I have called multiple lawyers and either have not received a call back or waited almost 2 weeks for a consultation and the lawyer had to leave the consultation for court and never called back. I was at a lost since I now needed a lawyer for court within a week. I called today and have an appointment tomorrow morning , Sharon was such a pleasure to speak with and very helpful. I can already tell this office actually CARES about their clients . Thank you for a great experience already!

Ellie is hands down is the ONLY attorney I will use if needed in the future, and I will recommended her to anyone looking for guidance in any legal matter. Absolutely the best of the best! We are working them on an adoption case and we have been met with love, grace patience etc. The process has been smooth sailing fast and efficient. We feel like old friends really. ⚠️A CON ARTIST with a law degree , that's how I feel after meeting Ryan E. Cooke. I met with this man on 3/23/21 for a consultation after having talked to him for 45 minutes over the phone on 3/22/21. Ryan said he would charge me 1500 flat rate for all proceeding in family court until case resolves' and 1000 for trial, if it had to go to trial. I told him I was out of work and he said he would help me out. the contract that he gave me to review was in fact anything but helpful and in it stated the complete opposite of what we agreed to verbally. His contract is a two page robbery and leads people to a road of bankruptcy quickly , asking his clients to pay 1500 monthly with an additionally 10 percent interest charged on the 15th day of each month if you are late -is he a bank? and he charges these fees until case concludes. If you are going to charge people fees you should do it honestly and up front and charge those who have the money to give. I'm so happy I dogged this bullet and did not get into contact with this crooked attorney because Ryan E Cooke is a Crookie ,and you've been warned!

I have worked with several lawyers for various reasons over the years and my experience with Jo Ann stands out as the best. She is the easiest to communicate with. Be careful with this attorney! SNEAKY!!! Watch out for the retainer fee & the first time consultation fee. The problem here is that most attorneys do a free first time consult to ensure fit. It is a high-level session & fees are discussed. Mr. Katz charges $250 for this, while most attorneys are free. You don't even know prior to this what the retainer fee will be. Next MAJOR issue is his retainer language. I was told on the phone that Mr. Katz does what is called an "Minimum Advance Retainer". What this means is that Mr. Katz may give you a $4500 retainer. This retainer is a minimum amount meaning that say Mr. Katz charges $350 an hour for his hourly rate & you only use two hours of his time ($750), you still have to pay him the entire $4500! Basically, he gets an additional unearned $3750 of your hard earned money, because of what again??? Think of it like you're building an addition on your house. The contractor asks for $50,000 up front for supplies & the supplies only end up costing $25,000. He keeps the rest. Sound right to you? Sounds like some shyster stuff to me!

My negative experience with Rick DuVall was similar to Mike O. below, maybe worse. Action items he repeatedly agreed to do, that were basic and essential to the success of my case, he didn't do for months on end or he never did at all. He would go MIA for weeks at a time ignoring calls and emails. He failed to send me court documents filed by opposing counsel on a timely basis a couple times, including one doc I received five months after it was filed. He initiated "research" that was surprisingly expensive without advising me of the expected cost in advance. I ultimately terminated Mr. DuVall and I only wish I had done so sooner.

Don't be mislead by a couple of poor Google reviews. This firm is top notch. I am an attorney and have had numerous cases with McCabe and Mack. They are consummate professionals, totally prepared and very well versed in the law as well as the facts of their client's case. They are respected by the local bar and bench (Judges) wherever they practice.
