How much will it cost to get full custody of my daughter I fill she would be safe with me she supposed to live with her dad but she dont she house hold with her grandparents and grandpa filling her head up negative thing and threating to heat her because she act up in store and grandmother tells me he hit her in her chest and he very violent when he be drinking take it out on them then wont to put my daughter in danger by drinking driving I really afraid for her living there know she going to a behavioral school I fill it will besafe if she was living with me and sister and brothers

These are some great people to do business. Mr Bayless is a real down to earth attorney and knows his business well. He listens to what your needs are and tells you what his firm can do for you. I have been doing business with Mr Bayless for 6 years. I live in west Houston and his office is in Cleveland Texas. Now does that tell you how good he is. If you have a legal problem or a legal business that needs to be taken care of . Give them a call. You won't go wrong.

Unfortunately I have had more attorneys than I can count. I’m a single mom of four daughters and it seems I am constantly being harassed or taken to court by their father. I have had several attorneys over the years and I can vouch that all the attorneys I have had, that Mark Porter exceeds expectations. He is very prompt, always available, goes above and beyond. You never have to speak to several legal assistants that have no clue what is going on. Going through court and custody hearings is a very stressful matter alone, and having Mr. Porter as your representation will ease as he is laid back and calms you as well as he knows the system. He has a heart of gold and truly fights for his clients best interest. Plus he makes you laugh constantly with all his jokes, to make lite of situations. I know a lot of us don’t care for attorneys and have a certain perception, but he changes the view I have had on legal representation, and I am confident he will do the same for you!

Incompetent. He made little to no effort to adequately advise or protect his client or her possessions. He failed to acknowledge domestic violence as the primary issue and did not file or proceed as he should have in a volatile domestic violence situation, requiring the hiring of a second attorney. Basically he sat around and smiled and hobnobbed with opposing counsel, further invalidating the seriousness of the situation. If you are female avoid him.

I have worked with Justin for around 3 or 4 years now and I must say that he is fantastic. I don’t normally leave reviews but after many times being called into court for child support he has performed at a very great defense. Courts stressful and he does a great job on your side and delivers results you would want. Don’t think twice as I have used about 3 other lawyers at very unsatisfying results. You will feel as someone actually has a say in your corner.

I would highly recommend using this firm. The team is pleasant and accommodating. From the start Brad and his team were understanding and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. They were flexible and willing to work within my time, even when I contracted COVID and was in quarantine for an entire month. Ms. ESSEX is beyond an amazing attorney!! She is very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Her entire staff was responsive and kind through this very difficult process. Although divorce is not something we dream of after getting married, it’s sometimes for the best. This time can be emotional, but Jennifer helped my ex and I keep as level headed as possible throughout the divorce process. If either of us had questions, she would answer promptly and give great advice. As kids were involved, she helped us configure a fair plan that would be in the best interest for the children. I wouldn’t say divorce is easy, as everyone’s situation is different, but Jennifer made this process easier and excel quicker than I anticipated.
