Jimmy Doan was very professional and kind. He answered the phone fast when I was in dire need of direction and guidance when my husband was rear ended in April 2016. I was attracted to the ads, success stories, reassuring statements in his website. There was a lot of miscommunication,promises, and let downs in regards to his back therapy. 2 yes ago I was struck by a drunk driver in front of my house and rendered my vehicle a total loss .The officer was super friendly with the other driver and did not take me seriously.The officer was not concerned with how I felt or what I had to say .He mainly focused on the other driver. For starters, they work hard for their clients (you would not believe the mess I handed over to them that made my life easier so I could focus on my family, my work, and navigating the new COVID normal, as were they).
