She’s DELETING bad reviews! Taylor Marie on FB. I’m more than willing to share my HORRIBLE experience with Amy Rimov. Hired her for a relocation plan, during our hearing she mispronounced my last name 3 times she stuttered and didn’t give any of the facts I wanted pointed out in court. She’s supposed to fight for me but she pretty much just threw me away. It’s embarrassing even the other party I’m against said I should be embarrassed.. which I am! She can comment back whatever she wants to try to make this review not look bad but like I said if u message me I’m more than willing to share my experience with this half effort poorly spoken sad attorney!!! Don’t throw away your money!! I’ve had way better representation in the past where atleast I felt it was worth my money. I just threw my money in Amy Rimov’s Garbage Can. And that’s hard to be okay with being a single mom. Amy! Your literally the worst attorney I’ve ever come across and i don’t know how YOUR okay with that. And I’ll still be going to trial for my relocation. See how that goes then I will be taking extra steps more then just a google review for Amy.

Upon recommendation from an acquaintance who had been represented by Amy for her complicated high value divorce, I originally had an hour consultation with Amy. I learned enough to handle my issues alone. But part of that was the confidence Amy gave me as she had obviously prepared for the consultation ahead of time by reviewing all the materials I'd sent her, she cared about my situation as a human being, and she understood the law and procedures I had to follow and gave our conversation ample time for me to understand. I felt no sense of rush. Months later, I tried to retain her for a divorce but discovered she was not available due to her caseload. I respect that she gave her clients the attention they deserved. Another few months later I needed an attorney to defend me against a legal claim brought against me. I never considered any other attorney and contacted Amy, was pleased to find her available to represent me. She was VERY patient to take in all the case information I had to give her. Always answered my questions and follow up questions. Empathetic towards my stress. Caring. She cut to the chase to defend me and in courtroom was spot-on. I will say that she would have been less affordable to me if not for virtual courtroom in Covid19. She is not local for me and travel time would have added serious expenses. In particular, if you are divorcing a diagnosed pathological narcissist, Amy will absolutely understand how to deal with that!

Shannon and Robin are the greatest people I was in there as a naïve person I didn’t know what was what all those people that make those negative comments are because they don’t listen to the attorney if they would’ve listen to the attorney I guarantee things would’ve been different at first I didn’t listen to the attorney I wanted to do it my way my way doesn’t work you hire an attorney for that reason so they could give you advice because they want the best for you it’s not about the money they have a great payment plan they work with you I recommend them to anybody she’s been very kind to me I’ve never had problems getting a hold of them I call they usually answer it if they’re not I got a call back within 10 to 15minutes Plus there’s an email so it’s not like they’re just taking out one case they have multiple cases and they treat you like you’re a person you know and I really respect that thank you guys keep up the good work

If I could give no stars I would. Shannon took my money promising me I would have my children. She never answered any of my calls or texts or emails, when she did she never answered my questions. She did not do 1 single thing I asked in the time I had her. My children needed a GAL and she refused to get on for them. A couple months after retaining her, she emails me telling me she no longer is representing me. She took my money and left with me with no attorney for my divorce. When I asked for my money back based in the fact she did not do anything for my case, she lied and said she did in fact take my calls and emais. I have proof she didn't. On top of that, she lied about the amount that I paid her. She is highly not recommended. Now I am hearing i am not the only one she has done this to.

These people are scam artists at best..they ripped me off for 2500 that I got loaned from my bank..Ray did not file one motion note respond to any of their motions ..it was the most embarrassing thing I have been thru..I fire him on the spot in open court and was applauded ..Good olRay Deorier is a child molesting creep ..now u can see he has no feelings for his own children how cuold he have any for yours. .this firm is disgusting..DO NOT HIRE THEM

For those of you complaining the firm is too expensive, what price can you put on the rest of your life? The best cost more. I spent a lot with this firm and yes it is very expensive. I cringe to think about how much I spent on my divorce. I did every time I wrote another check. I don't know how most people get through this financially. However, I feel I got the best in this town. Especially after seeing the performance of the opposing attorney. Kim, with all due respect, was a bulldog when she had to be and a comforting voice when I needed it. That is exactly what you need defending you in a difficult case. She never sugar coated anything and always made me understand my options. Options that were up to me to control. In fact she actually held back, appropriately, at times because plans she had in place weren't necessary at the time. That shows control as well as being prepared. She explained to me the plan from A-Z hoping to be finished by mid point and never having to get to a very expensive court room. A lot of what I had to spend was due to the other party not cooperating and I had to subpoena items. But it all got done in a timely manner. There were so many times that Kim and Rose gave me FREE time to consult out of concern for ME. They always checked in to see how I was holding up and if I needed anything. Legal or otherwise. No answers went unanswered. In the long run I didn't have to spend as much as I could have. Though you can't put a price on my future as a full-time dad with my girls. Yes I have my two girls as a primary parent and am happy with all the details of it legally and personally. Above all, Rose was a huge source of emotional support from the very first phone call. She showed way more concern than she needed to. It was very helpful in getting past a very difficult time. I would spend that money again without thinking about it. They are the right choice.

While my case is still ongoing, and we’ve been at it for 8months, my case has been difficult, detailed and continuously rescheduled by opposing counsel. Brian Andrews and Kimberly Powell have done their absolute best to make sure my needs as a client are met. Sometimes it can feel like progress isn’t being made but slowly and surely, we are getting there and I look forward to wrapping up our case. Pat represented me in my divorce action about 15 years ago. I had the misfortune of being in court with a different attorney, today, for a separate matter. As I sat and waited for my case to be called, I observed Ms. Chvatal and her court conduct. She was very professional and personal. I watched her scan the audience and make eye contact with her clients immediately upon her entering the courtroom. Shortly after, she continued to remind me of why I hired her years ago. She took the time to seek out her clients individually, counseled with each one and even sat down next to them for longer than a moment. If she didn't really care about them then she should take up acting because as far as I could see, she genuinely cares. It appeared to me each of her clients reciprocated that attitude and gave her the utmost respect. EACH one of them received her undivided attention and in a courtroom is where you hired her to do what she does. She does it well! Her clients seemed to display a look of relief and I sure wish I could have shared in feeling that way. My case was a slam dunk but my attorney, not so much. I had to go to him and had no idea what was even going to be presented to the Court. I sure miss her and wish I would have hired her to handle the matter before the Court, now. I know legal representation is expensive. I don't think one charges much less or more than the other. From what I've seen with Pat, you get the well known name (reputation), legal tenure, respect of colleagues, respect of courtroom authority and bang for your buck. She treated me like I mattered. I wish I felt like I mattered right now. For what legal fees cost, you should matter. Regretful I'm missing out on her representation for current issues! Highly recommend!!

Working with Magnuson Lowell after my car accident was a fantastic experience. As an attorney, Josh is very knowledgable and communicative in all aspects of the process. Linda was absolutely wonderful to work with as well. I've used Mr. Hansen 2x in the last 10 years and HIGHLY recommend him. In both cases, I felt immediately better after our initial conversations and then extremely well taken care of during the subsequent process and proceedings. Mr. Hansen is very direct and to the point, which I actually very much appreciate. He doesn't sugar coat things and is very open with what you can and can't expect based on his knowledge of the law, which is extensive. I personally appreciated being able to know exactly where I stood legally and then being able to make a confident, informed decision with Mr. Hansen's advice and guidance. I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone that is in need of legal advice. I am very grateful that he was recommended to me years ago from a trusted friend.

If you're reading this you're in a tough spot. You need good legal advice and understanding, you don't need cuddles and lots of empathy. Mr.Hansen is your guy. He actually does listen and he does know what your feelings probably are. I've read some reviews of his that feel like he is somehow harsh-he isn't he is simply listening and giving you outstanding legal understanding and counsel. It's your situation that is harsh not Mr.Hansen. The first call is worth so much, just call him and your understanding will go up by 100% for free. When you perceive his understanding and ability you will retain him as your counsel. Full disclosure: I reconciled with my spouse (hallelujah) so didn't wind up completing the divorce.

Molly helped make our divorce proceedings easy, if that is such a thing during a divorce. She has a "Tell it like it is" attitude, but in a nice way, knows her stuff and looks out for the best interest of her client. She also helped me get in touch with some excellent parenting resources, to help iron out some wrinkles (ex-spouse not following parenting plan) after everything was finalized. I would highly recommend Molly and her staff!

Molly and her team were very helpful during my recent divorce after almost 30 years of marriage. I tried to do it myself but that became a mistake after my wife's attorney tried to really take advantage of me. Molly listened to me, asked the right questions, and helped me provide the right kind of information to defend myself. I had no intention to be unfair to my wife, but her attorney wanted it all. In the end, we came to a fair resolution that I was pleased with considering the circumstances.
