I couldn't be more grateful for all the hard work and professionalism that Chris Ford and his staff put into my case. I cannot recommend Carol Barnes enough for anyone dealing with any type of family court issue, especially if you want the focus to be on the well-being of the child or children involved. Carol represented my daughter and granddaughter in a difficult custodial case between my daughter and her daughter’s father. From the time my daughter first met with Carol, she was direct, informative, compassionate and focused on the well-being of my granddaughter. My daughter felt she could communicate her concerns and be heard, which is so important, especially in tough cases. It was a difficult road, but Carol was patient, attentive and responsive each step of the way. She is strong and strategic in court, again with enormous integrity working on behalf of the child at the center. We are so grateful that the end result was one that provides as much as possible to ensure my granddaughter’s well-being not just in the short term but in the long term. She also made sure that all bases were covered throughout the entire process and court agreement. She really is amazing.

My wife and I won. And this would not have happened without the help of Andrew Zemprazik, Maria and Amanda. This Law Office is LGBT friendly. They informed us about so many things and gave us the confidence to fight for the rights of our kids. Andrew was with us all the way and was quick to respond to our questions. During our court hearing, Andrew made the opposing lawyer Husna Alikhan sound like she needed to go back to school. Everything that Andrew presented to the court was very detailed and it was backed up with valid applicable laws. Husna Alikhan cited an obsolete law during the court hearing. Carol is an excellent attorney. She saved me when my attorney was working with my ex’s attorney. I didn’t even realize how much he was screwing me over until he asked me for another$30,000. I let him go and called Carol. I realized after working with Carol how horrible he was! Working with my ex and he even told me I wouldn’t win my case. I would have been lost without her. Huggins Law Office was really great in helping me with my child custody case. The staff really listened to the problems I was having with my ex and made the judge really understand what was going on. I received excellent service from the staff in explaining the legal process to me and what all the documents were about. Also the pricing was really fair compared to the quotes I received from other lawyers. The hill law group handled my divorce, custody case (as a Mom I was able to get full custody and various other legal matters. I'm not a review writer as I'm lost for words in general let along after time and having a stroke at 39. However I want to take the time to find them for Robert and Shauna. Many years ago when I felt helpless and lost and didn't know what to do when served with divorce papers on a last minute notice and a Saturday right before xmas, I phoned every attorney in the phone book not caring if they were specific to my needs and explained via voicemail my situation. I was blessed to get a call back on the same day from the Hill law group which lessened my worries and possibly prevented health issues then. After scheduling an appt and discussing things it was clear it was meant for them to represent my future with my kids and Entrust them with that. Some of their recommendations were very hard for me, yet they were very rewarding in the end. Trust wasn't something that came easy yet I asked myself what attorney and or attorneys are really going to take the time to actually care about the person and or situation versus just money and done. Now in 2019 I yet needed them again and they came willingly with open arms! Above and beyond and I didn't have to re explain who I was, what the case was about etc. They take pride in their jobs for the good of others instead of being just about getting paid which obviously they need that as we all do to support our families. So if you have any questions and or doubts, trust that you have read this review and God put it there. Trust them and what they say to do please.

Divorce can be a particularly challenging and depressing time in a person's life and mine was no exception. I tried to avoid retaining an attorney but my now ex-wife left me no alternative. I'm grateful I found the Hill Law Group. Rob and Shauna were professional and supportive. Rob handled my case and was honest and straightforward throughout, always providing direct and succinct legal advice and insight. They are genuinely down-to-earth and good people to work with and the financing was very reasonable and affordable. I was recommended to reach out to David by a friend. He assured me that David would take care of me as an individual, show compassion as a person and not just treat me like another case. He was absolutely right! I was even more impressed with David's quick responsiveness and his thoroughness. He likes to be over prepared and although my case was not entirely complicated, David had thought of and documented every aspect of the case. I was able to get primary physical custody of my child and everything else that I had requested for. My husband left me on Halloween, which was 37 years after our first date. I spent the year before he left nursing him through cancer and I was floored. I had no plans, no money saved, no job, and I was responsible for our son, who has autism. When he left, I was in my final year of the degree I had struggled to finish for most of our marriage. He told me that he would only pay me alimony for two years. I was terrified. How would I pay for health insurance? I would lose our house, and I would probably work until I died. My sister’s husband, a trial attorney, recommended David Jacks. After our first meeting I was so relieved. I found out that I was due alimony for at least half the length of our marriage (or longer). I also found out my husband would be responsible for a lot more than he tried to tell me! David was professional and supportive throughout the process. My husband and I negotiated for almost a year, and David was patient with all of the changes we made. Eventually, David helped me get a settlement that gave me enough alimony to finish school and pay off a house. In addition, I found out I was due half my husband’s retirement, so I wouldn’t be penniless in my old age! My life is so much better than when I was married. Absolutely AMAZING!!!! and could not be any happier with how David handled my case. My case was transferred to David one month prior to my trial date and he got on it right away. David and I spoke on the phone for hours going over my case and the confidence he had made me feel like I could not lose this. I thought I was coming in for a consultation on my whole case and advice on where to take my custody case next. We didn’t talk about my case at all other than her filling out a court paper for me which I didn’t even want done; felt like I got absolutely no advice on next steps and she is not very personable at all.
