Perfect! Exactly what I needed. He was competitively priced and when my ex-wife tried to take my kids out of state he helped me through getting a restraining order dropped and the judge sided with me on 5 out of 6 counts. What was particularly surprising was Mr. Kontos knowledge and experience. In my first appointment he told me what the court was likely to do. In the end it was exactly as he said. I cannot recommend him more!

I had an outstanding experience with Janis Kipp who helped me through the difficult process of navigating the court system in a divorce. She answered all my questions, prepared my paper work, and saved my sanity in a variety of ways. I was very appreciative, and grateful for her patient work in addressing all my needs. It was very nice to have the option to pay an LLLT at a less expensive rate than an attorney, but to know that I would have access to their help if needed.... sort of like having a baby with a midwife at a hospital, but having access to the doctors if something should go terribly wrong. Janis is the midwife of birthing a divorce, for people like me, that want to have a more "natural" divorce experience, with no contention or conflict. She is amazing.

My husband has been a client of Fiori Law Office going on two years now. They had helped us tremendously with paperwork, child support, parenting plans, court and were patient with us and answered all our questions. They recently were bought out by someone and let’s just say they are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. We have called time and time again asking for Michelle, who has helped us so much in the past, and never once get a call back. When we do get a live person, they tell us that it’ll be $200 just to speak to Michelle.... then my husband emails because he needs an attorney right now and they tell us that they can’t take on anymore clients even though he has been a client for over two years. We will never recommend this place, nor will we ever pay them a dime again. Bye.

I was referred by one of my friends that said she used Loretta and a few of her friends have used her as well and they all called her a bull dog in the court room. What I enjoyed about her is she was personable and reasonable. She suggested and recommended what she could get for me, but wasn't there to tell me otherwise and take my money. I have had a bad experience with other attorneys that will take a deposit and not give you a heads up that it could cost more. I felt she was there to help and get the best end result. In fact I put a deposit down and started to role the ball on a case but two days later the other end was taken care of. Instead of charging me the hours her office had already worked towards my case she refunded me my whole amount. I recommend Loretta because she is one of the best attorney's out there and will do her best to get what you need. I will be using her again if I need her.

Hire this law firm. I went in today for the free consult offered on their website. I was pretty confused and distressed with all of what is going on in my particular situation. Bruce Clement laid out my options- all of which are actually free for me up until a point where he said I could hire a lawyer when that point comes. And then at that future point, he has three tiers of retainer and hourly rates. I so appreciate the information he gave, it was honestly worth paying for. This is review is the best way I can repay him. If in fact I will need a lawyer heading into the new season of my particular issue, I will be hiring this law firm. I always appreciate free value, and not feeling pressured into making a decision on the spot, and honest lawyers who are firstly focused on their clients (and potential clients) rather than focusing on the money. My personal experience here with Sophia Palmer office there so professional here they helped me with my relocation to return back home after my ex husband and I just divorced . We have a child together and my attorney Stacy S. she’s amazing she was able to have me and my children return back home yes she does work with a lot of military . Mr. Bjornson must be a highly skilled attorney. My case was not easy to be resolved because there existed many international issues. It was the most challenging to understand the American legal system for me. However, his passionate support turned into success. I am satisfied with the final result. I know many international people want to understand the American law system, which is different from each state. But most of them don't have fewer opportunities to see the attorney who can support international people in the USA. Hiring Erik as my divorce attorney was the best decision I made for my divorce. As a cardiologist, my mindset was that I must protect what is mine and fight to win. I initially hired the most expensive high end attorney and law firm in Tacoma, and it was a disaster. I successfully wasted money, probably close to $50,000 to $100,000 and got no where. My ex-wife hired a sleaze ball attorney that would do anything to drain more lawyers fees out of me to pay his fee. While my first attorney didn’t do anything unethical, but he was unable to manage my case in a manner that would be in my best interest long term. He was also impossible to reach, and I felt like my case was not a priority. When I asked to mediate, he came up with reasons not to “give up.” Finally, and most importantly, he could not provide an accurate forecast of how my divorce was going to go. My divorce was an expensive mess and the best thing that happened to me is my attorney fired me. Let’s just say I let him know how unhappy I was with the amount I was spending. So I hired Erik, solo attorney, no big law firm. I just wanted out of my divorce. Erik was not only significantly less expensive than my previous attorney, but he was more experienced and consciences about the particulars of my case. He spent a significant amount of time (which he did NOT bill) to explain why my divorce put me at risk longterm and that I needed to settle and mediate. Erik was able to provide a forecast of My divorce and it was spot on. He cleaned up my case. He got me out of contempt (another screw up from my first attorney), provided expert personal guidance, and negotiated a settlement in my favor (well relative favor) with my ex-wife’s sleaze ball attorney to get me divorced quickly. Erik isn’t flashy and doesn’t have a website with a bunch of Pizazz. He isn’t trying to please his buddies or court judges during trial. He is to the point, honest, get the job done the way it should be in the clients best interest. No BS. ”This is how it is,” “this is what we want to avoid for your case,” let’s get you divorced and on with your life.” I never want to get divorced again and I don’t wish it upon anyone, but if you are a soon to be ex-husband, go with Erik.
