I highly recommend Gruber Law Offices, especially Attorney Matthew Garman and his paralegal Krissie. My personal injuries were a little different from the typical auto cases and I am thankful they were able to handle my cases. Matt was very personable, helpful, attentive, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t disclose my cut from the total amount , got to they office met me in lobby told me to sign papers so we can continue the process ... right after I signed (in the hall way) they pulled out a envelope with a check(shady)and DID NOT make sense after it showed how much lawyers took, doctors took , it was still a little over 1500 unaccounted for

John is the best divorce attorney in Milwaukee, WI! Prior to retaining a divorce attorney, I interviewed several different ones because I knew my husband would fight me for everything we had and I retained John because when I explained the specifics of my divorce to him during my phone consultation, he quickly gave me advice and I could tell he would be aggressive if I needed him to be. He was always straight forward with me and never promised me results he knew would never be achieved. John is a kind and caring person. He was always prepared for our court appearances. Nothing ever went in my now ex-husband's favor, thanks to John's knowledge of the law and familiarity with my case. Mr.Casey and his staff were very professional in handling my case. He explained in detail what the process for resolving my case would entail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I hired this law firm to handle a accident case here in Milwaukee. The law firm dragged their feet on handling the case, didn't respond to us in a timely manner. A simple case took three years to try and settle. In the end Aiken & Scoptur told us the most they could get for our case was 30K, when I wouldn't accept that offer Aiken & Scoptur walked off the case saying I had a bad image for court and they didn't want to represent me. I took my case and called the insurance company myself and thirty days later settled for FOUR TIMES the amount that Aiken & Scoptur could get. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE, JUDGEMENTAL LAW FIRM

my case and back pain wasn't big enough for them to care about..i fell 9' onto my back at work..there was probably gross negligence on my employer.. my employer broke doctors orders over and over after my fall... i complained to them and to insurance company...but my injury wasn't important to McCormick from what i was told...told me my case wasn't big enough for a "small" firm..then take your ads off of TV because they make it seam like you care..YOU DONT!!! find another attorney DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!

I would highly recommend McCormick law to anyone who was turned away from other law firms. I called 3 or 4 firms and was turned away. As I was getting ready to watch the brewers I saw a commercial for McCormick and it described my situation perfectly. I gave them a call and megan met with me right away. Finally I had hope. Megan and her team gave me hope and they took not only my workman’s Comp case but megan also helped me get social security. I can’t them enough. When our lives were changed in every sense of the word Ric and his staff were incredibly kind, patient and supportive. There was no pressure. If my husband was busy tending to the needs of our family everyone understood and was supportive. My experience thus far with Davis and Gelshenen has been absolutely horrible. I have been transferred to 3 different attorneys as the previous ones no longer work there. It's very difficult to get in contact with an actual attorney so I end up dealing with the receptionist Jessica who barely helps or has any information to assist. I've been told multiple times that an attorney will call me back and have received nothing after days of waiting and not having transportation. I hired this firm so that they could deal with the insurance company on my claim and consistently find myself having to call the insurance company myself to get results because they are to busy to do so. I have never regretted hiring an attorney as much as I do now and to have to pay them 33% of my settlement for doing absolutely nothing aside from paying medical bills is ridiculous! They have not fought on my behalf at all during this case and have allowed the insurance company to completely run over me even though what they are doing is wrong. I would have been better off representing myself since that's what it feels like I am doing anyway. My engine has gone out yet again on this vehicle that the insurance company refuses to total out and I have still not heard any updates or results from my attorney in regards to providing me with transportation. I would highly recommend not choosing this firm to represent your case. *UPDATE* I received a letter from the hospital that my medical bills have been sent to collections even though we are awaiting settlement. Obviously nothing was done on the attorneys end while dealing with the hospital to prevent this from happening. I called the hospital and they said that no paperwork was sent in to them concerning a settlement from my attorneys. I'm confused...isn't that what I hired them for? Also I was told that my demand for my medical bills would be sent out in the first week of November and that I too would receive a copy. Well is December 15th and still nothing. I contacted the attorneys office and of course nothing has been done yet. The new attorney (attorney #4) that they have assigned to me stated that she doesn't think they sent anything out yet and she will speak with Mr. Davis and let me know the results. I'm really looking forward to knowing why over a month later my demand (which I was told was prepared and ready to send in November) has yet to be sent off so that I can pay these damn medical bills!!
