Mitchell Law firm was not my first choice but I was told to use them by my foster sons attorney. Both insurance carriers settled for the max policy limit without a fight. Mitchell Law firm is SO SLOW. Both of my cases settled and paid out a month ago and Mitchell Law firm is like refusing to give me my settlement. From excuse after excuse claiming one carrier did not send the check then saying that carrier ordered the wrong check amount all the way to they had been hacked and could not issue any checks at all. This was Thursday of last week. I just called the office and the guys "knows nothing". I will tell you though if I do not get my check in my hands this week Ill be filing a complaint with the California Bar.

Waited a long time to get my settlement and when I finally did it was only for 2800.00. I am still going through getting medical attention and they did nothing for me to get compensation for any pain and suffering. I always had to make contact with them to get updates on my case and when I finally did they had given my case to someone else who didn't even know when my case was gonna get settled or when I was getting compensated. I will give them a little credit for loaning me a part of my settlement when I needed it but by the time I got that its was already spent due to Bill's I had due to loss of work, pain and suffering. Should have went with Berg Law Firm. Went with Mitchell cause a friend d of mine highly recommended them. Truly disappointed..!!!????????????

Amazing service!!! I was a passenger in a car that collided with another vehicle. In December, 2018, I was involved in a very serious automobile accident that was not my fault. My car was totaled. Braid guided my elderly parents through the legal maze of deciding the best course of action on an auto accident claim that could have led to a savings-draining lawsuit. Never having dealt before with this situation, both my parents and I were unaware of how to navigate the legalities of claims and counterclaims, etc. Mr. Pezzaglia skillfully guided us, patiently explaining our options and working with the insurance attorney behind the scenes to negotiate a reasonable settlement. My father once told me if I ever hired an attorney and he wasn't an a..hole, fire him. I'm glad I didn't heed his advice. I've twice needed personal injury representation and hired GJEL Accident Attorneys. The people there, from the reception desk to the partners, are all nice people. I was injured in a car accident & after having no luck getting threw to the other persons insurance company, my insurance company not being any help either, months of nothing, I reached out for their help. Their team is amazing, very professional & friendly. They put me at ease in a very uncomfortable situation for me. My first meeting with them they actually came to me at one of my jobs during my lunch break. They where always communicating with me & honesty made me feel like I was top priority. I was unfortunately involved in an accident with a company truck making an illegal U-turn. Southwest Legal Group was referred to me by a family member and I'm glad I took their advice. The staff was very attentive to my questions and they are also bilingual which was a great benefit to my previous family members who worked with them. Mark was thorough in his follow through and attention to my case. The only issue was in my case settlement exception which was set way to high based on we actually ended up receiving in the end. Ended up settling for less than 50% of what we had discussed due to the insurance company not moving and us not wanting to go to court once the costs for that process were discussed

At this point I was stressed and tired of dealing with this myself, not always knowing the next step. Mark looked at the details of the case and felt that I could get more than I was asking for. I had an accident on July of 2019 on the San Mateo Bridge , I was rear ended in the fast lane coming from Hayward to San Mateo.I retained Leonard Becker as my Attorney. That was the absolute worst Attorney to pick ithe end I was never informed n all of the Bay Area.This Attorney took 23 months to finally settle this case then after all this time I come out with 2,000 dollars. I would never recommend this Attorney to Anyone
