After our first meeting I was so relieved. I found out that I was due alimony for at least half the length of our marriage (or longer). I also found out my husband would be responsible for a lot more than he tried to tell me! David was professional and supportive throughout the process. My husband and I negotiated for almost a year, and David was patient with all of the changes we made. Eventually, David helped me get a settlement that gave me enough alimony to finish school and pay off a house. In addition, I found out I was due half my husband’s retirement, so I wouldn’t be penniless in my old age! My life is so much better than when I was married. Absolutely AMAZING!!!! and could not be any happier with how David handled my case. My case was transferred to David one month prior to my trial date and he got on it right away. The team and Kelleher and Kelleher was beyond amazing. I didn't even know where to begin with my divorce but after reading the reviews, I decided to reach out. They were able to get me in for a same day consultation. I met with Mr. Kelleher who was very kind and honest. He explained to me what my options were, gave me advice on what he thought might be best for me based on my situation and gave me information to go home with to think about and evaluate what I ultimately wanted to do. When I didn't file right away, I was expecting to receive tons of calls from the office asking me when I was going to send them the forms, send in payment, etc. They very kindly left me alone but were there to answer my questions and guided me along but let me do things on my own time. Once I was ready to file, they were able to walk me through the process and reached out to the other party so that I didn't have to get involved. I could not believe how quickly and smoothly the process was. Every single person I worked with in that office was kind and addressed my questions, emails and filing very quickly. But again, the biggest surprise to me was how they were never pushy or calling just to get the divorce hurried up and done so they could move on. I have used Jim for about 7 years now off and on for a child custody case. I actually started using him before he had his own firm. He is very helpful in giving correct information. It may not be what you want to hear but it is what you need to hear. He has good rates and he actually gave me tips on how to save money with him. He was always respectful and knowledgeable. He is very dependable as well. Don't worry he will always show. He actually called me before every hearing to let me know how far away he is. He is very well respected in the courtroom. I am always nervous in court and for the last hearing I had, which was the most important, I wasn't nervous at all. Halfway through, during a short recess, I was smiling and laughing with my family outside the courtroom just before the decision was made. He not only won my case for me but he made it look easy. Not a thing got by him. He was very alert. I felt like there was no way I would lose with him. He takes pride in what he does and I've never seen another attorney have as much passion in their work as he does. Not only would I recommend him, but he is the only attorney I would recommend for family law. I wouldn't be in a courtroom without him. I'd also like to comment on his secretary. She's is so nice and pleasant to deal with. And she always made sure Jim got my messages for him. Very reliable people.

I was referred to Jim Davis by a close friend who is also an attorney. She gave me several references, but said that Jim was the best one to deal with Family Law. So in my book he came highly recommended. When I first contacted Jim, his knowledge and experience of Family Law became very clear. Jim took on my case and made me feel comfortable and painless through an extremely difficult time. While my husband's attorney continued to attack me on a personal level because of my new domestic partnership, Jim was professional, compassionate, fair, kind, and honest. I was referred to James M. Davis by a friend who had personal experience with their office. I found their office to be fair, knowledgeable, and most importantly, realistic about the outcome and time required to complete my divorce proceedings. The communication between the office and me was professional, timely, to the point, and kept me fully informed throughout the proceedings. Although I was not entirely happy with the outcome of my divorce decree, I do not see it as an issue with my legal counsel representation. I would recommend their office to others.

Divorce is a tough process and controlling what a judge thinks is difficult-I for one have had an good amount of litigation experience and I can tell you that Lorian Cole is the best there is.... if there is any negative comments they are a result of a very difficult time in a persons life.All business ,especially divorce business, has odds of success and failure.
