Alex did a great job of handling my uncontested divorce. When I was emotional, he was level-headed and patient. When I asked questions, he was thoughtful in his responses. When unexpected circumstances arose, he was deliberate in his approach. He and staff are professional and reliable. I highly recommend him.

If I could rate them a Zero-Star I would. I hired the Olsen Legal Group, LLC to assist in my divorce. In the initial interview Ben gave the appearance of a competent attorney that would fight for my interests. In reality, Ben submitted paperwork in a timely manner and when the opposing council gave just a little push-back Ben handed the case off to a colleague that was a real estate attorney that had never handled a divorce case. The old "bait and switch" tactic. Ben washed his hands of the case and the new rookie divorce attorney handling my case with zero competence and seemingly zero help from his office. He spent more time trying to convince me that I should just give up than he did arguing my case. It was clear to me that opposing council intimidated the OLSEN LEGAL GROUP, LLC attorneys and that my attorneys were not capable of presenting an effective case on my behalf. In the end, when I asked them, my OLSEN LEGAL GROUP, LLC attorneys couldn't even tell me the basic points of my case, like they hadn't paid attention for the last 8 months. Boyd, my rookie attorney, charged me for documents that they shouldn't have even produced and that were not even used in any capacity. I have talked to someone else that had their divorce handled through this office and they said the same thing: Incompetence and "spent more time trying to talk me out of fighting". In the end I hired a different attorney that was very capable of communicating with opposing council and my case went from 10 months of stalemate to complete within 6 weeks.

I contacted Jared Olsen in June to assist with my father's situation in a nursing home and his trust; the situation was time sensitive. He agreed to review my father's trust and provide options. I immediately paid the retainer fee of same day. I sent two emails asking for guidance on two issues I needed to act upon. He ignored both and replied on 22 July that WE had agreed he had until the end of JULY to finish the review. I terminated his services and asked for refund. He charged me $300 as agreed and returned $1,100 by check. It was deposited and three weeks later, I receive another check from different account for the same. I thought it was a duplicate payment error. Unbelievable, the first check had bounced, no notification from Jared. When the second checked arrived, there was no explanation or note sent with it. My bank charged me $12 return unpaid fee. This guy is one of WY's legislators. Attorneys are required to have enough funds to refund to their clients since the monies are to be held in a trust account. Funny when the Olsen group gets a bad review, they post something like this .......Olsen Legal Group has no client history with this individual. The positive reviews are very old.

My wife (Melanie) and I recently had Olsen Legal Group put together our Trust and Will. We are very satisfied with the advice they assisted us with in put together a quality product. Mr Olsen laid out the process of our Trust and Will in a way that made it understandable to us as laypeople. There wasn't any undue pressure to get it done which gave us, as clients, to slowly review the document's in the Trust and Will and make the necessary amendments to fit our life. We appreciate the advice and work they gave us and the office's staff in preparing the drafts and final document's in a timely manner. Very courteous and professional. We'd recommend them to anyone who would like a quality Trust and Will.

We moved to Cheyenne last January. Our grandson, an attorney in Iowa, researched three firms in Cheyenne to handle our complex needs for legal assistance: Living Trust, Wills Advance Health Care Directives, Hawaii property changes etc. I selected Jared Olsen's firm and they did a great job for us! Jared delivered the finished work a week ahead of a serious medical procedure deadline.
