Jeremy and his team were incredible. They are professional, compassionate, and very detailed. In the middle of the process COVID hit, but they were patience and even had to adjust at the end when another curve ball was thrown our way at the last minute. One of the things I really appreciated is that at the end of the process you get a tabbed notebook with all your paperwork in a neat and organized fashion. This will help my parents as we need to utilize these important documents. His service is affordable and results are professional and helpful. I am glad I used him and would recommend them to any of my parents friends in Palm Desert and the surrounding area!

We hired Attorney Jeremy Ofseyer and staff to prepare a family trust. Mr. Ofseyer is a very friendly and knowledgeable attorney who spent time educating us without fee that led to our relationship. He and his team did all of the work needed to re-title our Palm Springs home in the name of the trust and provide all necessary documents to allow us to place our assets in the family trust. His fees were very reasonable, and we expect to use his services again when necessary.

My parents utilized Julia Burt in their affairs. Julia provided incorrect information which has been significantly detrimental to my elderly Mom and myself as her Trustee. I tried to discuss with Julia upon my Mom's passing and even at such a difficult time Julia laughed at me while over the phone. Notarizing paperwork can be done by anyone it is NOT required to be done by you Julia for you to make another $ off of my uninformed beloved Mother. Shame on you!!

My first impression of Herb Chavers was great. I found him online and although he was further from my home than other businesses, his website explained so many things about the process I knew he was the one. When I did make my appointment, I knew exactly what to expect. At my first appointment, I was given a review of how the process worked, the cost etc. I was also given homework of sorts, in gathering names, addresses of those in my trust, and also urged to have hard conversations with my siblings on who was willing to be my voice when I was incapacitated or dead. An email in follow up was done and then my second appointment arrived. I was given my complete trust, which was comprehensive. The building is practically empty , with we have moved signs on the different offices. As soon as entered the place everyone was leaving with no explanation. And the lobby has no info on what its business dealings really are.

We have been extremely pleased with our experience with this law firm. They have done everything they said they would do in a very timely manner. The paralegal, Megan Bolling is awesome and answered all our questions super fast and always on point. The attorneys there are all excellent. Hiring this firm to represent us with my father’s needs was one of the best decisions we have ever made. When a senior goes into the care system, it is nothing but a fight to get them taken care of. Atty Georgina Lepe helped my buyer client in demanding of Escrow Deposit which Listing Agent and Seller would not release due to buyer backing out of the transaction. Atty Lepe found lots of ways that made my buyer legally entitled to the refund of escrow deposit. On same day she emailed Demand Letter to listing agent and his broker, I received an email from listing agent saying seller signed the release of deposit and sent tot escrow. Buyer was happy of her service.

Finding a reputable and trustworthy attorney is key when you are relying on them to construct or correct important factors of your life. We were recommended to Georgina Lepe's office by one of my co workers that did his living trust. We decided to give her a try and found her to be knowledgeable and professionals with her craft. She was timely and respectful of our time and was able to get us the living trust our family needed to ensure that what we have worked hard for goes to our loved ones. Not to long after we brought in my in laws to do theirs as well. We just used her services once again this past week. We entered a real estate contract and during inspections we found mold and some water damage. The seller did not want to sign off on the contract and accused us of damaging his home which was a blatant lie and was being shady. He said he would hold and keep our money because of his assumptions. She wrote a letter of demand to the seller to release our funds or be found in violation of contract which would cost him additional money. Georgina is the attorney you want backing you up for your family, real estate, and will and living trust. She will do the job and do it right. Nicole Newman is an amazing Family Trust attorney. We initially had an unusual situation that she was very knowledgeable about & spent a lot of her time free of charge answering all our questions & explaining it to us. She has the highest integrity and was much more concerned with meeting our needs than charging for her time. We felt very comfortable hiring her to prepare our family trust. It was quite easy, as she and her very capable staff, Sarah & Laura took care of everything. Her fee was 1/2 that of others we had contacted, yet we got twice the service with Nicole.

I had a 20 year old trust that had been revised a few times, but I had a feeling it wasn't quite right. So I looked around and found Nicole. She did the most amazing thorough job and discovered some serious problems with the old trust. She explained all of the options to us, she took us through (and detailed in the trust) every possible scenario. Her office put the final document all together in a well organized binder that I know will make things much easier for my heirs to deal with. I highly recommend her and based on my previous experiences with other attorneys I'd put her at the top 1% in competence and customer service.
