These are good lawyers. Sounds like an oxymoron, I know. Lots of people don't like lawyers, but these are good lawyers! They helped me to get a satisfactory resolution to my dispute. They were sensitive to my practical and emotional needs, after the loss of a parent. They offered listening, practical advice, solid planning and professional problem- solving and "lawyering." The situation was resolved between the parties, out of court. Bad attorneys advise you, based on what's best for them. Good attorneys advise you, based on what's best for you. These are good attorneys. I'm grateful it's behind me, and the help from Frisella-Nielsen made it less awful. Thank you!

They represent people who abandon their aging parents that want to sue the caregivers. I learned that if you DO NOTHING, you can maintain a perfect record. The caregiver who does EVERYTHING will be second-guessed over thousands of decisions, all in hindsight. The child who abandons their parents has the upper hand in every respect other than from a morality standpoint. So, if you are planning on abandoning, or hate, your elderly parents, don’t fret. You can sue the Trust whereby forcing your caregiver sibling into instantly being penniless, jobless, and homeless. Don’t worry about “No Contest” clauses. They have NO teeth whatsoever. If you’re planning on abandoning your parents in their old age, see Lisa first. She’ll show you how to maintain a perfect record. (Do NOTHING for your folks)

I initially came to Ms Frisella at the suggestion of my mother. She charged me what I felt was a very reasonable fee to set up my living trust. She was very friendly and attentive. I thought that she did a great job. At the time I was recently widowed. Five years later I was remarried and ready to update my trust. I began corresponding with her and her administrative assistant, Michelle. There were several meetings and many emails. The very last time we met I was given a form to sign discussing her fees. I had never discussed fees with her, other than the first time when she set up my trust. I mentioned this to her and asked if I was being charged for the updates. She reassured me that she would make it very affordable and not to worry. Well, I received a bill by email from a person I can only assume was hired to collect fees. The bill was for nearly the same amount as my original trust. I emailed Ms Frisella but she just forwarded my emails to this person, Regina, who was neither pleasant nor accommodating. Given the time of year(December), I asked if I could pay the bill over four months. Regina treated me like some kind of deadbeat who doesn't pay my bills. Ms Frisella did discount my bill to some degree, but I still paid far more than I expected. I finally gave up trying to reach Ms Frisella. She obviously was not interested in working with me again. Maybe I was naive in thinking that my trust update was not going to cost; Ms Frisella never mentioned fees during the time we were meeting. I wrote her a letter expressing my disappointment but, not surprisingly, have not heard back from her. In the future, I will find someone else to assist me with any changes to my trust.

My husband and I hired him a couple years ago to resolve our tax issue (we needed to make installment agreement with IRS) Our case was passed around to several different lawyers in his firm. Zero follow-up! And the installment agreement to this day has never been set up. I'm guessing they have a huge turnover in his office. Not once have we ever received anything that had been promised. He never even spoke to us again after we paid him. Just a couple of weeks ago Cheryl e-mailed us about a notice they received from the IRS. When my husband had a call with them a few days ago and spoke with the gal who answered the phone , she had absolutely NO idea what was going on, she thought it was a bankruptcy. Then a completely different attorney reached out from his office and wants money, again. Please people, do your homework and do NOT waste you money. Take your business elsewhere! I’d give a zero score if I could.

Nicole was very accommodating towards our situation and she was able to guide us when it was unclear which direction we should take such as appointing a trustee and a guardian for our children.
