If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE LILLIAN WATSON"S SERVICES!!! She has no idea what the laws are. She is incredibly unprofessional. She has zero people skills. We tried to use her as a bankruptcy lawyer and she knew NOTHING about bankruptcy laws. Yet it's in the name of her business. During COVID she completely shut down her firm but didn't tell her clients. Her assistant Stephanie did her job for her and when she quit, nothing moved forward in the firm. We had a couple of meetings with her via ZOOM and she looked like she had just rolled out of bed and had nothing prepared to talk to us about. She never knew our case. She was horrific to try and deal with and very unorganized. The only good thing she did was file our case.

I needed to do my estate planning and I reached out to them for the first time. I worked with Lillian and her staff and everything was accomplished in 10 days. There was some confusion with the staff, but that's because Lillian did me a favor..........a great bunch of folks to work with!!!!

Contacted them. Set up zoom meet 2.5 wks out. On that day they had internet problems I was okay with it. Told me they'd contact me when back up. I had to call them later in the day to set up for next day. Next day came they told me I was double booked got pushed later. Prior to meeting I filled out some documents electronically and they didnt have it for some reason. It was as if she didnt even know the secretary had me fill it out and sent them back. Anyway had meeting and the price I was told by secretary was 1150 court cost included but the attorney told me she makes the prices and 1600 was hers and that didnt include court cost. I said okay you have great reviews with 20yrs exp. I'll go with you guys. She said I'd be receiving docs to sign through the mail in few days. Never got them so I contacted them multiple times to get the forms and had never got them nor have they ever tried following up. Dont know why they haven't or didnt but its their lost of money. Wouldve wrote you a check for full amount as soon as I had the docs but I'm glad I didn't cause I found a diff office who actually knows what their doing like the price and following up :) I cant believe they have such good reviews. Hope more people speak up. Dont get screwed just because someones got 20yrs experience. It doesnt mean they're great at what they do or care about you. Sometimes rookies are more hungry and outperform veterans ;) Rate zero if I could.

I would definitely recommend this legal firm . Andrew Newsom Is the best ever attorney that i worked with. He has skills on negotiations and always think out of the box and he come with option that would work best to my intrest. And the most part i liked is he is so honest if things doesn't work out he would tell you upfront to prevent you from spend lots of money because he knew I've went through alot and spent lots of money on my trial case . I highly recommend Peter. He took the care to explain things to me thoroughly and ask if I have questions. He gave the attention and care I needed when I needed it and was also straight-forward. Peter really shines in the process of negotiation. He is quick to understand complicated situations and firm on your side when you need it. He attempts to keep your costs down, and will advise you how to do so. This is refreshing when in an emotionally draining process of divorce. I went to Peter because I really needed advice and a professional to simply manage the stresses of my divorce. I did a consultation with him and everything seemed in order. He seemed like a decent fellow that was knowledgeable and forthright. This image didn't last long... Being involved in a messy divorce full of high stress due to false allegations, Peter simply walked away at the VERY beginning because the heat got too hot for him. He now of course wants his money ($400) for the consultation even though he bailed on me which forced me to have to find another attorney and pay another consultation fee. Oh well, I chalked this up as a small cost in getting the right lawyer. He basically helped me determine that he wasn't who I needed... a proficient lawyer that can handle stresses of a divorce with ease. I ended up finding Shelly Perkins and she has turned my whole case around. She didn't even use the angles that Peter wanted to which would have easily cost me >10k more. Ironic right? I'm tired of thinking about this whole mess and glad it is behind me, but there you have it incase you are wondering if this guy can help you out.

I have nothing but praise for Kehoe Law. Myah was my savior during my divorce almost two years ago. My ex-husband and I went through mediation for our divorce, so Myah did not formally represent me but I consulted her before every mediation session and with out Myah, there's no way I would have been able to navigate all the intricacies of the divorce and settlement proceedings. She was kind, patient, thorough and easy to talk to. She was always there to answer any question and explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I worked with Myah since December 2018 until my divorce was finalized 7/26/2019. My case was a very high conflict divorce that went to trial (less than 5% in Oregon go to trial). Myah and her entire team were fabulous to work with throughout the entire process. Morgan, Front Desk, was always so kind and knew me by name as I was in contact often. Since the divorce was finalized I have paid for additional consultations in March and June 2020. Again spectacular service from Morgan and Myah. Top Notch service!!!!!

I typically utilize attorneys to do a deep dive into detail to find areas that are detrimental to my situation. This firm did nothing but charge me a lot of money with no attention to detail and no suggestions to better my standing. They placated to my ex and the other attorneys and made no suggestions or changes on my behalf. It was 100% one-sided. I came out of my divorce with nothing and the other party with everything. Nothing positive came from this. I could have done nothing and come out better. It still haunts me today. Their lack of oversight and concern on my behalf during the process was and is staggering. Go elsewhere for solid representation.

I highly recommend Cassandra Snelling as an attorney. Her specialty is family law and she was excellent in her representation of me throughout my divorce process. Not only was she a great attorney, advocating for my needs and educating me on my rights, she was kind and compassionate. Been with this law firm for years. I was represented by Joel, he was amazing!!! Professional, and in control. But in 2020 he retired. I went back the firm knowing they had great lawyers. I was given Cassandra, we talked and she seemed ok. I let her represent me, it was a small court proceeding. She was a nightmare. When talking to her on the phone she would not answer my question, so I would have to ask her in another way. This was time consuming and costly. I'm still shocked on how bad she represented my character. I look bad in the courts eye because of how she represented me. She seemed not to care much. At the end she was smiling and felt she did a good job. Still shocked about that. This is just my experience with Cassandra. After working with her. I truly miss Joel, if you have a good attorney KEEP THEM & PRAY THEY DONT RETIRE :-). I know this law firm has great lawyers. I just got the bad apple.

Jack Dekovich was rigorous and attentive with my child custody/relocation case. There were so many moving factors and he addressed each situation with tact even when the other parties attorney attempted tactic after tactic to prolong and make the case as difficult as possible. He helped me to win 2/3 of the terms I went for and was patient and understanding every step of the way. I'm grateful I choose him as my attorney to represent me through this process. He took what would normally be a long and painful process and helped me navigate it with more ease and understanding, even with finishing up the final terms during the beginning of the Covid-19 lock down. I went to Jack Dekovich to help me through an ugly divorce. He was good at returning calls and answering any questions I had while the divorce was proceeding. In the end he was able to work with the opposing side, avoided having to go to court, and earning me much of what I asked for in settlement. I would recommend Jack because of his knowledge of the law and his patience with clients during stressful times. My initial attorney from another practice made me feel as if she was working for my ex husband and after several off comments, I came to see Jack Dekovich. What a complete 180! Right away Jack demonstrated that he knew family law comprehensively and that he would use that expertise to fight for me, tactfully but aggressively if needed. I am very familiar with my ex husband’s attorney, having worked closely with her for several years on my ex husband’s behalf. I've been so grateful to have Dan Margolin and Erin Holbrook Johnson as my legal counsel. They were incredibly helpful with modifications to my divorce judgment a few years after it was finalized, including spousal and child support, gaining access to my past professional work and other items due to changing circumstances. Throughout the entire process they listened to my concerns, answered questions and let me know legally what was and was not relevant to my case. Most important to me and what sets them apart, I felt they cared about my challenging circumstances and advocated for me month after month while also being mindful of costs vs. benefits. They along with their team were professional and compassionate from start to finish, and are the best of the best.

I hired Sean Stephens of Stephens & Margolin at the recommendation of a friend, and in turn would highly recommend Sean to anyone in need of an excellent family law attorney. My divorce involved guardianship issues as well as somewhat complex asset issues involving an operating company, a holding company and several pieces of real estate. Sean is very experienced, was able to understand all the different pieces, and was excellent at communicating all of the pieces to the court in simple understandable language. Sean also has an excellent team in his own office, as well as excellent court respected experts. Sean was reasonable in settlement negotiations however my divorce went to trial. Sean was excellent in trial. Both his prepared written arguments as well as his arguments in court were very clear and concise. Sean is an excellent trial attorney, and was successful in achieving a very favorable result in court. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone in need of an excellent family law attorney.
