I highly recommend Erica and her staff. I wish I would have known of her from the beginning. I had a long 3 year custody dispute and she was on it from day one. All gas, no breaks and didn’t give in. She and her staff made me feel confident in my case and reassured me I was doing the right thing for my children. A case that should have been closed in a year or less finally came to an end this week. I will forever use her and her team for my needs in the future. I truly cannot say enough about Erica Lord. She represented us during a very hard time for my sweet babies. She listened. I never felt rushed. I never felt like I had to repeat myself a thousand times. I had her full attention from day one. Her assistant Bethany gave exactly the same. There was not a moment I felt like I was alone while trying to help my babies. I wish with everything in me that I had had her from day one. The last 6 years would likely have looked a lot different. My babies are at peace, and that means everything. Do yourself a favor. Learn from my mistake…don’t think twice about it. Hire her! Long story short, Todd Kirby and all of the Associates that work in his office are an astoundingly wonderful group of people! From the first call to the end of my case, they went above and beyond to make sure all of my daughters, as well as my needs were met! Where to begin! This firm serves it's clients with integrity, honesty, dedication, true grit and so much more. Todd stepped in when things went south during my imminent divorce and custody battle. Without going into too much detail, Todd stepped in and made things happen and happen fast. He was able to reverse everything that the false allegations against me had caused. He is an outstanding attorney and a great person. He took time to call me on weekend and even while on vacation. I wish I could give Kirby & Ashley more than 5 stars! Todd was very professional. We was quick to answer any questions I had. I have to say my case was a very difficult custody case in Raleigh Co. Mr. Kirby was always polite and courteous with me about my case. Anytime I would call he would either answer my call or call me back if he was busy. After a long and difficult custody battle I NOW HAVE FULL CUSTODY of my son and really do owe it all to Mr. Kirby and his staff. If you or anyone you know has to deal with the Raleigh co family court system you definitely should look into hiring Mr. Kirby and his staff.
