Secured Mr. Reiner's services to send a demand letter and negotiate terms of a settlement with my previous landlord. Successful conclusion after many many dozens of emails back and forth. Mr. Reiner was professional, a good legal writer, and was quick to respond to my emails, answer my questions, return my phone calls, and work on my case in general. He did a lot of work for the money I paid him, considering how long the negotiations dragged on. Almost took away 1 star just due to his advice being slanted at times towards ending the negotiations quickly rather than seeking the absolute best outcome for me, but I honestly can't blame him too much because, as I said, the negotiations dragged on for awhile. Called about a minor legal issue. Eric picked up the phone and right away asked a few pertinent questions, then told me I did not yet need to retain the services of an attorney. I have been around long enough to know some attorneys will over-complicate an issue, ask for a sizable retainer, start by doing "research", then come to the conclusion nothing needs to be done- oh and by the way, the retainer was burned up doing research which was really just top-of-the-mind knowledge. This attorney was very knowledgeable and direct. I highly recommend checking this firm out.
