He failed to acknowledge domestic violence as the primary issue and did not file or proceed as he should have in a volatile domestic violence situation, requiring the hiring of a second attorney. Basically he sat around and smiled and hobnobbed with opposing counsel, further invalidating the seriousness of the situation. If you are female avoid him.
