When you think of a lawyer, you don't typically think of someone who helps you stay centered and confident in the middle of the storm. However, this is precisely what I encountered from Renee and her team at McKinley Irvin. I think the thing that makes Renee and team different from any other legal team is, in my humble opinion, the key factor of them actually caring for their clients. They genuinely desire the best outcome for their client and go above and beyond in all of their efforts. I could have chosen any team for my case, however I strongly feel that if I had worked with anyone except Renee, my case wouldn't have turned out as well as it did. Renee helped me to stay focused and to maintain an optimistic outlook, educating and guiding me along the way. This in turn gave me strength to push forward in this difficult time in my life, and led to a favorable conclusion to my case. I highly recommend that you also choose McKinley Irvin for your Family Law needs, you wont regret the decision.

Worst experience of my life... To: Elizabeth Mount Penner (Attorney) and Christine Carr (Paralegal) of the McKinley Irvin Law Firm From: Mark Derbyshire, McKinley Irvin Divorce Case Customer Reference: McKinley Irvin Unprofessional And Non -Transparent Business Conduct Date: 5/11/21 Dear Elizabeth Mount Penner and Christine Carr Of The McKinley Irvin Law Firm, My conscience will let me go no further in life without voicing my significant dissatisfaction with your professional conduct while handling my divorce case. Early on in my divorce case, unfortunately, Elizabeth's mother passed away. Because of Elizabeth's grieving, I understood and accepted the ignoring of numerous questions in my emails and the very lengthy delays associated with McKinley Irvin's responses to me. Because of Elizabeth's grieving, I did not voice my concerns at the time. Though I accepted these occurrences at the time, I believe the more appropriate path for McKinley Irvin to have taken would have been to switch me to a different Attorney (while Elizabeth worked her way through her grieving). Many months after Elizabeth's mother's passing, however, the same pattern of behavior was still observed. It does appear that this delaying and ignoring of customer inputs is McKinley Irvin's normal modus operandi. On several occasions, phone conference times were scheduled only to be cancelled at the very last minute, with Christine Carr citing "emergency issues". Significant delays, ignored emails/questions, and last minute cancellations always left me feeling, as a customer, that I am extremely low on McKinley Irvin's priority list. This is really surprising given that truly successful companies strive to make it a goal of satisfying their customers. However annoying the above conduct is, it pales in comparison to the more serious complaint of unprofessional (possibly unethical?) non-transparent behavior that I will detail below... On April 30th 2021, I requested, for my records, copies of all communications between Tara Richardson (my wife's attorney) and McKinley Irvin. As you know, there is a line item for each one of these communications in the McKinley Irvin billing system which, as a paying customer, I have been billed for and have paid good money for. My request for copies of all of these communications was met with "I will look into this for you" (Christine Carr) and, during a 1:30 pm phone conversation on 5/4/21, "We have a cumbersome document system, I will see what we can do" (Elizabeth Mount Penner). At the end of the 5/4/21, 1:30 pm phone conversation with Elizabeth, Elizabeth did say she would get me the communications I requested. To-date (as of 5/11/21), I have yet to receive the requested communications which I have paid good money for (and which I do not expect to pay one penny more for). Clearly "do what you say and say what you do" is not a motto which McKinley Irvin runs their business by. It is clear, also, that there is a lack of transparency happening at McKinley Irvin which is highly unprofessional and, I would even argue, bordering on unethical. As a paying customer, to be denied what one has paid for, is absolutely unprofessional. It is perplexing that I have to explain to the McKinley Irvin firm how it should respond to one of its paying customers. The response should not have been "I will look into this" or "we have a cumbersome document system"; the response should have been, "you are a venerated paying customer of ours who has paid for these communications and we will get these communications to you just as soon as we can (at no additional cost to you)". What I would like to have happen is for McKinley Irvin to acknowledge this significant lapse in customer service and refund my money. I am dissatisfied with your treatment of my divorce case. Divorce is devastating enough in itself. To feel like the attorney/firm you are paying good money to, in order to guide you through one of life's toughest journey's, is hamstringing and hampering you along the way, makes it feel many times more devastating.

It is kind of hard giving divorce lawyers 5 star ratings. They are basically guiding you through one of the worst times in your life. Fortunately for me Renee Lee and team helped me get through this ordeal, and even during 2020, without losing what is left of my mind. Renee's humor and willingness to listen to me rant, then calmly guide me off the ledge means way more than she could ever know. Would I recommend these people to all my friends? No. Would I recommend these people to anybody having to go through a divorce? Without question.

Very nice and clean, the staff is super nice! Come in and see!

I wish I could give zero stars. While working with McKinley they filled out my court papers wrong. I was the petitioner and they gave me the respondents middle name. Luckily I noticed that. When I decided to discontinue working with them they said they would refund me my money. That was 4 weeks ago, I have not received a refund and they ignore all emails when I try to ask for help in receiving my refund. I think I need to hire a lawyer to sue them just to get my refund. Why are they ignoring me?

Michele and her staff are extremely knowledgeable in the field of family law. She is well respected by her colleagues, commissioners and judges. She is honest, straight forward and takes pride in her work product. She is considerate to each client’s unique situation, and works closely with them to find solutions to avoid litigation, if necessary. She is a true advocate for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family law attorney.

I had been putting off getting my legal documents completed and when my personal situation changed drastically I reached out to Michele for help. She consulted with me and gave me honest and professional advice about my situation and what I needed to do. This led to me finally getting my estate planning in order and now I can rest easier knowing that my children will be taken care of and my assets will be handled as I want them. Even with Covid-19 causing the office to temporarily close we still signed documents via “drive-through”. I trust Michele and this firm in handling all of my personal manners. Tanya and Michele Kept me at ease and really helped me through the process of estate planning. I would definitely recommend for future legal needs.

The O'Loane Law Firm represented me through a long and difficult divorce. Mine was a very challenging case that went on for years and throughout that time Michele and her paralegal, Tanya, were empathetic, professional, and diligent. My husband and his attorney dragged us into court on baseless motions and refused to mediate the case; Michele and her team persevered and my divorce ultimately ended in a trial, successfully saving my business. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing a family law attorney, you want Michele and Tanya beside you. - Kim

I've been very happy with Michelle O loaned law firm, and Tonya the legal secretary was great and on top of Law matters and my case was won ,how I wanted it completely. Enjoy professional lawyer who knows what they are doing, you won't regret it.

I hired O’loane Lawfirm 7 Months ago and paid out over $16,000 to them and I am no further than I was at the beginning. They are very hard to get ahold of, never answers all of my Questions, had to correct some of their work. I do believe they are just interested in making/ taking my money instead of protecting people. I do believe they stretched my divorce along , I’ve caught them in a lot of lies. They withdrew from being my attorney because of lack of payment.Once I paid them they reinstated my case and thousands of more dollars spent and I Was still no further from where we started. I finally had to fire them and hire a new attorney! I would not recommend this Lawfirm to anybody unless you have deep pockets And don’t mind throwing money away!

KC is very professional and also friendly which made me feel so comfortable asking questions and sharing my concerns. I had an appointment with him today for a consultant session, I got more information from him than I expected. He is very knowledgeable and his explanation is very clear. One of the best lawyers I ever consulted with.

I highly recommend Celebi Law! I tried to handle my divorce on my own, without an attorney. Once the the covid had pretty well shutdown the courthouse, it became impossible for me to navigate. I ended up filing papers wrong and in the wrong area. The courthouse wanted me to start all over on all the papers that needed filing. I called Celebi Law. He picked up my case right away. He was very respectful and professional. He knew exactly what papers needed to be done again and others that could stay. Got it all drawn up for me and all I had to do was sign and give it back to him. He filed them and sure enough in a couple weeks my divorce was finalized. He made this process so much easier for me. I would absolutely hire him again.

Is this a criminal or immigration lawyer? Well after you get a client who is undergoing immigration process do you follow them and see if the case was successful? Or after you get your money that all? Just curious! Note: If you really need help with your immigration case please look for a good lawyer in heart of Seattle down town. This guy will never fight for your case, but I guess all what he is capable of to file paperwork for you. Don't expect much from him. Hire him at your own risk!!!

K.C was recommended to me by my friend who went through a divorce and won the case. I wanted to find an attorney who previously worked with a woman who can sympathize and understand the situation easily. I had the honor of being able to work with K.C. And have him represent me in my trial. Fortunately I was able to win. Although it’s not guarantee a win, he will work hard from the beginning of the case to the very end to do what he can to try to win it. From previous traumatic issues, I have problems of blocking out memories and not being able to piece my own past together. I was able to tell him small pieces of the entire story. Sometimes I can’t even remember things and he was able to continue to ask redundant questions until things made sense in my mind. He can take 100s of pieces of a story and fit it together. He also writes extremely well and is on top of every task and every part of the whole process. The effort on my end was nominal and I only had to have brief meetings providing requested information to him. My biggest fear of working with an attorney was him/her not being sympathetic and just only caring about making quick cash. K.C was the opposite of this and he truly does his best to understand you on a deep level. I’d recommend him anytime to anyone.

KC gets the job done. He's easy to get in contact with and charges a very comparable amount. In court he is professional and concise, keeping your best interest in mind. He made what seemed to be a difficult divorce turn into an ease of paperwork, leaving me to continue my day-to-day life without worrying about the situation. He's a good guy to have on your side.

Robert Getz is a standup guy; straightforward; he's fair and honest. Robert gives advise to his clients as if he were in your shoes. He has the best interest of his clients in mind and goes to bat to ensure things are carried out in the most favorable manner. He is professional and has the respect of Snohomish County court commissioners, judges, and his legal peers alike. I would recommend Robert Gertz to anyone needing family law assistance.

Mr. Getz, Ms. Ferrier, and the rest of the team have been excellent for my family’s needs. I appreciate the straightforward, professional representation and timely responses. Mr. Getz is also the most fair billing family law attorney I’ve encountered. I highly recommend this practice.

I brought my mother who is 96 years old to see them to have her will redone. I was told to pay $400 up at the time of the first meeting which I agreed to. That was on a Wednesday afternoon I contacted them again on Monday to check the progress and was told that they had customers in front of me and they would get started on it soon. I received an email with the will to go over it with my mother fo mer approval. I called them back to let them know that it was wrong they listed an ex brother-in-law as one of my mother's dead children which is not the case it was his wife. When I mentioned the condo to them I was told they didn't even know she had a condo and how are they supposed to know. I was in transfer to the attorney who told me I could not be in the room when she did the will which I'd already understood. I was then told they would give my 96-year-old mother half her money back which they did. I asked them to send a note to my mother explaining to her why she only gets half her money back and no will. I was then told that they will have no further contact with me. If they will do this to a 96-year-old woman I guess that pretty much makes everybody open game for them. I only wish there was something somebody could do to stop this person from doing things like this to vulnerable people.

Robert Getz was very intelligent in his handling of the complexities of my family law case. Unraveling the layers of deception that previous lawyers had found insurmountable. Robert was able to bring a truthful resolution to a case that spanned nearly a decade. We now have an Order with the safeguards for my family that allow us to move forward to a successful future. Thank you from all us.

Attorney Getz and Amy made this visiteasy to understand and they answered all the questions that my friends had.I recommend them to anyone who needs an attorney they're awesome ???????? Thank you

How can I possibly convey how grateful I am to Patricia for her work on my behalf throughout a tough divorce process. She was not only talented, dedicated, and knowledgable, but she also treated me with compassion. I felt that she cared for me personally and was emotionally invested in helping me reach a fair resolution (which we did)! Compared to how this process has gone for others and the way they were treated (often poorly by their own lawyer) I couldn't recommend this firm enough. Again, I am eternally grateful to her and the Luminosity team (all of whom were incredible as well) for seeing my through to the end and now a new beginning!

Divorce is a scary and daunting process and Patricia was there for me every step of the way. She answered all of my questions and was very professional even when I was emotional. Every point that I would raise, she would support, research and explain. I am so lucky to have had her representation, she has helped me start the next chapter of my life on the best foot possible and I can't thank her and her staff enough!

I am very happy with the experience I had working with Patricia and all of her staff. They were all very responsive, attentive and compassionate. I truly felt like I had strong advocates in my corner who were fighting for my best interests. I was treated like my daughter & I were a part of their family. It was like night and day compared to the experience I had working with my last attorney. I highly recommend this firm. I only wish I had found them sooner. I felt like family

They suck

I would recommend the Baugher Law Firm to anyone. Attorney Renee Lee is compassionate, considerate and extremely knowledgeable of the laws in Washington State. Renee Lee took away all the emotional and mental tension and emphasized on the important principals throughout my case.

Mimi was a fantastic resource for my wife and I during our divorce. I really liked how she was able to answer any questions either of us had during the process, and how meticulous she was in regards to details. She was really understanding and patient in the beginning when we were not sure what we wanted to do, and were just trying to understand our options. I highly recommend her.

Before filing for divorce, I spoke with about a dozen attorneys in the area. I felt like some said what they thought I wanted to hear, while others seemed almost disinterested. After narrowing it down to a few, I chose Michelle Danley from Seattle Divorce Services because I felt like she was an excellent listener, and gave me her unbiased thoughts instead of saying things to land a new client. My case was complex, not for the finances/assets, but because of a parental rights dispute. Michelle and her team gave me excellent representation. While I no doubt am bias because of our success, I'd like to think that even if we had been less successful, that I would still appreciate her efforts and high-quality work. Besides that, Michelle was great at managing someone (me) who was dealing with a difficult situation. She was kind and professional. Her communications were excellent; she responded quickly to my inquiries and promptly passed on information from the courts and opposing counsel. I myself am a licensed attorney, and while I am not an expert in family law, I felt that her work could not have been better. I think that there are many types of family law attorneys out there. There are some who will guide you and make decisions for you (with your consent) if you are not in a good state of mind to decide. There are others who will do what you ask even when that may not be in your best interest. Michelle is someone who will tell you what she thinks, and will discuss the options with you. She is willing to make recommendations as well, but ultimately, she will inform you as best she can then will leave it up to you to decide. That is exactly what I was looking for, and if it is what you need, you may want to consider talking to her. I could not recommend her more highly.

I worked with Mark Alexander on my divorce. I hired him as my pro se attorney while doing most of the paperwork and legwork myself. His calm demeanor and knowledge about maneuvering the legal system and not allowing me to give up my rights and desires was invaluable. He was especially helpful guiding me through the online court system for submissions and locating progress reports. Mark was so professional and retained a personal touch throughout this painful journey.

When I first met Mimi I was a mess. I was in a very mentally fragile state and had a hard time focusing. I was in a Divorce that had really taken a toll on me and I was ready to just walk away from it all. Mimi gave me hope and was able to help me through a process I did not think I had the strength to get through. In the end she was able to get me a fair settlement. Actually about 10x what I was originally asking for. She helped me see what I thought I should get was actually not what she thought I deserved. Mimi could not have been more professional. She always returned emails and calls promptly. I do not believe you could put your trust in a better person through this tough process. She helped ease me into arbitration a process I did not think I was up to either. I could not really put into words how much she did for me. Not just coming out with a great settlement but a stronger person too. I will forever be grateful for all Mimi and Seattle Divorce Services did for me. Shad Coughlin

I just wrapped my divorce process and worked with Janel Ostrem at Seattle Divorce Services for it. I am incredibly pleased with the outcome, the representation I received, and the entire process along the way. We settled via mediation, and Janel was able to flex on both collaborative style and, when it was needed, being litigious. She was incredibly efficient, which was great in that it kept my costs down. Best, though, she was able to get me and keep me focused on the right 'bigger picture' issues, which at times was a challenge for me in getting caught up in the moment and the immediate issue or argument at hand. In the end, that was critical in getting me to a positive, cost-effective settlement. I highly recommend Janel and SDS and would be happy to share more of my experiences if it would be helpful to anyone evaluating and choosing a divorce lawyer.

I hired her (and her team) for my divorce case as a defense lawyer. I really needed their professional help as I am NOT familiar with divorce procedures and WA laws. She literally did not give me any feeling/confidence that I had a chance to win the case. I talked with her a couple of times and a few email exchanges but my bills kept coming even though she is not my attorney anymore. There was no mediation or court. We did not even make it that far. I feel that she overcharged me even though I explained that I had a very bad financial situation and did not work with her very long. There were moments that she made me feel like she was HIS (the opposite side) attorney and not mine. If you need somebody to make you feel that "you got this", she is not the one! I needed a strong lawyer who understands moms and women who have been in tough situations in a strange country and being abused but all i ended up receiving was HUGE bills. I now can't even afford any other lawyer and am in a worse situation than before.

If there is 10 stars, I would give them full stars. My divorce case dragged for more than one year, before I came to DuBois Cary Law firm. My first divorce firm was McKinley Irvin (the big popular firm), which assigned 2 leaving attorneys to my case. The attorneys are leaving the firm, yet they are assigned to my case! I spent money on bad lawyers, who never spent a drop of their energy on my case. I moved to another lawyer, John Kydd, who is abusive and would clocked hours and hours to gain fee. We talked on the phone for over 3 hours! That is super exhausting, because I would be reduced to tears. I almost gave up on attorneys, with much disappointment and decided to go Pro Se. After 4 months of Pro Se, my ex was pushing me so hard to a corner. With my family help, I finally mastered a courage to contact DuBois Cary. Amanda recommended Lucia to me. I was very skeptical about my new attorney. Fast forward, within 5 months, my divorce case is finalized with a good offer package from the opposing party. Even the opposing attorney like working with Lucia! I am very blessed to meet Lucia (remotely due to Covid), and I hope I can hug her in person if I can. She is genuinely care for me, and she is such a kind hearted lady. She is professional, and her team is very responsive. What can I say, there is always a good sheep among the bad ones. Thanks Luca and team, you have done good thing to my daughters and myself. You have saved a helpless mother who is constantly bullied by her ex. You managed to steer her away from hopeless to hopeful situation. Thank you!

Thank you very, very much for all you did to help during the past two years! We couldn't have managed without you and all of your support. Your team is number one in family law. I interviewed the top 4 family law groups. Amanda you were the only one that believed that "honesty is the best policy" and we won the case. Dubois Law group cared for me and my child as their clients. Amanda provided stellar service for over 2 (two) years, keeping my child safe. It was a complex and highly litigated case. Amanda and her associates will give you the best legal representation. They will be your guide and trusted resource.

Informative, useful & accurate.

I don't know what I would do with out Lucia and Tania as my legal team. Lucia has been my lawyer for about 5 years. I would recommend her to anyone. She shows up for me completely prepared for the courtroom, is totally confident in her presentations and and is so knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for all they have done.

Mitchell Polonsky helped me resolve a difficult modified parenting plan with my ex husband. He was professional, always available to answer any questions I had, he heard my wants/needs and communicated them to the other party without hesitation. He gave me advice but still respected my wishes, and took a lot of stress off of me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mitchell as an attorney, he definitely works for his clients to get them the best results for their family.

Let me 1st start out by saying, if you are reading reviews and having a terrible time deciding who is going to help you at one of the worst times in your life. Just stop reading and call. From start to Finish, there is no doubt I would hire them back in a heartbeat. From working with Ken, getting questions answered at no cost, when it became apparent my then wife had hired a lawyer (even though she had pinky promised me she wouldn’t) I had called Ken and I was in a bad place I had just been served papers at my place of employment, he told me not to worry and he had someone to help me out. That is when I received an email and a follow up phone call from my new Lawyer Mitchell Polonsky within that same day. After asking me some basic questions about myself and the situation, he was able put my mind at ease. My wife hired the Lawyer with a reputation for blood. Mitch made it clear it didn’t matter who she had hired. He was going to do everything in his power to make things as fair as possible while minimizing the cost on myself and the exposure to my children (by making it as clean and quick as possible). My Ex wasn’t being fair, not dropping the kids off in the location agreed on, not letting me talk to them on the phone during a critical time in their lives and threatening to withhold them. I informed Mitch and He got to work that same day. It was night and day difference once he emailed her lawyer. That alone was worth the money, but there was still a divorce I had to finish up. Mitch was extremely responsive when it came to emails and phone calls. My Ex-wife and I would both have the same questions for our attorneys and most of the time it would take her lawyer a week to get back. But not Mitch, it was always the same day and typically within hours. It got to the point where I was able to give the Ex an answer before her attorney would even open her emails. (Again; that alone was worth the money) I understand every situation is different, but with Mitch on my side I was able to get 50/50 custody of my 2 boys, pay No spousal support and even kept her away from my retirement. As far as divorce goes I would consider it a win. Thank you Mitch, for everything.

Great firm, I worked with Mitch who was on top of my case and got the results I wanted. Definitely recommend this firm and Mitch himself to take care of anyone’s divorce situation.

I was 6 months into my divorce proceedings and parted ways with my initial attorney from another law firm. I heard about Goldberg Jones through a work colleague. After talking with Ken he paired me up with Gregg Morphew. I’m active duty military and Gregg had experience working with veterans and he also served in the Army. Right from the start Gregg recognized what was missing in my case and made an immediate impact. His reputation among his peers was obvious and I felt I was getting the solid representation I desperately needed. I highly recommend Goldberg Jones and Attorney Gregg Morphew for any father going through a divorce. For those in the military I have yet to see a more diligent and knowledgeable attorney on all things JAG related than Attorney Morphew.

I can't imagine the circumstances in which a divorce could be anything but an unpleasant experience, but having Goldberg Jones - Divorce for Men to guide me through the process has been an extraordinary help and comfort. I have been working with Kenneth Alan and found him to be not only professional and knowledgeable, but also very personable. I have found that Mr. Alan's approach has a calming effect, which faces the matters at hand directly yet avoids stirring up any negative feelings or rancor. Very matter of fact. This approach particularly suited me because even though I am facing this divorce from my wife, I do not hate her nor do I wish her ill will, but I do want to protect myself in the process. I have found that Mr. Alan strikes the perfect balance to satisfy all sides of my goals and intentions. I am very grateful to have found him & Goldberg Jones - Divorce for Men.

Extremely empathetic; obviously genuinely cares and not out to just make a buck. Very affordable consultation, and he allowed well over the allocated time in my situation, as he could tell I was in a dark place.

I was in need of some recommendations in the area of which I wasn’t familiar with. Mathew was extremely helpful and attentive to the details of which I was searching. Anyone this helpful without receiving anything in return in a blessing in today’s society. I would highly recommend them.

The attorney i spoke with was very helpful. I would definitely encourage others to use this service. Jacquel R.

We used Lawgena for a Parenting Plan and Child Support Order in Superior Court that were years overdue in a very high conflict and complicated baseline social setting. Having a plan in place is a relief and the Spanish interpretation available was one of the main criteria we used in finding an attorney. They were very helpful!

Matthew was extremely helpful in many different ways. He talked to me about my custody case for over an hour and referred me to a lawyer local to my case. I've called so many lawyers and a large portion of them never even get back to me. Reaching him was easy and he volunteered over an hour just to understanding my case!

Mark Weiss came highly recommended by friends, marriage counselors, and other attorneys. I interviewed several attorneys, beginning with Mark. I read as much as I could about collaborative divorce, including the blog and general information on his extremely comprehensive website. From the first time I met Mark, I felt I could trust him. I’ve never hired a divorce lawyer before; I felt that if he couldn’t help me, he would direct me toward someone who could. It was my good fortune to be selected as his client. Mark is knowledgeable, patient, methodical, honest, straightforward, compassionate, and wise. He was not condescending and never rushed me through any meeting. He made sure I understood everything I read, heard, and signed. He answered all my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. His calm and quietly effective demeanor showed me he valued my opinions, respected my intellect, and was committed to ensuring that we reached a reasonable and equitable settlement. Mark and the collaborative team guided me through the most difficult year of my life. With their help and wise counsel, I feel hopeful as I move forward toward a more financially secure and stable future.

My divorce last year was unexpected and took a toll on me both physically and emotionally. I felt lost and unsure as to how to proceed so I was much relieved when I found an attorney that took the time to explain the process in a frank and caring way. During my initial consultation with Mark Weiss he gave my invaluable advice including asking me to work as much out with my spouse before in went to the lawyers. He also impressed upon me the fact to be as calm, kind and as civil as I possibly could be. I took his advice to heart and although far from painless it could have been so much worse. Mark’s response time to my questions was superb, usually same day. Mark Weiss made one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do bearable and kept me sane. You would be hard pressed to find a better lawyer.

After learning the crushing news that my 29+ year marriage would soon come to an end, my first two thoughts were to find a good councilor and a great attorney. Fortunately for me, my councilor referred me to Mark Weiss. From my first visit with Mark, I knew he would have my best needs as his main focus. Mark has many exceptional qualities, such as being an empathetic listener, patient with my many questions during the divorce process, has high integrity and is very well respected from his fellow attorneys and collaborative team members, very thorough in all his reports and information, providing referrals for additional professional resources; such as career counseling, etc., has vast experience and knowledge of Washington state divorce law, very timely with his return calls, emails, and availability to discuss any concerns. Mark Weiss is dedicated to staying on task with the goal of reaching the best mutually agreed upon final outcome for his client, while also being respectful and compassionate of the needs of the other spouse and children involved. Overall, Mark has a very holistic viewpoint when serving his client through one of the most difficult experiences in their life, by addressing the emotional, physical, mental, and financial wellbeing of his client. I am very happy with Mark's handling of my divorce and would recommend him and his staff to friends, family or anyone going through this ordeal. I have already referred others to his law practice.

Mark was a wonderfully calm and knowledgeable guide through a very difficult process. He is patient, thoughtful, and professional.

Mark is exceptionally easy to work with and truly level-headed. He made a decidedly difficult process easy and was always willing to inform and guide depending on the need.
