My father passed away almost 4 years ago and Keenan and Austin still have failed to get everything done. He is slow with replying, I practically have to hound him just to get a response from him. I think it’s time for them to retire considering my father had a VERY straight forward trust and will. I wish I could leave -5 stars. We hired Nicole Wipp to handle will and power of attorney documents for our son who was away at college. We wanted to be sure if something were to happen to him on the opposite side of the state matters would be covered. Since he was not local to the area, and that he was of legal age of 18, he had to contact her office in order to have a phone conference on how he wanted his will and power of attorney set up. She consulted with him on factors he should look at and let him make final decisions on his personal and medical matters. While he was home for Thanksgiving break the only day available to meet was literally on Thanksgiving which she made happen. I know of no other professional who would have taken the time on a weekend let alone a holiday to meet with us and our son to ensure all documents were to his liking and get them signed. Without a doubt I would, and have since, recommended Ms. Wipp to anyone looking for these type of services.

I paid for a consultation with Nicole at her Milford office. I wanted to meet at one of her other offices but every time I called to inquire about an appointment else where I was told they weren't accepting appointments in any other offices at this time. I did go to the first appointment and I didn't like the fact that I was required to provide all my personal information upfront or she wouldn't see me or speak with me. At the end of the meeting we briefly discussed prices and I almost fainted when she started going into the prices, I did my homework and she is overcharging by a long shot. If I would have known the prices ahead of time I wouldn't have spent the money on the consultation fee. My advice? Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I called and left a message and Lisa called back. I was outside so my mother answered and she didn't know that I called Lisa. I trained her to not answer questions or to answer with "I don't know" when a stranger called. When I called Lisa back she was screaming and yelling at me saying my mother was incompetent when she hadn't even met her. I told her I did not have any doubt about my mothers competency but I did doubt hers and hung up on her. So unprofessional, she does not deserve to be in customer service when she is screaming and yelling at people over the phone. Read the other reviews and you will find similar sentiment. I would have given zero stars. In response to you, I have never made an appointment with them, they are clearly wrong and have someone else they are confusing me with, I only made a phone call to them and glad that I never made an appointment after their rude treatment. I stand by my comments that screaming and yelling at me over the phone is unprofessional and inexcusable.
