I've used attorney King in the past on a few occasions one of them being handling my father's probate, when I say he did an excellent job and went above and beyond I mean it. It's been six years since he handled the probate for me and to date nothing has resurfaced so everything was done correctly. I don’t have any data to support this but, I would assume that when most people seek out a probate attorney, it’s their first encounter with such an attorney. I came to Braden for legal help with my mothers estate. He filed a civil suite against my brother and sister. They did not respond and a magistrate ruled in my favor. 100% win. All we had to do is go for damages. I had presented to Braden over $100,000 in damages. We had the hearing for the damages and we went from a 100% win to a 100% loss. I kept trying to get a hold of his office for an appeal and no one would return my call. I final got a response after the time to appeal had passed. I did most of the work and he lost the case. I still am paying for this.
