Very disappointed with the service here. Specifically with Nupur Bal. I found her via Richmond time magazine as one of the best marital attorney so I thought she’ll be the best person to hired for my prenuptial with my fiancé. During our meeting, I specifically asked for her to note to have my dog in the contract. When the agreement is drafted, he was not mentioned on there, I feel like I got a run of the liter contract literally. Another negative experience was when I emailed her regarding some questions, waited 2 weeks no response from her, I also reach out to her assistant dotty at the time no response either. Turned out Dottie had retired - but this is no excuse for Nupur to not respond to my email. Of course this got resolved and I was told she got a new assistant now, once again I needed modification to my prenuptial and emailed her to do so, it’s been a month plus and I hadn’t gotten a respond. These experiences can’t help but to make me feel very unimportant after putting down $2500 as retainer and with already $1800 taken out of it for this contract. Mind you I get charged for any corespondent, which I don’t mind if she would do her job. Anyway, I received an email 2 days ago from Nupur to follow up on my prenuptial and was charged $41 yesterday for her email, I hadn’t responded yet but I will email and terminate my working relationship with her. But really like seriously? Your only job is to help me, while you can’t respond to my other email which I paid for is ridiculous, how she won any awards really is questionable to me on my experience of how she handle clients. We ended up using another attorney for the agreement. It said I only have $700 left from the account. I took my already $1800 paid as a lost cause and work with someone else and not have to baby sit her to follow up. I would not recommend Nupur Bal to anyone and highly recommend you to find someone else.

But Sharon made this, dare I say, fun? An incredible weight has been lifted off of our shoulders with this responsibility finally checked off the to-do list.
