I don’t have any data to support this but, I would assume that when most people seek out a probate attorney, it’s their first encounter with such an attorney. Take that scenario and couple it with it being an emotional one for the person, the spouse (when applicable), and the family members. While dealing with time sensitive maters during an event that touches so many family matters, a person needs an attorney that is ethical, skilled, kind, and able to explain matters, even when not asked. I've used attorney King in the past on a few occasions one of them being handling my father's probate, when I say he did an excellent job and went above and beyond I mean it. It's been six years since he handled the probate for me and to date nothing has resurfaced so everything was done correctly. I came to Braden for legal help with my mothers estate. He filed a civil suite against my brother and sister. They did not respond and a magistrate ruled in my favor. 100% win. All we had to do is go for damages. I had presented to Braden over $100,000 in damages. We had the hearing for the damages and we went from a 100% win to a 100% loss. I kept trying to get a hold of his office for an appeal and no one would return my call. I final got a response after the time to appeal had passed. I did most of the work and he lost the case. I still am paying for this.
