I called in today to try to continue services for my father. Unfortunately, he had a severe stroke that left him unable to speak or move and we were trying to get all of his legal matters finished. As I was speaking with the front desk person to try to schedule a consultation with the lawyer, she made it nearly impossible, stating over and over that she didn’t think the lawyer could do anything for us. Additionally, she kept saying “well, he didn’t finish paying” in an argumentative manner, as if he had done this on my purpose. Yes, he didn’t because he had a fatal stroke that left him in a coma for quite some time and now he’s recovering ????. Not sure why she had to be so rude and difficult.

David has represented me twice now to help with child support enforcement. My ex has supervised visitation and very little contact with us due to prior abuse, so the prospect of being in the same room with him was very daunting. Filing for divorce was terrifying for me. I had been in an abusive marriage for 23 years. David Kulesz was referred to me by a close friend. I knew in my first interview with Mr. Kulesz that he would help me and my two children out of this bad situation. The point in the interview where I knew I was hiring David Kulesz went something like this: I said, “I’m going to want to sign the first deal presented by my husband and get the divorce over with, I always cave, that’s what I’ve done for years.” David responded, “I’m not going to let that happen. I’m going to take care of you and your family.” Hearing that simple sentence brought me instant relief. I could feel the hesitation and fear leaving my mind. David did exactly what he said he would do, made sure me & my family are secure. I feel safe. I cannot recommend Ms. Gayden and her associates enough. From the beginning we were confident and comfortable with her handling our custody case. She and Rachel were just an email or call/txt away. Ms. Gayden was definitely a force in the courtroom! Even when the pandemic hit, she and her team continued to work diligently on our case keeping us up to date at all times. The outcome was more than we hoped for. I have no professional compliant other than she double charged me and now will not respond. I’ve made several attempts to collect my money over the past three plus months with no response. If you use her check your bank statement to make sure your not double charged.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had from someone I gave my hard earned money to! I was appointed this attorney through the court, and if you have the means to find your own attorney and hire them please do so as I would have never chosen to do business with this establishment given the choice! I have received nothing but the run around, lies and unanswered questions. She went from “I want to help you because I’ve gone through a similar situation myself” to “I don’t represent you and don’t owe you a play by play. I will complete my job when I’m ready to complete it.” So yea don’t waste your time or money. All I wanted was for the job I paid for to get completed so that I could move forward with my case. I was told twice in two different months that the job was completed and the paperwork just needed to be filed, then all of a sudden the info I was given was contradicted. I was then treated as a nuisance and as if she was doing me a favor. After being told I would be contacted and never receiving a call or email, my calls were ignored and if by some miracle I got someone on the phone I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. Complete 180 from the time she gladly took my money that she felt compelled to keep reminding me she gave me a discounted price, to three months later where she literally told me I don’t have to talk to you at all just wait for an email whenever I feel like my job is done. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM OR THIS ATTORNEY FOR ANYTHING!

Originally, I was referred to this office through our employee assistance program. All the staff in the office are very helpful and accommodating! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! NEVER HIRE THIS LAWYER! You will get ripped off by paying high attorney fees for nothing. In the consultation meeting he says you have a strong case, but after a couple months of taking your money, he drops you saying that you will never win. He's arrogant, rude, no morals, and no ethics as a lawyer. Please trust what I say because I don't want you to be another victim like me.

If I could give a negative star I would, this lawyer was suppose to do a interview to try to see if we would hire him for a case, instead he just called to basically harass and completely not be understanding. They charge $50 just to do a call, if you are in need of a good lawyer, def. Don’t call this guy. He’s arrogant, rude and highly NOT trained to work with people. He had no patience at all. Disappointing that lawyers are put here to help people not make their stress worse

Total Loser. I referred him a client couple years back, he charged them thousands in fees, but just sat on the file and didn't produce any results. They finally hired another attorney who solved their case with opposing attorney and party in a week. He is also still the only LOSER in my opinion who is the only one listed on lawyer referral service for real estate matters, as he can't find enough customers, by providing good service, which is what most attorneys do. I wouldn't even give him one star, except google makes you pick at least one.

My ex wife was using this firm for our divorce in 2019 and 2020. You think I would write a review because I was plowed by them or because they were unfair somehow but I am writing the review because of how she was treated. They did not respond to her and sent useless correspondence and forms to my law firm (I am a retired attorney so am relatively aware of these things). I told her to stop and just let my firm handle it since I was not being billed as much and they were just running up her cost. There were times weeks would go by without any updates and there was no urgency for them to proactively seek her best interest. Sometimes they used wording that to my surprise had more of my best interest in mind as far as alimony/pension, etc. We may not be married anymore but I still do not want to see her get taken advantage of and I feel like that is exactly what they did. They were not mean. They were kind. I was just a little underwhelmed. It appears like they only have a few years under their belt running a firm or they need some additional help and mentorship. There are helpful guides provided by various boards and counsels and I do not know why they went unused or largely underused. I realize it is strange to write a review on behalf of my ex wife, but I think it is appropriate to share a fair experience from "the other side" of the table. Mediocre at best. PS: I have used a familial name to protect confidentiality of my ex wife and her attorneys' privilege as I feel I still have an obligation to do that since she is not the one telling her story. I hope that she will. VRL

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They take their sweet time and charge you an arm and a leg for everything. You will feel like you did more work than they do yet you will pay them thousands. It will take more time than it needs to. I’m sure there are a lot of better options out there. Again, I had a horrible experience and If I can keep others from the same I want to. Good luck

Zoe drafted a partition and exchange agreement (post-nup) for my husband and me. She was extremely detailed, listened and advised on every concern or account, and ultimately her final draft was nothing less than amazing. She was reasonable, highly intelligent, and very well equipped to execute this legal agreement for us. She also went back and forth with me answering my questions and modifying the document to suit. She was extremely responsive and very professional. The real deal. I highly recommend Zoe.

Horrible service ever! I paid $2,500.00 for nothing. Everything i request was never on the petition. I always had to call for updates. It took them over a year, then when they would call it was to ask for more money. Also I had to keep up, with my one court days. I applied for child support on my own. I request my last name to be change they never proceed on the first petition. Once they wanted more money I said no because nothing was getting done. I would never would recommend.
