Justin Gilbert is an outstanding attorney and person. He was able to help my husband and I to quickly get our living trust completed before an out of the country trip. He was punctual, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. I walked out of his office feeling such a sense of security knowing that my husband and I had our affairs in order. Last year, Justin also helped me to get Power of Attorney for my ailing mother. Once again, he was able to complete this in such a timely manner. He has the kind of personality that just puts you at ease. I was really dreading the process of both of these documents. However, Justin just sailed us through these without any problems. Being a young, married couple with no children, estate planning was not the first thing on our minds. But understanding the need to plan for the unexpected, my husband and I set up a meeting with Mr. Burk to discuss our estate planning options. Immediately he made us feel at ease and welcome. He understands that planning for death or incapacity is not an easy subject to discuss, but he explained everything in simple, clear terms. He related to us on a human level, not just as an attorney, and he took his time with us to answer our questions and to lay out an estate plan that was customized for us. After we left his office, my husband (who told me before the meeting that he didn't really understand why we were doing this, because no one else our age is doing this) said to me that he was glad we did this, he feels really good about it, and that Mr. Burk made it so easy. It is never to early to plan for the future. We work hard for the things we have, and want to ensure that if something were to happen to us, our families would at least be able to deal with our estate without too much hassle and receive our property seamlessly. I can't emphasize enough just how easy Mr. Burk made this. He is not only highly experienced and knowledgeable about estate planning, he is genuine and truly cares about his clients. My wife and I chose Yee Law Group to help us make a trust and will. The idea of completing one sounded like a huge undertaking but speaking to Mike Yee and working with his office has made the process such a breeze that we wish we had done this sooner! We scheduled a zoom meeting with Mike where he graciously answered all our questions and explained everything about the process. His office also emailed us an easy to fill out questionnaire that they used to fill out the trust and will as well as guides for what each part was. Litigating family trusts is obviously difficult as it involves long-standing resentments which are unlikely to be resolved without intervention. David Wade understands this and handles these problems delicately but also with the utmost professionalism. What I appreciated most about his approach was the empathy with which he responded to my concerns and experiences, while simultaneously taking a stance of logic and reason. This is an exceptionally difficult balance to strike, but Mr. Wade does it expertly. He also never disparaged the other side and was careful to stick to the facts. Resolution of my case took over 2 years and Mr. Wade was pleasant and easy to work with throughout the entire time. The end result was much more favorable than I would have expected had we not resorted to litigation. For anyone who is concerned about the execution of a trust or just has questions about their rights, I would strongly suggest contacting Wade Law Offices. It is better to have them review the specifics of your case than to wait and worry and hope that it will all work out in the end. I give them my highest recommendation because I truly can't imagine anyone else having handled our case with more tact, common sense, and competence.

I had several consultations with Estate Planning Attorneys prior to meeting with Tracy Poston Shows. She was recommended by my father who was recommended to Seasons Law by his CPA. Because of these recommendations, I was fairly certain that Seasons Law would be the firm I'd choose to do my estate planning. But I wanted to meet with other attorney's first just to learn, see what kind of questions they'd ask and how much they charged. It was an education, and I suppose it was worth doing, but after meeting Tracy and her staff, I pretty much realized I wasted my time. Tracy covered things with us that I didn't even think of, nor did the other attorney's even ask. Once Season's Law completed most everything, I was given a short "to do" list. Tracy had offered her time to have conference calls with me and my banking institutions as well as with my insurance company without charging additional fees. She was also very responsive to emails as well as to phone calls. Who does that anymore? Seasons Law does! If you're looking for an Estate Planning Attorney, you need to look no further. Seasons Law has what you need and they look after your best interest. They're much more detailed oriented and the cost was significantly less than some of the others I met. Just as important, Season's Law has the widest selection of candy and the tastiest coffee. If you don't like coffee, they have other types of refreshments. I now feel at peace. :)

When my wife and I were looking for a trust attorney we interviewed four different attorneys. We were most impressed by Justin Gilbert's breath and depth of knowledge. He listened carefully to our needs and requirements and he recommend we create a grant trust for our taxable assets and retirement trust for our pretax assets. He was the only attorney who was knowledgable about retirement trust and the benefits such trust would offer. Justin put in writing the scope of the services he would perform and the terms under which he would do so. I am a very detailed person, I read every word of the documents and I require that I understand everything in the trusts. Justin sent me articles that helped explain why the particularly trusts were important and the terms that should be incorporated into each trust. I had many questions once I read the trust documents drafted by Justin and suggested changes that I thought were important. Justin answered all my questions to my satisfaction and readily agreed to make changes that I wished to make. At no time did Justin show impatience with my requests or inquiries. We held a number of extensive meetings both in his office and by email and phone. Justin always met his commitments to deliver draft documents or changes there to. There will come a time when our children will need an attorney's services to settle our estate in accordance with the terms of our trusts. My instructions to them is to employ and depend on Justin's services. I highly recommend Justin to anyone who needs trust attorney. As a side note, we had a trust drafted by another attorney five years ago. That trust now resides in the trash can. I am very hard to please because I like perfection. That is what I pay for and Justin delivered.

Dustin MacFarlane has been my attorney for over 13 years. I find him to be very professional yet easy to work with. One of the characteristics that I most appreciated about Dustin was his offer to meet with my children when they came to town. (All my children live out of state.)
