Scott was an amazing attorney. He responded immediately every time I contacted him and was always available to me even on the weekends. He really strives to get the best outcome without having a huge fight and really tries to get the parties to a resolution they create themselves rather than fighting it out and racking up the bill. Absolutely wonderful. We had the unfortunate experience of having to handle court from another state. We called multiple attorneys and chose Scott because he was very knowledgeable, thorough and called/text/emailed us back promptly any time we had questions or concerns. We worked with Landon and I found a few things: He wouldn't push for the child support deduction of travel fees (saving us approximately $50 a month) or go off of the ex spouse's current pay stub verse her taxes (she was in school last year as opposed to working more now) as other lawyer threatened we would pay more then. He didnt fight back, just told us and suggested we let it go. So I would go with Landon if you get along with your ex spouse and a more mediation type agreement is needed. He also recommended we don't push to take the child to Canada (we have family there), I insisted and we won on that but I had to push Landon. Our bill was over $6000.00 for a shared parenting agreement.
