This man is and angle. He is a shining examples of what all attorneys should aspire aspire to be. My mother's case was very limited on recovery of funds. The policy was..well what it was. I really felt I was in a very hard predicament I tried so many lawyers over a 2-year period.Not one would help me because of the money value. I first came to Richard Plattner a few years ago after an injury. I had met with several other attorneys who, after hearing my story, declined to take my case. This was very disheartening since I'd suffered a legitimate injury, but they felt the case would be too challenging. I was very depressed and had almost given up hope when I contacted Richard. It was an incredible ray of light when he seemed interested. I'd never filed a lawsuit before and was quite nervous. When Stephen first met with me I was impressed with his casual and straight forward manner. He gave me a rundown of his qualifications, listened carefully to my situation, added anecdotes to let me know he understood. He asked me a few specific questions and agreed to take my case. I believe he would have honestly told me if I did NOT have a case. The agreement letter was simple. He gave me a realistic time line on what will happen, when. He did not raise any unrealistic expectations, but his confidence gave me confidence that I made the right choice. During the process I was guided through what I needed to do by Steve and, probably more importantly, his worthy assistant, Tammy. Tammy was Johnnie-on-the-spot to answer questions and sooth my worries. I KNOW that if I had tried to represent myself with the involved insurance companies I would not have gotten very far. Mr Leshner did not just take an interest in my case- he took an interest in me. This was my first instance where I felt I needed legal representation. I knew my situation was not a typical "slip and fall" case. I felt lost, helpless and simply did not know where to turn or what to do next. Mr Leshner took the time to listen to the specific details of my situation, explained not a course of action- but instead gave me different legal options and described (in understandable detail) the different legal courses and the time, actions and expectations of each option. Mr Leshner took away the apprehension and unknown of my situation and has set me up to get the best results for myself, my health and my future. I cannot recommend Mr Leshner in any more higher praise. His input has changed my legal situation and my life for the better in more ways I can accurately describe in an online review!!

Recently, I was injured by a medical practitioner and had to undergo 3 separate surgeries to keep from losing my hand. My wife was rear-ended in January by an inattentive driver who was under insured. Fortunately, she was not injured, but the collision forced our car into the rear of the car in front, resulting in our 3 year old car being declared a total loss. On the advice of a friend, she contacted Accident Law Group in order to recover expenses. This was not a case involving huge amounts of money, but they readily took it on and handled it expeditiously and professionally, and were able to recover our expenses from the driver's insurance company. We were treated courteously and sympathetically, and Joseph Brown put considerable effort into obtaining a fair settlement, even though ALG were unlikely to make any significant amount of money out of that settlement. I can highly recommend this firm, for being ethical, honest and caring.
