I would not recommend this law firm. They charge too much money and there are better firms, attorneys in Will County. Mr. Tomczak has a big ego since he used to be the State's Attorney. He is not well liked by most of the prosecutors and that is not a good thing. Do some careful research and due diligence prior to retaining a firm. Also, google the Riley Fox case and you'll learn that Tomczak cost the taxpayers millions of dollars by putting Riley's father, Kevin, in jail for murder he didn't; commit. He is a has been. Plus he's gating older and a bit senile, from what I've heard.

This law group saved me. Long story short I was in a situation to which my lawyer at the time basically swore that there was nothing to do and that I would have to take the punishment the court will order. In a last minute decision someone suggested to search for help so I found tomczak law and they literally did everything in my benefit that my previous lawyer said was impossible Not to mention the quick responsiveness with them all. Very streamlined process to hire them etc etc. Money well spent.

I hired Robert Bodach to defend me in a case in which I was being sued. I think he did a very professional job in representing me. He always kept me informed on the status of my case. He represented me in a deposition and in an arbitration hearing. I was very pleased with his efforts. He was well prepared and I highly recommend him. I would definitely hire him again.

If I could give this attorney negative stars, I would. He is only concerned with your case if it is high enough profile that it is going to grab attention for him. If you aren't high profile good luck getting a phone call or email returned, let alone a meeting to discuss your case. He doesn't come across as someone who truly cares about what happens to his client, if it doesn't benefit his career. The icing on the cake is the arrogant, better than you attitude that you get from him. Don't waste your money, or your aggravation on this "has been" lawyer. He won't do a thing to help you. There are much better options out there available. Do your research.

Had to go get help over an injury case. And the law office of litter helped me out in my troubling times, they also explained to me everything to do, what was happening with my case, and they had also helped me find some help with physical therapy to aid to injuries. Great place for legal advice and legal help with injuries. Will be back again when needed. The staff was very polite and helpful with any questions and help they offered.

Hello. It's once again been over a year since I've received any type of update or communication with multiple attempts of reaching out. I'm also once again, receiving letters from the Rawlings company that my lawyers are not responsive to their attempts of contact. They are also sending letters to my mothers house as well. This seems to be a very, frustrating pattern.  I would LOVE if someone can respond with an update as to the status of my case as well as respond to them, it is nearing 4 years and I have made contact with you less than 5 times through this process. I have sent the same message as an email and received a response that my email has been rejected. This is horrible service for someone that is supposed to be your client and extremely unprofessional. Daniel Flaherty represented my minor daughter and I after we were injured by a drunk driver. Dan took us step by step through the process of getting compensated for our medical bills and injuries. First, let me tell you prior to working with Dan, I was extremely nervous and wary of lawyers. I have been burned in the past. I contacted Dan after I was rear ended (Allstate was not working with me at all) and he kindly gathered information and I choose to work with him. I am so grateful to have him work for me. He helped me make the best decisions during this two year battle and he was kind and great with communicating what was going on every step of the way. I was in my first car accident last November. I went to Mr. Flaherty who was very professional and great at reassuring me that he would fight for me against these greedy insurance companies. I was able to just focus on my recovery and getting back to work and he handled the rest. He was able to recover enough to pay my medical bills, get my lost wages, and pain and suffering. I hope I never get in another car accident but if I do I know the right lawyer to call.

Dan represented my elderly father in an injury case. While my dad was uncertain to pursue counseling, after meeting with Dan in person, he chose Dan to represent him.
