If you find yourself needing custody of your grandchildren or children, Mark Fischer is the attorney for you. Our situation was unique. We are grandparents that have been raising three of our grandchildren since birth. They're ages are 16, 15, and 10. Their mother (my daughter) had been in agreement and wanted this arrangement until suddenly she wanted them to move in with her and her boyfriend. The grandchildren did not want this, and neither did we. So Mark worked it out where we are joint managing conservators with my daughter and the grandchildren are still live with us. During our consultation, Margaret Tucker listened and laid out the difficult journey to an attempt at refining my custody agreement with my ex-wife. Her knowledge, passion and ability to provide calmness in a chaotic situation made it a "no brainier" in hiring her. To be clear: 1. Margaret took my case and had no issues telling me truths that no one wants to hear; 2. She took on a case that is one of those "fathers fighting for their children" situations; 3. Although the case was through Texas, she took on a client that was halfways across the country; and 4. She took on a case that had a 10% chance of winning it's best scenario. Regardless of everything stacked against us, Margaret took on these challenges head on! Her ability to navigate through every obstacle that was thrown at us was superb and exceptional in every way. In the end, we ended up with primary physical custody of our daughters which was now than we could've dreamed of!! I found Lisa a year ago to assist me in getting a divorce. She was professional from the get go. I wanted a female Attorney specifically so she could understand my emotions throughout the whole experience, and help me cope when I didn’t know how to deal with certain aspects of a divorce. Her and her team were BEYOND responsive to any emails and phone calls I made. My case was a hard one and she was there throughout the whole thing. Despite the hardships, she remained professional and did everything she could to assist in getting everything I needed done. She is very knowledgeable and knows when it is appropriate to ask for more, or to stop and just do what we can for that day. It was a tough experience, but her firm made it as painless as they could. I will forever be appreciative for all she has done for me! Recommend her 10/10

My experience with Lisa began October of last year with filing for divorce. She is very professional, knowledgeable, supportive and personable. I was kept well informed of all pertinent court dates. All the issues and different situations that arose throughout my divorce were always addressed with care as well. It took almost a year to have my divorce finalized due to various circumstances, but Lisa did everything necessary on my behalf to get us there. I would certainly retain Lisa for legal representation in the future if ever needed.

Travis Eaton is an excellent attorney. I was referred to Travis by a friend when my son was looking to hire an attorney to obtain custody of his daughter. I went with my son to his initial consult with Travis and he treated my son’s case with utmost care and respect. My son passed away a year ago and I once again contacted Travis to discuss options available to me for getting custody of my granddaughter. I don't usually do reviews unless it is truly warranted and deserved. Quite honestly, I found Mr. Eaton on google, made some 3rd party inquiries, and ultimately decided on his law firm. It was a divorce matter with some complex child custody issues. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. It was a very stressful time for myself and i just wanted to give in to the other party. I'm grateful that Mr. Eaton kept me on track, focused on my parental rights, and achieved an ideal outcome. Highly recommend. The reviews of Mr. Eaton are accurate - the positive ones at least. We never know what we don't know but i can personally say that i would choose Mr. Eaton again and would recommend him to anyone.

This review has been 3 years in the making. I can't believe it has taken this long but I have to do it. They deserve it. This duo are among the most professional attorneys I have ever seen. They are compassionate, experienced and firm. With them, you never feel alone. Michelle Schmidt is a very empathetic person who is very understanding about the plight of domestic violence and different types of abuses. Her husband is a very experienced and knowledgeable attorney who knows the different facets of their practices. Their staff are also a great team of understanding people who work with their clients to get you the best results. Back in 2018 they worked on my mother's divorce and custody case. In my view, my mother's triumphant result was because of their skills as a duo of competent lawyers who care about their clients. We do not regret hiring this group.

My Husband went in for a consultation and he said she was AMAZING! We are looking in to relinquish/adoption and she was very informative. We couldn’t believe the consultation was free. I mean she literally provided us with the process in detail, and gave us helpful tips moving forward even if we chose not to work with her. We will definitely be working with this firm! High level review (5 star+) I worked with Michelle and her team (Vernice and Julie). I am extremely satisfied with the legal service and the entire process. I got all I want including custody as a father with a reasonable cost and time. Detailed review I have never thought about a divorce in my life. But when it became a reality, I had to find a good lawyer who I can trust and encourage me to go through this painful situation.
